Very helpful staff, I found what I needed with their assistance 5 min into arrival. I appreciate being asked it makes one feel that they’re not interrupting a task.

Vast selection at reasonable prices. Well laid out and clearly labeled aisles. Lots of discounted Christmas stuff when I was there (early January - no surprise). Seemed a little under staffed.

I like the fact that they always change things up season to season. And I can browse for an hour without feeling like I'm being watched. Because of that too. I always buy something.just to show my appreciation. I really like everything I've bought here.from Christmas decor to reframing my pictures.to pens & booklets.just a great store overall.

Can't say I'm too crafty but this store is nicely organized and always have things I come for. Their website navigates well so I check online before I go to pick things up. Sometimes have great discounts too. This place is good for gift supplies, shower parties, events and of course, art and craft. Love their huge parking lot if I was buying something large, this would be the location I go.

This is a smaller Michaels so they don’t always have what I’m looking for but I’m happy it’s easy to get to and there’s always free parking.

They allow my pup pup to come into the store, lots of craft things I want to buy and never use.

Was great bought risen for the first time. Even though the employee hadn't used first hand. She was still knowledgeable and was able too offer advice

Came here for baking items, their baking department was quite bare. Turns out they only carry large size cupcake liners, which is unfortunate since I needed size small. There was a solid assortment of bakery boxes, the cardboard ones I mean. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be considering how low on stock they were.

Great place for stocking up on kids project work. Location is very accessible. Ample of well lit parking area.

Found what I was looking for but it would've been nice if they had more of a selection. Not everyone wants brown safety eyes. The cashier was super friendly. Wish I could remember her name.

Inside the store is highly accessible. You can order online and pickup in store at the front. The aisles are wide and well organized. The employees were helpful and kind. Getting into the building is a bit dicey in a chair. I would not recommend using the ramp directly in front unless in a power chair with a seat belt. The ramps on either side are more accessible. If it weren't for the slight difficulty getting into the place I'd have given them 5*

Big shout out to Susan. I came into the Big Bend store today at Monday Oct 4th looking for a spray paint color that said it was in stock at this location. I tried to find it myself where it said it was located on the website. However it could not be found. Prior to this I went to two other Michaels store and the specific shade I was looking for was only available at this location.

Susan was able to track it in overstock. I am used to staff telling me that the item is sold out and not doing anything about it but she ensured that it was located in the store. So thanks to her I did not come out empty handed especially when I travelled all the way here from afar by transit.

Yarn heaven. They had chunky knitting needles there today for $5.99! Also, I absolutely love their coupons and loyalty program. There's always some kind of deal to be had, which keeps me coming back for more. Many of the items here, especially when on sale, are far cheaper than you'd find on Amazon. Beads and semi precious stones especially.

I've always loved going to Michael's for my baking needs. I have noticed tho that things have been changing and alt of products have stopped coming into the store. I was there on Saturday and the shelves have a lot of empty spaces which is surprising. I still love Michael's, I just hope they'll restock the shelves again

Great location for a Michael's. The staff were really helpful as I couldn't locate something after walking the store maybe 3 times. Lots of stock and variety for all your crafting needs and more! This plaza also has lots of convenient stores in the same area!

I came here thrice in a month they have good stuff and on sale a lot of items, if you're planning to use the bathroom run to winners, both their toilets don't flush and no toilet paper other than that i boughht many puzzles and pens here

Everytime its a hunt for a person to find help. I think its on purpose lol. Be nice to have a employee to at least tell the aisle.

Friendly staff helped me find and decide on items best suited for my project. Cashier very nicely offered me the seniors discount.
I left feeling valued and happy with the savings.

Ordered curb-side pick-up, and had to do an exchange later for a broken item (not the fault of the store, it was packaged and broken inside.) Staff was super helpful and did the exchange quickly and with no issues. They're always very helpful when I come in.

Ordered a product, came in to pick up and was the wrong item. Fair enough, everyone makes mistakes, but then had a super laid back attitude to finding the right item, which they never did. I was pretty calm even though I did mention that we'd come from a long distance to get there. Just a shrug in response. Never going back again as I don't want to waste my time and money on a store that doesn't care at all about customers and follow through

Amazing place to buy art and craft stuff.even cricut printers and whatsoever related to being an artist. Just like wallmart and costco. This place is of the same importance as far colors GO in your life.highly recommend this place if you are an artist or love decorating your house

We were able to get what we needed within minutes!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating for this, thankful for the COVID conscious experience!

Only downside was, it didn't seem there were any staff members named Michael.

An everything arts and creativity and passion place. It's like a candy store that you for sure won't come out without nothing in your hand.

What I liked about this location was the ease of this visit.
The store was mostly neat and clean (as much as retail can be with rude people opening packages and leaving items on the floor etc). My items were easy to find and the sales were clearly marked.

What impressed me the most was an associate named Jacob. He came to assist me right away when he saw me looking at a rather large canvas just out of my reach. He brought it down for me and offered to take them to the till. Even though his shift was finished, he asked me if there was anything else he could help me find. As I had my young grandson with me, he took my large items right to the till and politely excused himself, wishing me a nice weekend.
I'm a young 60ish woman and I can honestly say that it's been DECADES since I've had such wonderful and genuine customer service. It reminded me of the "good old days"!
Give this young man a raise or promotion.
Buy him a new car. Do what you have to do to keep him. He's a RARE one.

I live in Abbotsford, but I would drive back to Vancouver for such a wonderful shopping experience. Well done

1. Good range of products. But what good if it's not reasonably priced. (Example - Cotton printed design cloth sold by the metre 20$ plus tax.)

2. Too many small aisles 70+ why can't long aisles do say 40+ just to make it easy for the staff and less confusing

3. Return policy not crystal clear and at discretion of the cashier

4. New customers registered have a 30% discount on ONE item. But not sure how and which item gets discount. (Out of the many items I got. The medium priced item got a discount)

A great place to shop for young ladies birthday present. I had no idea what to buy for a 9 year old but really simple here.

The staff here have been friendly. Would love to take advantage of same day pick up, however they never seem to have items in stock

Made a living wall with $60 worth of fake moss glue gunned onto an old cork board I had lying around. High brow decor for a few dollars

Close by and has a great selection. Bought ourselves a new Christmas wreath on sale at 80% off, so quite happy about that.

Everything for craft in one place. There is always something interesting there. But prices are too high for some products. But don't worry about parking.

I found everything I needed for my craft project. If I am in a hurry I ask a clerk where items are, otherwise it’s fun to just browse.

Always remember to use their 45% off when purchasing regular priced item! I couldn't find my coupon, but the staff gave me one anyway. That's customer service!

I originally only came here to buy stencils but ended up with numerous craft hobbies. Prices seem high but I'm new to crafts and art so my judgement on prices might be off. Wish they had a bigger variety of adhesive stencils though, the majority of them are patterns and flowers.

I rarely get disappointed by this store. The staff is friendly, they have a very good selection of yarn and, even if sometimes stuff can be overpriced, they always have some kind of deal going on.
