Extremely bad and disappointing, ordered a shaved ice and gave them 30 minutes to prepare, only to ask and find out that they are unable to make it because they don’t have enough ‘people’ and ‘time’. I do not recommend coming here.

Food was not as good as I expected. Our white rice were cold and lumpy. Tried telling the waitress about it but didnt react at all. Not even an apology for serving cold rice. The beef noodle soup was ok. Minced meat with rice was edible.

Went here for the first time and tried the pork bowl which came out extremely quickly, good flavour fresh and large potion and sides for $13.95. I also tried their Thai milk latte which was a sweet tea but pleasant and had a nice flavour. My friend ordered their brown sugar bingsuu which was absolutely delicious and came with many toppings to customize it. One thing to make note of is they will not allow for splitting bills so know and plan this beforehand. A bit of a nit picky complaint is I wish napkins were more readily available at tables as waiters/waitresses are hard to flag down since the menu is qrcode and done through online via a table code specified to the table you are sitting.at.

Well priced and decent food. Lots of parking and space inside. Clean interior suitable for chats and fills the belly with no complaints.

The food is delicious, the grass jelly is authentic, and the drinks are delicious~ Recommended

The food here is actually pretty bad- ordered the 3 cup chicken, and the pieces of chicken were smaller than if i would have ordered kung pao chicken.portion sizes gets smaller every time i visit, which isn’t often to begin with.honestly memory corner is a one minute walk away- just go there.

Micha is a Taiwanese restaurant that I’ll never worried to have a bad experience.

They have many options on their menu and all of them are good

I like how they have the online order QR code for you when you sit.

The Taiwanese cold noodle is pretty Taiwanese flavoured. A bit too sweet for me though.

Customers treated differently: we called in to make a reservation on Sunday night and was told that reservations not accepted in rush hour. Upon our arrival, there was another group of customers walked in and told one of their servers that they had made a reservation, therefore, they got seated earlier and we wasting some time in waiting. Secondly, dishonesty; we purchased a coupon and wanted use it. The couple clearly states it can used before 18: 00pm, and we presented the coupon to a server at 17: 50 (we lost sometime due to reservation not accepted, but still mde it before 18: 00). He said their kitchen’s last call to take coupon order is at 5: 30 even thought it says can be used before 18: 00pm. Eventually, it ended up we chose to switch to another restaurant.

Good quality food, very fast on making the food and the amount you get for the price is good

I wish we could give half stars. It would have been 5 had the service been slightly better and the cash/debit policy was more evident. It didn't bother me as I always have both debit and cash but it be a hassle for some people.

The food was great. Came out quick and tasted as good as it looked. Will definitely be back to try a few more things.

The food was just fine. There are a lot of other Taiwanese restaurant much better than Micha. Also it is over priced. We ordered a dinner set and a drink which cost us $35 per person. It is not tasty so it does not worth how much we paid.

The food was great, must try their fried dishes. We paid ~140 (including tips, taxes) for 6 person and were really really full.

Had dinner there and got a parking ticket (even though it was free parking within 2 hours and I had put the plate number in their system) Told the waitress about it and she said she would take care of it. A month later got a mail saying I’m fined for $126 for not paying parking fee. Called the restaurant and the response was “not our business”.

Overall, bad experience at this restaurant. Waited 30 mins for fish hotpot and was told to wait 6 more minutes and guaranteed to arrive. Another 15 mins elapsed and still nothing. At this point, everyone at the table had finished. Finally waved down and made a stern complaint, in which, finally the food arrived…only that the fish in the soup was RAW!

Only reason this wasn’t a 1 star was the manager had the sense to give us the hotpot complimentary and was very apologetic about it. Plus, the food we had was decent but the service definitely left a bad taste in our mouths.

Excellent service, excellent staff and authtentic food! Don't miss out on the brown sugar shaved ice, it's exceptionally tasty.

Some are really good like fried chicken, some are extremely small portion worth maybe half of the price, some are far from your expectation like what is this. Now I know why so many people willing to wait one hour at Memory corner rather than eating here.

Their food was delicious! I especially enjoyed their pork intestines, takoyaki, and green onion pancakes.

Gave me the wrong drink. When I call them the girl cut me off phone and said they are closed. Everything was great, but the phone call cut off earn themselve a 1 star.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a while. Not polite, not timely, ignores you when you ask for the bill and to pay in turn serves everyone around you. Food has also gone down hill. Won’t be back.

First time here and it was a great experience.
Great ambiance. Food was so good and fresh. Service was great. My kid even wants to go right back for dinner the next day.

Only thing I don't like is that the portions are a bit small for the price. But good quality of food and service so definitely will go back.

Micha has the best Taiwanese style chicken nuggets in Richmond.

Edit: I love their chicken nuggets.but their portion has got smaller. I ordered large size

Great food. The manager rectified an issue we had when we arrived and provided excellent service. We will gladly eat here again.

Great social distancing in place, also ordering is all conducted through qr code, however customizations are still available through a server. The food is great as well and the bbt is nice!

Food tasted just ok and small portion. I’ll say it’s overpriced. Food court tasted better, bigger portion and cheaper. If you r coming here I’ll say only get the sizzling plate might be a better idea. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Servers were unprofessional as well. They need better food and better service here.

Good to Eat Taiwan Food! One of best Taiwanese food in Vancouver, must come and try it out! I’ll be back again and put it in my list of introducing to good friends.

The food was really good but the reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is because they mixed up 2 out of our 5 drink orders. Once it was fixed it was all good and we were happy with the service

Food came out fast. Which is a rarity for some Chinese restaurants in Richmond. Every dish was consistently tasty.

Price was very reasonable. 6 dishes for a group of 5 came under $75 after taxes. And we were full.

This place is located in a strip mall on the NW corner of Alderbridge & Garden City. Parking lot can get full very fast after 6pm. So get here early.

Recently changed their menu, all the prices have been marked up significantly. Not ridiculously expensive, but isn't as value as it use to be (especially the 2 can dine ~18 per person to 26 per person). Food is decent.

A great restaurant at a great price! I ordered chicken nuggets and fried rice and bubble tea. The bubble tea here is cheaper at night time I believe after 10 pm I believe half price. The servers here are very friendly and I find it very nice that they are very accommodating and will be sure to help you with any questions on their menu and always check if you're doing fine or need more water etc.

It was a really simple, modern looking resto with comfy wooden chairs and tables. Had the drunken chicken and clam soup combo with 2 sides. Seafood was fresh and the soup had a nice herbal taste but i wish they had some spicy chillies to go with it.

The food and service were just as good as they used to be; they are formerly named Strike and rebranded themselves to MICHA.

Food came out fast. Every dish was consistently tasty. Bright and big space and lots of parking spots. I will recommend calling for reservations in advance to avoid crowed hours.

The new "Strike" has undergone some renovations. Washrooms are the same though. Late night promotion is the same, but with more rules. After 10 pm, drinks are half off, but it doesn't count towards toppings. Only one half-off drink per person counts towards the minimum charge of $5.00. After meeting the minimum charge you can get more half-off drinks. Or, take out drinks are $4.00.
Tried their new soda drinks, which were not bad, very fizzy. Service was ok, drinks took forever to come. The chicken nugget price went way up. So I guess this is how they pay for the renovation and rebranding.

Brought here by a friend from work for my first Taiwanese food experience and I am very impressed, every dish was delicious & service was excellent!
I will definitely be returning soon!

Horrible customer service. We waited over 30 minutes for 5 drinks when there were only 3 groups of people in the restaurant.

When taking our order, the waitress started taking a phone call mid order. When we asked when our drinks were coming after noticing another table's come, the waitress said that ours need more time because they were hot. I doubt any drink takes 30 minutes to prepare. They came near immediately after we asked.

Drinks were mediocre, but does not make up for the poor customer service.

Great place group dinners, family dinners, perfect place to come for Taiwanese food in Richmond. My family and I came to Micha when we were craving to eat something Taiwanese. Micha used to be the restaurant Strike, and I think they renovated the inside and rebranded the menu to Micha.

We got the "2 people combo value set" and we shared it between the 4 of us with some leftover of the rice at the end. In the set, we chose the deep fried salty popcorn chicken, their chicken tasted really good, just like the ones in Taiwan. We got the marinated appetizer trio of the pork ear, marinated tofu and pork intestine. For the rice, we upgraded the rice to the large Taiwanese Marinated Pork rice, and the bowl came in such big portion that I think it's more than enough for 4 people to share. As a side, we also got the beef noodle soup to try out. The noodle was thick, had a nice chew, soup broth was really flavourful, not too spicy either. Really love their food overall!

Service is poor，they gave us the wrong entree and also intestines when we asked for tofu and the server tried to convince us that it was tofu when it clearly wasn’t. I can tell the different between tofu and intestines. Food is mediocre, the fried chicken is all batter no chicken. Price is fine

I don't know why you would ever come here, McDonald’s does a better job serving you for half the price.

From the last time I went here (which was about 2 years ago) to my recent visit today, I will have to say that the service didn't change at all. You can change the interior of the place but if the service is still weak and not even great I'm sorry to say but I won't tip.

When I went to pay for my order the waiter that helped us at the front looked at the receipt, "no tip? " And I said yeah no tip then she continues to say "no tip? No tip? " (About 3 times, btw I kept saying no no tip) Like dude I dont want to cause you made my table wait 1hr to order when they helped others that were seated way after us while we raised our hands to get your attention. I give tip because you gave me exceptional service but I dont give tip of you give me unexceptional service.

I ended up leaving a $2 tip to just get her to stop asking me why no tip like I gave no tip cause I didn't think you deserved it. It may be rude of me to not want to tip but it's not mandatory to tip in canada it may be expected but it's not mandatory. I get better services at bubble world and well tea. Please dont ask your customer, "why no tip" if they didn't tip they maybe you should get the hint that the service that was given was unexceptional.

The renovated the place and it looks nicer now. Cheap food but the restaurant is definitely on the noisy side. Would recommend only if you don't mind the deafening music and chatter.

Foods taste not bad. Price is about normal. Most drink (tea) will have discount at late night (after 10pm). However, they didn't mention that the discount is unable to separate the bill with the foods and the drink at the beginning, which is confused to customers; and they also were not willing to provide separate bills per customers' request. Overall, the employees need to be retrained to provide better customer service. Cash only. Serve speed is about normal. Music provided, but pretty noisy amd loud. Dinning floor is ok. Public restrooms available. Free parking lot available in the front and side.

Food is decent. Had thai chicken but ate it before taking photo. Unfortunately, service was extremely lacking. They forgot to give us one set of side dishes but the waiter brushed it off saying my brothers combo comes with it. We waited for 45 minutes for his dish before flagging down the waiter before he says that we never ordered anything in the first place! If he never ordered, then where did the side dishes come from? Also, the drinks were slow.

I think I'm going back again but just need to make it clear to the waiter what we are ordering.

I have been here for couple of times, Great value for the money.
They must have few more waiters as we have to wait for their attention always.
Place is bit noisy, and fully occupied in peak times.
If you are looking for a quiet ambient place then u will be dis appointed.

They've rebranded to Micha! There is still a small Strike sign but it's not that visible from afar.

Quality is still the same and they have an amazing 5 dish combo $32 that can easily be shared by 3 people with small appetites! In the picture the dishes seem small but the portions definitely exceeded my expectation at that price.

The service was also super friendly.
