Xavier is a good guy helping us locate the right car and work out the best price for both the new car and trade in. We are so pleased to have Xavier to be our sales rep.

I bought it about two weeks ago from this dealership. The service was good and deliver my dream car at a timely manner. The Salesperson, Bon did a good job able to answer all the questions that I had so that able to finalize my decision to go for Mitsubishi for my ride.

I visited Metrotown Mitsubishi this afternoon. I have to say thank you a lot to a seller named Aiden. I had been looking for a car for 5 months until I spoke with Aiden. He helped me choose the best car for me. He was amazing; he helped me with financing, securing the best deal, and finalizing the purchase of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2024. Thanks, Aiden. We purchased an almost new Mazda cx9 from Xavier. I traveled from Kelowna to pick it up and everything couldn't have gone smoother. The car was exactly as advertised. It was clean, tank was full and ready to go. It was the best experience I've had in a long time. I would recommend Xavier and Metrotown Mitsubishi to anyone

Absolute joke, do not buy a used vehicle from this place. Sold my family a vehicle without the lug key costing us a $400+ tow bill when we got a flat a few months later then said I was a liar when I called to complain and refused to help us out with the bill. Will never do business with these clowns again.

Changing my review, because, Liam actually saved the company's face and expedited the repairs of air conditioner. The necessary part was fedex'ed and a loaner car was offered so we could drive with an air conditioner while waiting for the part. Great job, Liam, and thank you for all the help and high class level of customer service!

very disappointed! Bought a new Mitsubishi Eclipse in March 2022, we didn't check air conditioner trusting it would work on a new car. When the heat wave hit, the AC was blowing hot air. Waited till September for a part to be shipped (I guess from another planet, it took that long). AC was supposedly repaired, we checked it worked, but the weather already was not that hot, so we didn't really use the AC. Now, in May 2023, when it is +30 C outside, the AC is not working again. Called the dealership, and the earliest appointment is at the end of May, 2 weeks away. So we will be sweating our way, thanks to the poor service. Would not recommend going to this dealership to anyone. It is very frustrating.

My mom was urtgently looking for a new car so we decided to check Mitsubish Metrotown. Brian went above and beyond in finding the perfect deal that suited both our needs and budget. Initially, we were looking at the basic RVR model, but thanks to Brians' expertise, we left with a much better deal. Also, thanks to Ben for being super patient and breaking down all the paperwork and insurance stuff. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense.

Overall, we had a great experience at Mitsubishi Metrotown dealership. Guys even stayed late to wrap up all the paperwork, making it possible for us to drive off with our new car on the same day. Thank you!

We are planning to get a hybrid car and we have visited several showrooms and this was our worse experience. For the test drive, the seller sat in front and I was in back seat! The store was very old, cluttered and dirty with staff not very welcoming. It truly influenced our decision making about car.

Allen was very knowledgeable and whatever he may not have known on the spot, he investigated and got back to us with a thorough response.to followup, we thought we had an minor problem with the vehicle after pickup.they were again quick with response and allowing me to stop by for an assessment.in the end, it was my own misunderstanding for not knowing how the van headlight functioned.would recommend you give them a call if considering to buy your next used vehicle (or new too of course).

Update 9/20/21: another update. I noticed that my side trim molding had a dent. So I contacted Mitsubishi and James was just amazing. He was very quick to reply and adress my concern. Although it was not covered, him and Liam from parts department made it work! Still really happy with the service from this dealership.

Update 9/3/21: my alloy wheel had damage and claimed my enhanced wheel care. James was quick to reply and was helpful. There were unforeseen delays which increased my waiting time unfortunately but was not Mitsubishi's fault. Claiming the coverage was hassle free.

Update: Have to deal with service department a couple of times after getting my car and Mike have been really awseome on both times. He made sure that the concerns were addressed and is very approachable. Currently happy with everything so far! Will update this review if anything changes

Came here to look at our options for a new car and Ezekiel took care of us and was very helpful. He listened and made suggestions that would best suit our needs. Me and my fiance were aware of some discounts going in during the black friday sale but Ezekiel also looked into other discounts that we were eligible for. James was also awesome at giving us info on the waranties and finances. Overall it was a great experience. Love our new car!

Ezekiel and James are so patient in explaining the details of everything starting from our initial inquiry up to the actual purchase. I recently went to look at 2022 Outlander PHEV vehicles at the Metrotown dealership. It was quite an experience for me because the last time I bought a new car was 1998. My jeep of 23 years died rather suddenly last week. I received assistance from Jonathan Kim. He provided my wife and I and my father-in-law first rate service. He clearly explained all of the features of the PHEV technology that were relevant to us. He patiently answered all of our questions. The polar opposite of the prototypical pushy salesman; he was kind, thoughtful, and respectful at each stage of our decision making process. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him if you are interested in a new or used Mitsubishi vehicle.

This is an excellent company from the sale, business manager, and the service department, I would highly recommend this to all my friends.

I had purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a few weeks ago. A couple of days after my purchase, I had noticed that a portion of the dashboard was lifing off and curled backwards; initially, I was able to push it back into place and thought nothing of it. A couple of days after that, it had lifted off again so I contacted the dealership with the hopes of recifying this situation. Given this pattern, one would conclude that this was an issue the dealership would have definitely known about. Upon arrival to the dealership, their *solution* was to replace the entire dash to tune of $2500 to $3000. Possibly even more.

This is tantamount to the old anecdote of a shady used car salesman selling you a vehicle, and once you're off the lot the tires fall off.and then charging you to have them put back on.

If this was to have happened months after my purchase, I could understand having little recourse; however, this happened literally two days after I had bought the thing. You can understand my frustration and disappointment.

Now, you may ask "well, how were you able to solve your problem, handsome? ". And I'll tell you. First, I decided to inform other potential sucke.umm, customers, as to the (lack of ethical) business practices of this establishment. Next, I bought myself some 3M automotive tape, and an extender to use as a wedge - all this for the wonderful price of just over $100.

Thanks Ezekiel for being a wonderful partner in realizing my needs of getting a 4WD. You see, I was already in the process of getting a Bronco Sport when everything went downhill because of some parts not being in production, etc… whatever. 2022 is too long of a wait for me and my expectations were no longer met, so I decided to just cut ties… Thank heavens, I did! So to make the long story short, I was referred by a colleague from work to visit and talk to Metrotown Mitsubishi to see if they can help with my needs. They sure did! Especially Ezekiel… i never felt I was pushed to the wall, harassed or played on just so he can gain something out of my necessity. It was more of a familial partnership, something you don’t see often in a CAR Dealership. Anyways, thanks Eze for a very smooth transaction. I will definitely refer family and friends your way! Got my 2022 Outlander last week. Sales person picked me up from my home to dealership for car pick up. Everything went so smooth from paper work to finance, to accessories, to cashier, you can feel their teamwork at each stop. I bought two of Mitsubishi Cars from Metrotown Mitsubishi because they don't push, they educate and they listen. I do all my services there as well because they understand that sometimes money can be tight and they don't push you to do all the services at once and help you understand why one thing is more important than another and are honest with you if it can wait to be done. All the workers are patient, polite and respectful. I usually speak to Mike in service and he is always extremely helpful. I recommend Metrotown Mitsubishi all the time.

He did all the diligences for us to have a nice experience with buying our Outlander. Third Outlander until now for us.

Allen helped me get into a new to me infiniti fx35, I'm self employed and have put over 700 kms on it in two days and it's the perfect vehicle! Would definitely recommend Allen, also Karen the manager was great and Michael the insurance guy was super professional!

Trust is gone.same old used car salesman tactics. I would give negative stars if possible.

When I bought my RVR back in 2017 the experience was ok they built some trust. I service my car with them too. Since purchasing my RVR I received several letters about them having a "potential buyer in mind" for my RVR as well as some "special deals". I received a letter sent on May 4th and I finally called them to find out a bit more information. I spoke with Ben Lao this morning and what was stated in the letter was a lie. I am disappointed.

Later that day Ben Lao called me back to discuss the review. Instead of saying something like "I am sorry there was a misunderstanding, how can I clarify my statements. " he started to argue with me. I was not trying to haggle for a better price. In fact I will NEVER buy a car from them again and I am seriously considering moving my service to another dealership.

Ezekiel and the whole team did a great job in getting us our brand new 2022 Outlander. They offered the most for my trade in and was able to meet all of our needs without being pushy. Ezekiel went above and beyond to bring the demo car to my house to have my wife test drive it. I would recommend Metrotown Mitsubishi any day.

Just passed by 3 of your newly delivered car followed by a courtesy car (probably hasnt completed PDIs yet judging by the stickers still on the car). Travelling well over 70km on a back road, almost ran my girl friend and I off the road. Does your employees have no regard for others on the road? Unbelievable as this is just outside of the school zone as well.

Usually you brace yourself when going into a car dealer and preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy to buy at that price”, “non refundable if you want that particular car” and then… that did not happen! (in that only dealership though). Instead, you get a friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. No nasty games. They are helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. Everybody in that office. Boss in a friendly manner get you an idea what is the best way to spend your money.
Sales Agent Ezekiel Evangelista is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. From the moment I reached out with just a brief inquiry, he was very responsive (even on the day off), extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!
It was like speaking to your cousin, no tricks. Great service and they know they’re stuff. This was the easiest dealership I have been trough while deciding what is best: Tesla? Other brand EV?
