Extremely rude staff. Will never recommend to anybody. Cancelled my appointment after showing up less than 10 mins late after booking time off work to recover from wisdom removal

I’ve been a patient at Metroplex Dental for over ten years now. The hygienists and dentists are very professional and respectful. The front desk ladies are very organized and will go out of there to get your dental insurance benefits in order.

Would highly recommend this dental office. I’ve moved cities and instead of looking for another dental office, I’ve continued to be a client of theirs and hope so for many years to come!

I’ve been coming to this dental clinic since 2009. Dr. D and his team has been incredible. They made every effort to make sure I feel comfortable and have a great experience. Dr. Ajar did my dental implant recently and he’s amazing! The procedure was painless and the service was extraordinary. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

I have been with this clinic for five years now. The staff are amicable and helpful. The service itself excellent. They have a student discount, which makes it more affordable for students. The medical office assistant team is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make your experience at the clinic pleasant one.

In the beginning the staff at Metroplex were very nice because you are new and you have insurance. However, my last appointment was not good. I had my teeth filling last week and my face looks like I had a stroke. The dental assistant told me that I looked normal and ok, but my face looked like I had a stroke so I asked for a face mask. I should have taken a photo of it so I have an evidence to show them if there's any issue. Literally you wont be able to speak properly after that filling. The following days I had this pain at the back of my head which I went back to the dentist. Dr. Kim was a bit rude when explaining and she made me feel that I'm just making my story. I am not taking any other medicine and instead of helping me to get better, she just asked me to wait for a week again. And til now the back of my head and neck on the left side is still not ok. Then I have my appointment that I have to cancel due to emergency, but Gina the receptionist raised her voice and so rude which is unacceptable, she said 'YOU KNOW WHAT RASHIDA! ', wow! Seriously? Is this how you really talk to your client? I wouldnt recommend this dental with this kind of people. Yes, the other reviews were right that they will just try to get all you have from your insurance. That's why they get mad if you cancel your appointment.

Absolutely great staff and an awesome dentist expert at implants (Dr Amir Ajar)
Took time to explain each step, possible complications (there were none) and a very nice attentive person

I had a dentist named Isaac for my cleaning and he was fantastic. I don't usually like going to the dentist but he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very friendly and professional and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new hygienist.

The location is extremely clean and comfortable. My doctor, his assistant and front desk staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They were all very professional. Overall, my experience was excellent. Thank you Metroplex Dental Center.

They are like a well oil machine great job. I I had a root canal and no pain what so ever again great job.

Warning to potential clients! I visited Dr. Payam Deljoui for 2 routine fillings, not knowing that it was possible that I could leave in a stretcher. The doctor gave me anesthesia for 2 molars. Performed 1st filling with no problems. The 2nd filling I could feel, so I was given more anesthesia, and his exact words as soon as he did was "That's more than enough". This is when the problem started. I could not breathe properly for 2 hours, and thought I was going to die! The ambulance was called and I left for the hospital. It wasn't until the freezing wore off that I had my normal breathing back. I was told that it caused the constrictor muscle in the throat to close my airway. They took absolutely no responsibility and didn't even cover the $80 cost for the ambulance.

Two weeks into my lower tooth extraction performed by Dr. Deljoui and I feel great. Very impressive was that the entire procedure of extracting the
tooth was PAINLESS. Dr. Deljoui and his team and entire office are
very courteous and professional in conduct. I cannot imagine a tooth extraction being this easy. If you need dentistry carried out on you; then
Dr. Deljoui will do so at the highest level of professional competency that
I believe I have ever experienced!

I bring my whole family here, really great with the kids. Would recommend to anyone. The hours are handy as well.

I had changed appt date for my son 2-3 times (due to very busy schedule (and WELL in advance) and today let them know appt today have to rebook as son is ill and they have BANNED him from the clinic now. They said due to “multiple cancellations” - I told them it wasent multiple cancellations: I simply just had to change the date! Unreal.

Dr. A was very patient and explained my case to me very well. Joyce, the assistant was also very nice. The receptionists were very helpful too.

Great location, very friendly staff and happy customers! They will go out of their way to make your experience as smooth as possible! Only thing is the mall traffic on weekends which makes it harder to find parking.

Conveniently open late and on Saturdays. Staff is professional and caring. Convenient location. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I came to Metroplex Dental centre with severe dental anxiety, I had an initial appointment with Dr. Deljoui as I wanted my upper 6 teeth completely redone. Dr. Deljoui was thorough, direct and positive when speaking about my treatment. He explained everything in great detail and he really made me feel comfortable to go ahead and get this work done at my own pace. Dr. Deljoui came across extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Due to my dental anxiety I was offered various methods of sedation. I ended up having all my upper teeth done and I love my smile now. I will be back to this office for my regular dental work. Thank you Dr. Deljoui for making me feel so calm and in the loop regarding this procedure and giving me the smile I never thought possible.

So a year after my visit to this dentist, i'm finally getting my teeth fixed somewhere else. I wish i had written this review straight away, and i wish i had taken legal advise. East Indian dentist, i want to say Maria? I told them i had to cut my appointment short due to familly commitments and she rushed 3 cavities in an hour (i'd only booked for 2). The whole time i was gagging because i have a very sensitive gag reflex and she was just tsking and sighing. I have now been in pain for a year and my phobia of the dentists has escalated. I wish i never stepped foot in this place.

I had a really great experience at this dental office.the front staff were friendly and kind.they explained my dental treatment very well and went over cost and everything making me feel very comfortable and welcome. I saw Dr. D for my check up and he was very informative and professional.the hygienist I saw was also very good he was very gentle and I didn’t feel any pain or sensitivity after my cleaning.in general I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for good service and kind staff.

Dr. D is the most brilliant dentist I have ever had! (and I’ve been through a lot of them)
Every concern, problem and fears are met with compassion, education, care, and the least amount of pain! Dr. D hands down has saved my mouth! He has been through everything with me and his love and humor has remained the same from the first visit till now. I get the facts, the treatment options and payment flexibility options that no other dental office has ever had! Again I cannot say enough of the staff either! They are so kind, always talks and greets you with a smile, they work with your schedule and the hygienists are just as wonderful as the rest!
