Bought a rose gold ring here 5 months ago. I go back to get it cleaned and they wanted money to send it off! Paid over $500 for this ring and they don’t seem to want to keep customers. The sales lady suggested I go elsewhere if I want it cleaned! Won’t be back lol

I wanted to buy a ring but didn't know my partners ring size off the top of my head, so I asked the staff to look up the size on the engagement ring I bought with them a year ago. They gave me the incorrect ring size, leading to me just wasting money. Frustrating customer experience all around, and now I have a ring she can't wear and I cant resize.

Unhelpful and rude. Was made to feel inferior even though we purchased engagement ring from them but at an other location. IT issues when looking up my ring. I never write these negative reviews but was feeling so icky after the last two visits I definitely won’t be back.

I went there to size my ring, the customer service person sized my finger and when it came back it was way to small.
They took 3 weeks and i had to call them to see what was going on multiple times. I went back and the same customer service representative who was lovely, offered 15% off my next resizing, i came back the next day and had their manager size me and provided rush shipment I got it re sized again there and was told it was a 5.5 took another week but when sized elsewhere by two different jewelers it was actually a 5.25. I went back to them to ask again and they assured me it was a 5.5.got it resized to a 5.5 at Ann Louise and had it in 2 days and it fits. I highly do not recommend Micheal Hill.
