When I called to inquire the man on the phone was rude (I guess he was frustrated his Bluetooth wasn't connecting). I took my car in for a detail before trading it in. The turn around time was reasonable (they had lots of vehicles on the lot so I expected it to take a day or 2). Upon pick up I was satisfied with my vehicle (especially the stains in the interior being removed!) and the staff even reversed it off the lot for me around the other vehicles. When my husband inspected the work there were some minor details missed so he took my car back. The staff apologized and fixed the issue. Price was a little more than I expected but the final result was exactly what I had hoped for. I have used Miami Auto Detailing in the past and will likely use them again

Ameel fit me in before they closed to help patch a tire with a screw. Quick and friendly service, I would definitely come back again.

They were able to give us a used tire that matched our existing tires and also did a rotation all in a half hour with no appointment. Great service we will definitely be back!

My car looks like new

They are simply the best! I got my car detailed because rain water came through the sunroof and my floor was soaked. Miami detailing did the job! They took the carpet off and washed and dried every corner of my car. Result was immaculate! And the price was fair and reasonable. The owner and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. If you need car detailing, choose Miami. You won't go wrong. Just look for Sam.

Great experience, went in for a general checkup to ask about a car I wanted to purchase. Told me exactly what was wrong with the car. Very trustworthy, would go again!

First time using these guys. They are great guys however after paying $70 for interior and exterior clean, all the windows had significant streak marks that I had to clean on my own. The top of my SUV was not dried which ended up leaving water marks on the sun and panoramic roof, which I had to clean myself.
They used a pressure washer which actually took the paint off of the center caps from my rims on the passenger side which I now have to replace as the vehicle is brand new only 6 months old.
They probably do a great job on ferraris etc.but it should be consistent with all vehicles.
Sorry, would not be taking my vehicles there in the future.

My personal experience

I brought my little 2008 Volkswagen GTI to the shop. I recently bought the car and found that no matter how much I cleaned, I couldn't get rid of the funky smell.
The cleaning that was done was amazing, I felt like I getting into a new car. They cleaned everything, and I checked!
I paid more than others charge, but I didn't find anything that I personally thought was overcharged, I was happy with the work.
You pay for quality!

Miami Auto is so much more than a simple wash and vacuum. They pay attention to the smallest of details in order to provide every client with the very best results. No matter how perfect the wash, it’s those small details like dust hiding inside vents, dull plastic trim, and dirty door jams that can ruin it all.

I have been going to Miami car wash and auto detailing for many many years. The business is very well run. Sam is extremely efficient and an expert multi tasker. His staff are equally efficient and everyone is always smiling. The quality of the work is top notch. Its my happy place. Sometimes I just stop in to say hello and I always feel brighter when I leave. The pricing for the quality of work Sam and his staff provide is more than fair. It’s a little secret business nestled in between two bigger buildings off a busy street that is run by Sam and his close knit crew. It does have back lane access if there is a line up at the front. I recently bought a car from Sam, the owner, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about his business. The car was detailed and ready-to-go when I arrived, and in perfect working condition. He even has a parts car in the back, so any issues that I have, Sam has told me that he will fix them without question as long as he has the parts available from the other car. Just today, I went to see him because the speakers were blown, and he replaced them in under 30 minutes even though it was incredibly busy! I am so thankful for his business, customer service, and genuine character. Highly recommend this guy!
