Dr. Merani and his team are always happy, helpful, fast, efficient and an absolute pleasure to visit! Thanks for helping my back shoulders and neck feel just a little bit better day by day.

I felt that the Doctor here was extremely pushy when I was clear that I could only do 2-3 sessions for a popped rib due to benefits constraints.

He told me I needed 3 appointments a week for the foreseeable future and I told him I was not able to afford that level of care. While he said he understood, each time I went to the clinic he pushed me to book another appointment the same week.

Further, he personally emailed me and called me after the initial consultation which felt pushy and overwhelming.

The clinic is clean and everyone is nice but it’s extremely clear they are looking for your money only.

Dr. Merani and his team provided incredible professional treatment and customer service which I had never experienced in any other clinics in Metro Vancouver. I had a back pain from long term poor siting position, and I’m feeling much better after two weeks of adjustment. Every time I visit the clinic, the receptionist, assistant and Dr. Merani are super friendly and accommodating, they make sure I feel comfortable every way. Dr. Merani always tell me I can stop the treatment anytime I want instead of pushing me to continue the treatment, so I know he really cares about his patient. I really appreciate the help and advice that I received from Dr. Merani and all the staff, and I highly recommend this chiropractic clinic to everyone who needs to see a Chiropractor, it would be your best clinical experience and it really helps to release your pain.

If I could give more stars I would! Every single thing about this business and my experience with it has been beyond positive. The most efficient office I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I always look forward to my appointments, ALL of the staff is so friendly, kind and welcoming. Dr. Merani is incredible, kind and comforting. Visits are quick, which I greatly appreciate, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I can not recommend this chiropractic office more; if you’re suffering from back and neck pain, don’t hesitate, just make an appointment, you’ll be so glad you did. In three weeks I went from having horrible neck and shoulder pain, that made sleep difficult and caused horrible headaches to absolutely NO pain. They work magic! I really appreciate all the attention received from the staff and Dr Merani during my treatment. I had a severe back pain for 3-4 consecutive days after a dragon boat practice, and it was really hard to sleep and wake up/start my day. After a few sessions and exercises recommended by Dr. Merani, I recovered 100%, stopped feeling any pain, and could go back to the gym! I was very glad I found Dr Merani that opened on a compensatory holiday after a long weekend. I was in tremendous pain and had difficulty moving around. He helped me with my back pain and gave me advise for my long haul flight that night. He even called me after work to check on me, I was so touched. When I came back from my holiday, I even received a hand written post card from him. After a few visits I feel so much better. I had very good experience with this clinic. Everybody is friendly, but professional. Dr. Merani communicated everything openly, we set expectations together, and although there were recommendations, as expected, I never felt pressured to have more appointments than I wanted to.

- When I came in, I had a lot of sciatic nerve pain, Dr. Merani was super helpful in seeing which muscles were affected and was able to treat the areas quickly.
- Dr. Merani (Chiro) also follows up to ensure you manage soreness well and provide written and image instruction stretches via email.
- The front desk, Linda, and the team always go above and beyond for customer service, which is missing in other companies. ️️
- Finding the place: Free parking underground and across from the building (Near Hudson Bay Entrance). It is located on the 2nd floor and have to go to the right a couple of times to get to the office.
