I brought a dress in that just didn't fit right and she was able to determine what needed to be to fixed. She worked her magic and my dress fit me perfectly!

Can’t say enough good things about this pkace. They were able to fix my wedding dress in three days after the original place had torn it up pretty much.
They had my dress looking great and fitting like a glove with such little time. I wish I remembered her name the main alterations lady cuz she is a god send.
And they did all this at a fraction of cost I had anticipated.

One pant leg is an inch shorter than the other and theres not enough material to lengthen it now.go somewhere else lol

This alterations place is the worst place. They waited till day of pick up to do alterations on my daughters prom dress. We came in weeks prior before her prom event and they had pinned and measured both bottom layers of her dress and the straps accordingly. My daughter went to pick it up on the day of her prom event thinking it would all be ready and altered like discussed unfortunetly it was not. They didn't fix the straps on her dress and neither did they shorten the bottom outer layer which was net material, only altered inside layer and was able to see the short layer through the outside net material. Looked terrible in the pictures. She told her to come back in 1 hour and only the straps were fixed. My daughter was running late for the event and left with the dress as is. I called couple days later to discuss situation and instead of apologizing, the owner was really argumentative and disrespectful. I've edited this review after seeing the owners response to my review. I just noticed she left a respond awhile back. In your response Helen, you say my daughter did not want bottom cut, but we came in weeks prior and had discussed, pinned and measured dress accordingly which was not completed during pick up. Your staff took full payment the day we dropped off the dress for alterations and did not get the final results like we had discussed. If you all have a special event do not go here they will ruin your special day. Still waiting for a refund.

Came in today for a body measurement. Helen the owner was a joy to work with, as well as Dina. Got the job done fast, and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much Helen and Dina! Will be returning for further alterations!

Took my leather vest here to get patches sewn on and it was clearly crooked … the woman threatened to call security on me when I demanded she fix it or refund my money … she argued with me and told me it’s straight and brought out a ruler to try to prove it to me …

I recently had the pleasure of shortening my denim pants, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The process was quick and easy. The fit is now perfect, and the shortened length with preserved original hem gives jeans a great look.

I’ve never been more pleased with service in my life! I have taken clothing a night before an event asking if they can fix it in time and always do the job perfectly. Service is amazing, staff is amazing and they value their customers beyond. Helen has saved me many times with last minute alterations!

The people here are so professional and kind, they spent a lot of time per each customer and make sure all their measurements are precise and are meticulous with their work. They ensure each customer is satisfied and that everything is ready on time. I was very happy with every item I have gotten altered, it was done perfectly. The pricing was also very affordable compared to everywhere else. Overall, the store is very clean and convenient, I always have a positive experience there. I recommend it to my young friends, and they all have the same experience as me. Recently I took my daughters prom dress there and I was very happy with the results. I strongly recommend it to the young people who want to alter their prom and wedding dresses.

After much research I decided to bring my pants to be hemmed here at this location. My overall experience was great!
I brought 5 pants in to hem. And one little hole on the back of one of them needed to be patched. I spent a total of 110 with a 10% discount as their monthly promo. It was pretty pricey. But I was inspecting my pants hemmed and it looks so good. Like the pants was never touched but was shorten. Overall worth the money. I would 100% recommend and come back to this location. The lady pinning my pants I didn’t catch her name but she was very sweet and nice. 10/10

UPDATE: As expected, this shop will not own up to the terrible job that they did despite showing the pictures. Warning: Inspect the pants before you take them home. If the owner can't even SEE how poor the job turned out, this says a lot about what kind of standards they have.

THE WORST HEMMING JOB I HAVE EVER SEEN! I brought in two jeans and two pants. I asked for the original hem on my $400 Citizens of Humanity jeans - and the stitching was totally uneven and they used a color of thread that didn't match at all. It's unbelievably BAD. I will be calling the manager tomorrow (Helen) to find out if they will refund me as I am leaving for Korea tomorrow. I will post the update so that everyone can see if this place has any integrity and will compensate for such a terrible result.

We took our son's grad suit in for alterations and they did a perfect job. We were happy, and our son was beaming that the suit fit him so well. Helen is very accommodating and great to work with, we will definitely take more to her as they come up.
