We highly recommend this store for any kind of jewelry shopping. We got our wedding bands here and it's fantastic. We specially thank to Manmeet for her dedicated customer service and extra care. We needed our rings by Christmas 2023 and it had to be put under a special order since the sizes were little too small. The rings arrived just before the Christmas eve!

As a teenage girl walking into jewelry stores is stressful because I’ve only ever been told to leave because they automatically think I have no money to spend. Micheal hill in willowbrook mall was the first store that welcomed me with open arms. Mel and Cory helped my friend and I. They were both such beautiful souls with kind attitudes and I cannot say enough good things about those women. Went Michael hill 2-3 weeks ago to find a perfect ring for myself. I went a few more jewelry shops including neighboring shops in the mall. Manmeet helped me to find what I wanted. Told her I am not buying the ring that day but I would bring my husband later if I found the right one. She wasn't pushy or disappointed for the fact that I was not buying that day and she seemed genuinely excided for my shopping. At the other places as soon as they knew that I was not buying that day, their disappointment on their face was pretty obvious and made me feel like I was wasting their time. Manmeet made sure I took pictures of what I liked for later visit. I went back with my husband 2-3 weeks later. She remembered me and I thought she tried her best for me to get what I wanted from the best offer they had. I bought the ring I loved but the ring needed resizing so I do not have the picture of the ring yet.

I visited the store yesterday to purchase a bracelet for my older sister’s bracelet. When I walked in, Manmeet greeted us kindly. She was a big help in finding the right bracelet that suited my sister’s style. Manmeet made it a very comfortable and easy process. Terrible customer service! Wouldn’t recommend coming here! They told me they would size a ring that I bought for my girlfriends birthday then they wouldn’t size it when I brought it back. The customer service at the Willowbrook Mall location was terrible. They refused to repair a bracelet that broke after 2 weeks of wear. I was forced to purchase a 3-year protection plan to get it repaired. Then they didn’t want to give me back the box it came in. I gave it to them in the box and then they just wanted to give me back the bracelet. Small thing but added insult to injury. A gold rope bracelet should not break after 2 weeks and they should have repaired it for me. I will not be going back.: (

This place is so good in service. Staff member Manmeet helped us when I was at this place with my wife to buy few things and overall experience was outstanding.

Some of the best customer Service I have ever received was from the sales associate Manmeet. Their ability to listen to the customer (myself) was something hard to come by nowadays. A very considerate and thoughtful employee, would recommend stopping by this store just because of them, 10/10.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THEY WONT LET US RETURN JEWELRY THAT WAS BOUGHT. My mom went to this store to purchase jewelry from them and now they will not let her return it. The jewelry was unworn it was not final sale and was within the 30 day return policy agreements. She went to the store on 2 separate occasions to return the same jewellery and they told her lies both times. They first told her the jewelry she bought was final sale, and that is a lie. When my mom was buying it knows it she asked if it was final sale and they told her that it was NOT final sale, and she could return it if she didn’t like it. They then told her that they cannot return as she has returned “too many things”. She has made 2 returns and the store one in 2021 and one in 2020, and this year is clearly shown on her records. Even if she had made more returns, it does not say anywhere on their return policy that you can only make a certain amount of returns a year. We also spoke to the regional manager and she was extremely rude. She told us more lies, and basically told us it was not her problem. We have tried everything and they still won’t let us return the jewelry. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE PROFITS.

This location is one of the best jewellery store in town!

Michael Hill Langley is the only Michael Hill I would go to. Roya (manager) and her team consistently show positive attitude and excellent customer service. Never felt pressured to buy anything and always provided the right amount of attention a customer deserves. Despite being such a busy store, Johan and Hanna (associate) approached me and asked if I needed anything and to let her know if I need assistance. After some time and further discussions, a ring was purchased for my fiancé, and I know she will love it! Thank you for advice and options

Manmeet was the person to help me out, she was great at explaining all the options and what would look best. She showed me the best package for cleaning as well.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Manmeet Purba at Michael hill store. I found the process of selection is amazing and she did wonderful job. Great prices, beautiful selection and excellent staff.

I bought a necklace for my son as a Xmas gift which he didn’t like. I tried to return it but was 12 days past.the store manager was sooo rude I will NEVER shop there again. She blamed me and now I can’t give my 10 year old son a necklace he likes: (

If i could give zero stars i would. Horrible experience here with my Engagement ring. They ordered the wrong size and completely blamed me for their mistake. Also charged me more because apparently "care plans done transfer" to the EXACT same ring.again, their mistake that i had to pay for. Cant even get ahold of the right person in Management/Head Office in Australia to explain my situation to.

I find Michael Hills in Willow brook to be very helpful and extremely easy to work with this is a great place to shop at

Went in just to have my battery replaced for my watch. The 2 associates had no idea how to go about making a claim for this and needed so much information for just a simple battery replacement. The watch I bought came with lifetime battery replacements. It took over 30 minutes for them to file the claim. When i went to pick up the watch after they left a voicemail, they could not find the paperwork/watch anywhere; 3 of the associates were looking for it and it took over 15 minutes. When it was found they simply handed it over and said thanks; no apology for the time it took. I can imagine they have a nice smile and play friendly when you buy something but as for ongoing service, you wont get that here.

We bought our Rings last year, we had problem with the ring (missing small Diamond) went back there and The assistant Manager,
Erin, was not willing to help us
Her explanation did not make any sense.
I previously was dealing with Scot and Kevin and they were both very helpful but Erin is very inexperienced, she doesn’t know what she is talking about, nor handling customer Service.
I asked to talk to upper manager, she said she is the highest authority for now and the store manager is off on Monday and we will hear the same thing from The store manager as well, so
I Complained to head office to see if anyone can hear our concern
The Store Manager, Roya, called me on the same day!
She is very professional and seems to know what she is doing
She apologized and made things Right

We did not want to Shop at Michael Hill due to our experience with Erin anymore, but dealing with the store manager changed our experience
We recommend her and her store to our friends and family

Purchased our rings years ago at another location but moved. Went to get rings resized and repolished wish we had gone anywhere else! So much miscommunication and differences in what sales person said vs manager. When I never received the follow up quote, I called after a week and at first they didn’t even know where our rings were. I had to go in person to the store to get a straight answer because no one would call back, or the manager was not in. Sales associates were really quite rude. Was just an atrocious experience! Save your time and money. P. S manager slipped up and divulged they charge WAY more than cost. On a 35$ repair they were going to charge 85$+!
