The staff in the Service Dept. Are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The work is done in a timely manner and they always text or call as soon as my vehicle is ready. I have dealt with Chris and I think Dennis and they were very friendly and helpful!

The techs and work carried out were satisfactory. The main problem with metro motors is the customer service. Continuously having to call for updates and no one ever calls back. It’s almost impossible to get hold of anyone. I’ve given them a few tries now but will be going back to another ford dealership.

On the morning of Saturday, November 12th, 2022 I went to Metro Motors Ltd. (Ford) with an emergency request! Both of my headlights had died on me within a week of each other and I couldn't drive at night until I got them replaced. (The second one died on me as I was driving home last night.) I dropped in and the fellows in the service department (I think it was Sean and Chris) heard my cry for help and delivered the best car service experience I have ever had! Sean took me to the parts department, I paid for two bulbs and he installed them for free! The whole thing took about 20-30 minutes. Thank you so much! If I could give you more than 5/5 stars, I would. I will keep coming back and would recommend Metro Motors Ltd. (Ford) to anybody!

Took my ford here for an oil change. My advisor was Sean Gupta. Very friendly and approachable, and despite the fact that they were busy, Sean got my car serviced quickly and saved me a lot of time. I found the service rate to be very affordable compared to many other places. I also noticed that they don't engage in push marketing for additional services for your vehicle, which can significantly increase the cost of your visit. This was pleasant to see for a change. Will recommend M. M. Ford.

Very kind service at the counter, quick and easy procedure for my recall (didn’t buy the vehicle there, they are closest dealership for handling the recall). Offered me a shuttle ride to and from my office. Not needed but good to have the option.

Misleading diagnostic fees. It is a minimum $75 to check on any single issue. All I wanted was a quote to fix the front heated seats, passenger heat which wasn’t working and the door code panel was coming off. Just to check on those issues was $267. The quote for parts and labour are on top of that.

I have always taken my vehicle to Metro Ford for service. Basic service is always efficient but the vehicle inspection and report that they include with the service is what I like most. Communication is great, labour hours for any items I ask them to address are always fair.

This place is full of con artists. No better than a no name hole in the wall garage. The owner won't reply to negative reviews but takes time to reply to all the spam fake reviews claiming they are happy customers. Clearly does not actually care about customer service and making things right when they rob innocent people of their last dollar.

Took Sally in because she was fussing when shifting down into 2nd. Metro did an adaptive shifting reset and she shifts smooth and sexy now! While they had the laptop plugged in they turned up the boost 6 lbs.can really feel it when the v-teck kicks in

After going to two other lots without success, Metro had exactly the vehicle we wanted. Tom gave us all the details. Matt and Jason dealt with all the registration and payment details. Quite unsatisfactory in regards to service. Needed to change appointment 2x. Parts were (2x) not correct and couldn't be installed by another party, executing the repair. Promised courtesy car was unavailable, resulting in great difficulties to get from and to. Staff handling the situation very unprofessional, during my complaints.
Hope, other customers have a better experience.

I recently bought a Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid from Metro Motors. I would like to thank them for providing me with top notch service especially in this current car climate. Tom Mendel was my salesman and was a true professional. Buying a new car and dealing with salespeople can be daunting but Metro Motors and Tom made the process quick and easy and were highly receptive to feedback! I gave this dealership 5 stars because I did not want a bad review for the whole dealership. I travelled over 800 km (round trip) to get this truck. A deal was made through email so I knew exactly what the cost was and had a bank draft. There was a different manager on the day I went. He came to me and told me that he had a local buyer who would pay full price, get servicing done there and would buy parts and accessories there and I would not. What would his owner say if he did that? I was with my partner and he was GM for a Ford dealership for 20 years. He was mortified at what this man said.
When he realized his mistake he profusely apologized. It was too little too late. I walked into the dealership happy, excited and left upset. In my opinion this man was too young to be in the position of Manager, he had no people skills.

Usual servicing from Ford. Friendly staff and they take every precaution with covid. Courtesy shuttles also prepped for covid. I asked for a small accessory from my trunk that I lost and they just gave me the replacement. Couldn't ask for better.

They did my recall for my brake cylinder which was done. My main concern since 2 years ago was, when I do a hard brake, my steering wheel shakes. I have a plan from them and it covers my brakes until 2021 of July. At first they don't want to change my brakes since it was not due but since Judy Jobse stepped in, she realizes what a client needs and she addressed and resolved the problem. Now we were happy and have a piece of mind. Thanks Judy Jobse! Job well done and also the team. Also Kudos to Tony Bjerkness for being my shuttle service, he is so kind and respectful.a God fearing guy with lots of funny stories. Thanks Tony for giving me a safe back and forth trip!

I appreciate that when I phone, I am always able to talk to a person without being on hold. I like that a courtesy vehicle is offered to me as that makes a significant difference to who I choose to go to for repairs. I have been dealing with this location for over 15 years and have always had good service.

Their body shop has a problem with quality control. Got into a minor accident so my dad and I took it to their body shop for repairs. When we picked it up the front bumper was sticking out and misaligned. We left it there for them fix it. When we picked it up, only one out of two complaints were fixed. Bumper is still misaligned.

The main shop also did an alignment, but would not include a tie rod in the ICBC claim. Had to pay out of pocket for it. Once picked up it still pulls to the left a bit. I wanted it fixed here because if it had a bent knuckle or anything, these guys should be the best at making the repair. Apparently not.

I went into this dealership to factory order a vehicle, this was the first and only dealership I've ever been to which would not negotiate on the MSRP. If I would have purchased my vehicle from this dealership I would have paid more than 8% above their cost, other dealerships were willing to sell for 2% above their cost as they said it was an 'easy sale' and all the had to do was place the order and recieve the vehicle.

I purchased a truck from Metro Motors and they were great to deal with. Michael B.in sales, and Kent, made sure all my needs were met and the whole process was stress free. There were a few others that I dealt with as well, in finance etc. I'm sorry I don't remember your names but everyone was awesome. I would highly recommend talking to Michael if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

First off my 2014 Focus has been nothing but problems. Body shop attempted multiple times to no avail to fix my hatch rubbing my bumper. Next would be the whole dual clutch transmission issues. I've had 3 clutch assembly replacements and 1 transmission control module. Doesn't feel good to have my first brand new vehicle to have so many issues

Went to look at a car that I saw online. When i got there the car wouldn't start and the sales man (i think dave) told me that the price that was on the website was incorrect. He was not helpful at all and very rude. Would not recommend going here if you want a good sales man that will go the extra mile to help. Basically pushed us out the door when I said I couldn't afford that car.

I took my vehicle in for routine service on October 2nd, 2019. They went over and above. I had a cracked plastic piece on my bumper which they replaced and never even told me about. I just ended up noticing that it wasn't cracked anymore. You're all amazing! Thank you so much!

I want to give zero stars but that is not an option. Bought a used Expedition in May that had some cosmetic imperfections that made me not want to buy it. Salesman Michael told me all of those imperfections would be taken care of under the 1 year bumper to bumper warranty so I bought it. Went in for paint on the front bumper, but when they realized it actually was from an accident (which they certified accident-free) they had to replace the bumper. They are now telling me that none of the other stuff that they said would be taken care of can no longer be done because they spent too much on the bumper. Manager Kevin called me a liar as it is my word against his salesman's word. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing if you do buy from them, but I feel sick to my stomach as to how I have been treated so I recommend going somewhere else to buy a vehicle.
EDIT: "The latest issue you have experienced (several months after purchase) was caused by a coffee spill and unfortunately was not able to be covered under your Ford warranty. " This is 100% false. I bought it with the cupholder lights not working. Kevin told me the only reason Metro is not fixing it is because they have already spent too much on my vehicle.

Conveniently located. Note: they have limited parking back near the service entrance. They do have a shuttle service that I used to get a ride home. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I did not give a 5 star rating because they did not perform all the recalls needed. When I made the appointment, I knew of only one recall but apparently there were two. Both with the doors yet they did only one. When asked, I was told it "both are an all day fix" yet on the receipt, it says only 1.8 hrs was billed? Why tear open the door to fix the latch but not the lock? Both are active recalls.

This is not your average local car dealership. This place is a diamond in a rough, not only you get greeted with a smile and respect, you genuinely feel like the sales rep trying to help to find a vehicle that suits your needs and budget not just for a sake of "closing a deal" like other dealerships.
Matt was great at providing me with time and space to decide what vehicle should I purchase and never rushed me into closing the deal. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was able to answer all my questions and guide me through my options. Upon the purchase, Matt followed up with me a couple of days later to reassure that the newly purchased vehicle is functioning as promised and I'm still satisfied with my new buy. I'm happy with my experience at Metro Ford and I am sure I will buy my next vehicle here again.
