Metro Vancouver Movers helped us with our recent move and they were excellent. Easy to communicate with ahead of time and the bins they provided saved me hundreds of dollars on boxes (and of course were more environmentally friendly). They arrived on time for our move day. They were friendly, hard working and handled our belongings with care. We had some large artwork and furniture that I was worried about and everything got well-wrapped in blankets for transport and arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend the Metro Vancouver Movers and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I have used Metro Vancouver Movers for two moves now and they have been amazing both times. The workers are very friendly and professional and the moves were well organized and went quickly with no issues. Top it off, they are very competitive to many other moving companies with no hidden fees or anything like that. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a last minute move from New West to Kelowna. Everyone at Metro Vancouver Movers was so lovely, efficient and went above and beyond to help me move. They were so accommodating to my last minute panics and made sure I did not have to worry about anything. All my items were intact and delivered right on time. They work really fast and will get things in and out quickly, with very less hassle. They were so pleasant. My entire move was very relaxing and I have them to thank! I would recommend using them ANY DAY.

The moving and storage was efficient but they disassembled by table and when reassembling it at the new place they lost a screw. I looked at when they were moving it and they didn't put the screws in the box safely, it was all over inside the van. The guy promised me that he will get a replacement but after the move has not responded to my messages. I've called them multiple times the past 3 weeks and they're always coming up with excuses about coming over with replacements but I'm not expecting them to keep their promise. Very unprofessional way of dealing with this situation.

I just completed a move with Metro Vancouver Movers. Highly recommended. They dropped off 40x plastic packing boxes two weeks before our move at no extra charge. These were very helpful!

Highly recommend! The owner, Dakota and Gagan worked on the move (Kelowna to the Lower Mainland) and were amazing. They were friendly, calm, fast and took good care of all items during the move. Went above and beyond, highly recommend.

We were very happy with our service. Our move was scheduled during extremely snowy weather and the crew called and let us know they were running late due to traffic. I was so worried that they were going to cancel. They did not and went above and beyond to transport our items carefully and quickly. The crew was very efficient and hard working. We will hire MVM whenever we move again.

Movers were respectful of my furnishings, my time, provided plastic bins which made it easier to pack, unpack. Job well done.

We utilized the services provided by these movers when we moved from Burnaby to Maple Ridge. Although they offer good quality, value and responsive moving services, the professionalism shown leaves a lot to be desired. Two movers showed up well before the assigned time. Good. However, one of them was reluctant to remove their shoes both in the old as well as the new property we were moving into. We asked for their names and they nonchalantly claimed that both of their names were Mohammad - which is extremely suspicious. This guy (the tall Mohammad) was even ready to put up a fistfight with my husband when he was asked to remove the shoes. An unnecessary and unwanted escalation for something as trivial as keeping the new place clean. The short Mohammad was however extremely courteous and was trying his very best to keep the other troublesome guy under control. Farshad was extremely responsive throughout the entire ordeal. Even though the moving took more than the assigned time, I was charged just for the five hours initially promised. Despite the bad experience I had with one of the moving guys, I would definitely avail their services the next time though.

Such a good moving experience! I’ve moved a bunch of times and it’s usually such a headache, but Angelo and Tony were super great. I’d recommend them to anyone and will definitely book them again next time I move.

I have used this company for 3 moves to date, and every time seems to be better than the last. Sam and his Crew were AMAZING moving me from an apt to a house on what seemed to be the hottest day of the year! They were on time, professional, and very easy to interact with. These guys are by far the best movers I've ever used.
I they showed up about 45 minutes early with 2 trucks and 5 guys and had us moved out by the time they were supposed to show up!
They took good care of our stuff, walls were left in great shape, and they were super helpful and nice guys.

Dakota, Khalifa and Grey helped us move from our condo to duplex. They took care of our belongings and nothing was damaged! Moving is often stressful but the team was friendly, efficient, and professional which made the whole experience a lot more better. You can really tell they love what they do by the quality of their work! We highly recommend them!

Our movers were extremely efficient and professional, kept everything safe and dry even in the pouring rain. The bins made everything so much easier and drop-off/pickup by Chris was quick and pleasant. Would use MVM again.

Metrovan Movers was great for our recent move (April 2022, New West to Coquitlam, 3BR house)

The bins were super helpful, and the moving crew were efficient and friendly.

I can not say how impressed we were with the company and especially the crew of ARMAN, FAZAL, MOH, HAYTAM &RAYMOND.
We hired the company to move us from Burnaby to Nanaimo.
They came the first day to pack and dispose all of our stuff. Everything was wrapped and protected with great care.
The next day my husband was there to meet them at our new home. He could not say how amazing these men were they are hardest working men with a very strong work ethic.
Everything was beyond anything I could imagine how easy they made the move.

The team lead by Farhad and his team did a great job of ensuring each of the items are securely packed and moved. They took care of each of item professionally and moved.

Had a fantastic experience with Metro Vancouver Moving company. The staff were very professional and really knew what they were doing. Very fast and efficient. The lead person Sam was fantastic and his team with Marcus and Vladimir were great. We felt very comfortable in how they handled our delicate items and had some nifty tricks in getting around difficult big items. The best part were the use of their moving boxes that they gave to us a few days prior to moving to safely pack and store many small items and appliances. Wow what a great service. USE THEM you will not regret it is all I can say. Happy moving.

Great movers and the provided moving bins are a huge help at organizing before the move and cutting down on waste. Metro Vancouver Movers moved us from our 1br apartment into our new home in Vancouver and it was a great experience.
Dakota, Sam, Mohamad, and Mustfa hustled hard today and provided great service to complete the entire move in 2 hours instead of the 4-5 we booked. Getting those extra hours to start unpacking and cleaning was a big benefit.

Metro Movers did it again! Moved my very heavy furniture and belongings without any fuss. Very efficient team. Special shout out to Dakota- unbelievable power house of a woman. She really knows how to keep the team rolling. Also helping were Brandon and khalifi, making up a great team.

Worth every penny. These guys did a great job wrapping up the large older upright piano I purchased and getting it up and down a tricky set of stairs with an awkward landing. I would highly recommend these guys and will absolutely use them again in the future.

We had a small move to get some large furniture items out of our place, so only required their services for the 3-hour minimum. They were incredibly courteous, took active steps to ensure our items were cared for and transported safely, and worked with us to ensure the right items made it to the right place. So impressed by the whole experience - would absolutely recommend.

It took 6 hours to load packages from my 2 Bed room into the truck and 10.5 hours overall for the move, which I felt was a bit too long. I was given an initial estimate of 5-6 hours for overall move for a 2 bed room. One of their employees had surveyed our house before the move and suggested that we take 2 persons to move, which I now feel was a 3 person job. Their truck size was small and they spent a lot of time reshuffling items within the truck to make space. This wasted a lot of time too. They took frequent breaks of 15 mins during the move and the truck reached the destination 30 mins later than us but none of that was discounted. There was no breakage during the move that I am happy about. I am happy with their packing service but will not recommend moving through them.

Outstanding movers. Quick, efficient and professional. Received a large number of stackable plastic totes 2 weeks prior to the move, which greatly streamlined the process. Anthony and Tony were very careful to avoid any damage to walls, and made the entire process as stress free as possible.

Just did a move from the lower mainland to the interior with these guys and they were fantastic! Team arrived at the apartment and had it empty within 2 hours and our belongings went in their own truck to our new home. Himet & Mo were fantastic with the unload and very friendly and easy to talk to! Highly recommend for long distance moves. Friendly, efficient, organized workers. Thank you!
