It was convenient having someone come to you, but it was not convenient when I asked him to take a picture of my direct deposit for another bank. I told him I'm closing my old account and to use the new bank account for my insurance payments. Of course it was not done so I was charged 48 dollars for non sufficient funds by my bank.i called today to.mske a late payment on my credit card and give the proper information. I was put on hold transfered hung up on and told the person was probably on lunch and that they would call me back. Know one did I.had to go.to another insurance agent who kindly fixed the problem I was charged another 18 dollars for a late fee by icbc 76 dollars extra for someone's mistake or incompetents I know I won't be using then again

This is one of the best place to get insurance. I have been using their services for a while now and couldn't be happier. For all my properties, cars, Hardit has been my go to guy. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

Extremely disappointed with their vehicle insurance service (Winson - Insurance Advisor). I contacted him to let him know I was in an MVA and was disappointed with how he approached the issue with me. “Are you okay”? Was the follow up in an extremely condescending tone. With a couple of follow ups after the fact, I realized my road star package was not transferred over to the insurance of my new vehicle which I had previously. When I pointed that out he mentioned that it was up to me to inquire about it. I find that to be incompetent and a disservice to anyone seeking expertise from their service — it was a simple transfer; not for him to pick and choose and not ask me about the add-ons. I’ve never experienced this before with any other company. Do not recommend them.

In response to Murrick’s explanation:
Let’s get this cleared up to whomever is responding to my review - 1. Your advisor, Winson did NOT ask whether I wanted to continue my Roadster package. The craziest part about all of this was that he indicated I declined this when he never asked me in the first place - just quick on having me out the door. Confirming that my previous insurer did in fact have that package hence my discounted payments. 2. Whether my vehicle is owned or not, I would expect that the advisor would help assist in providing that type of detail knowing the new vehicle was leased. Don’t respond and indicate that there are discrepancies to my review - extremely unprofessional as you’ve clearly done some homework to confirm my identity. How about apologize and acknowledge YOUR discrepancies and perhaps train your staff on how to provide a good service. I didn’t choose your company to be my insurer and unfortunately ended up with you as default.

Numerous complaints online of the staff making illegal turns, parking in bike lanes, and swearing at people. A terrible neighbor and terrible business. An org that cannot obey the motor vehicle act should not be allowed to sell motor vehicle insurance and obviously this behavior calls into question their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care.

Update, note how the employee in the blue Golf parks. Any insurance or motor vehicle act advice you get, take with a grain of salt. They clearly do not understand the majority of the rules.

Update, another day another Motor Vehicle Act violation. I have video of an employee named Tyler making an illegal left turn, parking, and walking into the office.

As a consumer I go to the expert and expect them to be knowledgeable. I went to this company and asked for insurance on my rental property. My rental property has since burned down and will take 3+ years to rebuild. I was only insured for 1 year, leaving me to carry the mortgage with zero coverage. I understand that covid has created some unexpected delays, which I understand. Based on my research, I should be been insured for a minimum of 2 years.

Gurjot renewed my car insurance as well my parents car insurance. It was a very easy process and he even applied the sticker as well delivered the papers to my home. Would definitely recommend doing any type of insurance with him!

Erika has made buying car insurance very easy ever since I signed up with her. The staff goes over and above for their clients. They are prompt, courteous and professional. No matter how complicated your insurance needs are they are very quick and efficient.

Dealing with this insurance company is like playing a cat and mouse game. Had to buy insurance from them at the tesla dealership, manager promised me to waive the fee for a plate change. The next day when I call the insurance company no one takes responsibility. Also they will keep deflecting you to a different person saying they'll call you back.

I was able to walk in on a Saturday around 10a. My car is from Texas and I was worried I was going to have issues getting the plates swapped to BC. I waited for about 10 minutes until Natalie came out and assisted me. She sat me down and looked over my paperwork.
Within 45 minutes, I was walking out of Murrick fully insured, plates in hand!
Truly thankful for this location and hours they’re open. Thank you for helping get my car road ready!

Avoid Gurjot, I am not happy with the quality of service. I took 4 days to renew my insurance, I was quoted one price and charged a different price. Not caring and slow.

BEWARE of this insurance place, they will try every trick in their book to make money off of you, you as a customer is nothing but a money-grab to them, several times they've tried to trick me into buying more insurance until I looked in detail what I bought and found out they sneaked in many coverages that I never asked for. No apologies for what they did. The service is rude, dishonest, and straight up selfish. I've never been to a insurance office like this one. Will be reporting them to ICBC and whatever gov't department that handles insurance office. Truly disgusting.

Even in the midst of the first CoVID19 shutdown an agent helped me to transfer ownership a motorhome and provide me with plates and insurance.when all other insurance companies also shut their doors but did NOT attempt to provide service. I Highly Recommend this group of agents.

Insured a new vehicle purchase at a dealer. Turns out it was Metro West / Murrick who added my phone and email address to their database and haven't stopped calling and spamming my phone with SMS messages, without my permission for the past two weeks.

When I called to complain, I was told that ICBC authorizes this. So it's irrelevant whether I do or not, as long as it's ok with ICBC?

Ordered a drink 2 mins before happy hour (l didn't know) charged me full price.and seeing as l ordered a full meal and another beer thought it was a bit cheap of them when l pointed it out l was there 2 mins before happy hour.

Super disorganized office, Didn’t return calls then didn’t meet me in the day they said they would. Then after telling me they could meet me later in the day they called me back later to tell me they couldn’t leaving me and my three month old baby stranded.

Been coming here for a couple years now and I had no idea they delivered so I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed when they came and delivered my new insurance papers!
