What payment methods can I use?
MichaelKors.ca accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

Examples of forms of payment we do not accept include:

*Credit Card Gift Cards can only be redeemed for orders less than the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card as one of the forms of payment.
Can I buy online and pickup in a store?
Select items are available to buy online and pickup in a store. You can check store availably from our product pages by selecting the "Pickup in Store" option. If you have allowed the site to identify your location, we will show the availability of your product selection in nearby stores. If you have not allowed the site to identify your current location, you may enter a city, state and Zip code to find nearby stores.
• This service is being provided free of charge.
• Typically, items will be ready for pickup within approximately 3 hours of placing the order.
• You will receive an email alerting you when your order is ready for pickup.
• Customers utilizing our Buy Online Pickup In Store program must place their order earlier than 3 hours of a store’s closing for the order to be available the same day.
• Orders placed after this window might not be available for pickup until the next business day.
• Orders will be held for 3 days from when placed before being canceled
• A valid driver’s license or government issued ID must be present and displayed to the pickup store as validation before your order will be released.
• Orders may contain both items shipping to an address as well as being picked up in a store. Multiple pickup locations are allowed but only one “ship to” location is permitted per order.
• You will be charged at the time you pick up your order at the designated store.
• Personalized or customized items such as monograming will not be eligible for store pickup.
• All orders that meet our returns requirements can be returned to any Michael Kors retail location in Canada free of charge, subject to the applicable Returns & Exchange Policy.
What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed at MichaelKors.com, you cannot make changes. Please place a new order for the correct size or color and return the order with the wrong size or color.
What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy.
You have two options for returning/exchanging merchandise purchased online: by mail or in store. All returns/exchanges of online orders, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

There was a great lady that helped customers. She was a big help to guide what's better choice.variety of collection and sizes are available in Richmond branch.

I went to buy a bag today. But the customer service was so bad that I end up leaving the store because they are extremely rude. I was looking for something and when I asked the asian lady there and she was like, ” what do you want? ” with such an attitude that I just hate. Worst experience ever.

The shop staff are all unhelpful and Chinese struggling with broken English, what's more they scam customer by overcharging CND$20.00 on top of the pricetag. I went back to ask for refund they refused. When I point out this ia scam a Chinese woman manager even lauged and agreed what I accused of them being scamming! This fashion brand should work on their credibilities before they brand on their image!

Their staff is extremely helpful, professional & friendly. I was specifically dealing with the male employee the day I went & he went out of his way to help me find a bag that was not in stock at their location. He called different stores to find out if one could be located. The other associates in the store that weren't assisting me were just as pleasant too. I ended up buying a bag & the guy that helped me wrapped it up so nicely in a box with a bow! Very impressive.

I requested a refund for a sale item that did not have a tag in the bag when I purchased it. After speaking to a sales rep she brought out the manager on duty. She was quite rude and condescending, rolling her eyes at one point, accusing me of losing the tag when I told her the sales rep did not include one when I purchased it.

The manager left to "check with head office" and told me it would take a day, I said no problem, I could wait. A couple minutes later, a completely different rep named Wing returned to provide the refund as an exception.

Even though the manager was rude, I wanted to thank her for contacting head office for the refund but she didn't even come back out to speak to me. So I asked Wing what her name was and was told it's company policy to not give the Manager's name. Then I asked a different sales rep Andrea, and she too refused to give me the Manager's name saying it was company policy. I said I'll wait for the manager to come out but she never did, I was told she's still on the phone.

It was my first time making a purchase at this store and I felt ignored, put down and blamed for something that was not my fault. Blaming me for not having the tag when it was their staff who misplaced it is not a customer's fault.

Terrible service and rude. I will never return to this store. Looking at other reviews, seems to be a common theme of bad service here.

I even went to other stores in the mall to ask if retail stores have such a policy about not giving a manager's name and they all said no and thought it was strange.

Terrible customer service. Employees including the manager were severely rude and disrespectful. I would recommend not coming here.

Waited for someone to help me find a shoe size for about 15-20 min. Noticed all 3 employees were helping 2 customers but it seemed important so waited a bit longer with 3 pairs in my hand. No other customers were there except us and the customers they were helping. Even after 1 customer was done nobody came by to help. At no point did someone acknowledge us. We left and went to Browns next door and came out with a purchase 10 min later. I love Michael Kors and own several bags, shoes and clothing. I was looking for wedding shoes because it would look perfect with my dress. I will not go back to this location.
