Staff are very friendly, I was a teen when I went there, and I never felt scared or intimated

The front desk attitude is very poor, every staff member looks exhausted, and there are a lot of people. I hope the government can open more UPCCs.
I think a short hair lady in the front desk is not suitable for this job; she has completely lost her temper. Constant loud shouting makes communication very difficult.

The nurse and the two nurse practitioners who looked after my grandson after he had a bad cut from a skate during a hockey practice were amazing with him. A big thank you for all your care.

I went around 1pm. Made me do a covid test. Then doctor came very quickly and provided good service. Would come here again

The front desk just turned my partner who is dealing with excruciating pain from an elbow injury away, saying that they “only deal with emergencies”, yet when you call their voicemail says to dial 911 for emergencies… Not to mention their website explicitly listing Strains & Sprains as an acceptable reason for a visit. Honestly not surprised though with the other negative reviews about the front desk staff. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.

Worst customer service I do understand our healthcare right now under short staff but it's for baby and my son need to see any health practitioner to check if my son is ok after fell from the crib. What the point you said primary urgent care centre and its open until 9pm when we came around 3pm saying all full and no doctors and nurses. What's the point having urgent care centre if nobody can attend to and it's a BABY not adult. The receptionist is so rude and worst not empathy at all and her name is Katy RN Asian woman!

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They didn't have the right equipment for what I needed but the got it from their sister clinic and I was able to come back and get my procedure done. Very happy with my experience! There will always be a wait for a walk in clinic, they made my wait worth it and treated me very well.

The nurse is terrible! I went here because my heart was racing and I had trouble breathing. I was not dying so I didn’t go to ER.

It was the worst decision I ever made, I was discriminated against by the nurse here, she was exceptionally rude and not professional at all.

She read my test results for seconds and decided I was having a panic attack. I was having a very hard time telling her how hard it was for me, instead of helping me she accused me of taking public resources! I was shocked by her tone of languages. I felt very helpless. I believed in her, and thinking it was an emotional issue. At the end of the day I didn't see a doctor.

But the truth is that I have an endocrine disorder! Because of my trust in her, I was tortured for a month! Everyday every second I had palpitations, trouble breathing, weakness, dizziness and headaches.

Don’t waste your time here. They’re not professional! A nurse can diagnose your disease. Trusting them was the biggest mistake I ever made!

Nurses and doctors in this place are useless. They make you wait for a note that they could've given me when I first checked in.
I waited for more than 1hr 30m.

I will not visit there if I have second choice. My 14 month old had stomach flu for 10 days, symptoms like diarrhea and vomiting. He recovered for two days, and suddenly his body temperature started raising nothing serious enough to go to emergency, but we couldn’t see family doctor within a week, and he was crying and constantly waking up at night, so we had to take him there to see a doctor and make sure he didn’t get infection. We got there around 2: 00pm, the nurse told us they will only take patients who have high fever like 40. She gave me that look I will never forget, she kind of laughed that I was way too nervous and educated me that having a fever doesn’t necessarily mean anything. I am a new parent and my kid has being sick for 10 days, we tried our best not to over use the public system, but this is a joke. She just so unfriendly and inpatient and didn’t even allow me to ask questions.

Dr. Andrea Broderick and her nurse was lovely. Felt at ease during appointment and happy she is our care provider. Clean facility and nice staff overall.

Do NOT go there! Such a terrible experience. The reception and Philoppino nurses are so rude especially to Asian and Chinese. I was suffering severe pain of my right ear and cannot hear anything.they refused me and said my case was not urgent.the nurse said even if I come back 4-7 days later, they are not guarantee to offer me service. I saw other white Canadians patients who were just coughing a little. The nurses were so kind to them and told them as the priority cases. I don't understand the meaning of urgent care clinic and how the terrible nurses and reception to judge the patients.they are not the doctors! No right to be the judge. They should feel ashamed on their profession and I'm sorry for Canadian medical industry.

Receptionists are professional at the front. Dr. Jessica check patient carefully and provide solutions.

The nurse told me that physicians don't see Covid patients. With all of the symptoms that I had, they told me to go home without even telling me what to take for my symptoms.
In addition, they asked me not to use the washroom because they didn't want to do deep cleaning.
After insisting, the physician came to see me. He was actually very knowledgeable and nice.

The nurse I spoke with was excellent. The doctor literally told me to 'be a big girl and take more pain killers'

Nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful. I went in on a Saturday evening but there were no doctors available, so a nurse looked me over and told me to come back Sunday morning. Came back at 9am Sunday and was seen by the doctor in 30min. They are very busy, especially on weekends so come as early as possible. The only issue with this place is the medical system as a whole, too many patients and not enough doctors.

Very clean and friendly facility. We got help right away. Both nurses Kitty and Shanon were super patient and friendly! Thank you for all your help!

Dr. Broderick was excellent, gentle, compassionate when in with a fever and aches all over. Put me on Auro-cefixime an after the second dose can feel improvement but still have fever. Thank you! 1

They were friendly and professional. There were 10 people ahead of me. After filling the form from the reception, nurse did the assessment after 30 minutes wait. After 20 minutes, Doctor came to check me up. Thanks to have this kind of facility around us instead of visiting hospital for minor injury.

Such a great facility. I was served within the hour and everyone was very professional and helpful

Nothing is urgent to this clinic and they will simply turn you away to other places. The Dr and staff are not professional and very impolite. Good luck and stay healthy.

Brought my son here to get checked up for a new but absesed wisdom tooth, today. 9am. Most all of staff where fantastic. Exept for the young lady (receptionist) shorter langth black hair and glassses.
I've never experienced someone who is in the medical perfectional like her. Completely unexepable.

My husband went here and they turned him away and told him he wasn't urgent, and told him to go to a walk-in, where he was told to go back to urgent care. He then went across town to another urgent care clinic and they found he had an enlarged liver and needed to go to the hospital ASAP. Will be reporting the clinic for this.

Update: my husband has found out he has stage 4 cancer, but thats not urgent enough for metrotown urgent care.

They are saying we are primery uregent care but they can’t even do a simple thing to change, my hand was broken and ask them just to change my dresser but they told me we don’t have that so go we’re you have done it was so dirty and have very painful visited 3 prime care and haven’t get any help

A useless facility when it comes to helping ppl medically. They’ve no regard to your state and just ask you to wait hours or a day before being able to help!
