Two appointments I had with Brenda, I fels so welcomed and comfortable. She also makes you feel calm and tells you when you will start feeling a bit of a sting during the process, although it really didn't hurt for me.

I absolutely love my eyeliner tattoo. Brenda was amazing and made the process extremely comfortable. She works with you to understand exactly how natural or dramatic you want your eyeliner to be. She gave me a more natural eyeliner with our first session but made it more dramatic for the touch up as I wanted it. It is great to be able to not have to put on eyeliner everyday and just be ready to go in the morning! The procedure was pain free.

A year ago Brenda did my eyebrows. I get compliments and ‘eye brow’ envy all the time. It’s the shape that Brenda nailed, as much as the right colour and thickness. The process was virtually painless! Even my 89 year old mother wants her brows done now! I braved it, and went for the eyeliner recently. I was pretty nervous worrying about the discomfort and worrying about the eye area. I’m so excited to say that the process was completely painless! Brenda explains every part of the process up front, then again as she goes along. I am 61 years old with grey hair. The difference having my brows and my eye liner done is fantastic. I feel like my whole face has brightened up. If you’re nervous, don’t be! Brenda is exceptional, at taking care of any concerns, is meticulous in the process, and her creative commitment is hands down the best! I’m soooo very glad I did this for myself. Excellent services! It was a quick and easy. I was told it might hurt, but it was pretty mild. From a 0 to 10 scale, the pain level is 2 for me. Now I'm a completely different person. This transformation made me more confident.

I found Brenda at bfbrows through a colleague's recommendation and was impressed by her talents, professionalism and honesty. I had two sessions with Brenda (first session and a touch-up session) ; I have thoroughly enjoyed both experiences and most importantly, I love my natural looking and empowered brows! The studio is spacious and clean (covid-safe) and close to transit. Highly recommend Brenda and her brow magic.

She charged me $500 for microblading, and afterwards I had to use a pencil everyday to fix them myself. I had to go back 3 times and every time she treated me as if it was my fault instead of being apologetic that she can’t make it work and I have to tolerate the pain and after care, and look like an angry bird for a week each time.
At the end when she couldn’t create the right colour and shape, she blamed it on my skin. The colour she chose was too light and red instead of brown and she was not able to create the desired shape. Terrible work. After 2 years I went to someone else and as I thought, the problem was Brenda’s work and not my skin! I have fantastic micro-bladed brows now.
To make things worse, she had a bad attitude too. One time I was a few minutes late and to punish me, she said she won’t have time to numb the area and I have to tolerate the pain, with no numbing! She wouldn’t even cancel the session! Who does that! So terrible work and terrible attitude to match. I’m shocked to see all the 5 star comments. Impossible to believe.

Absolutely Beyond Grateful for all that Brenda has done for my self esteem. I know it may sound a bit silly but my brows have been a pain in the neck from the early nineties and now I am on my way to complete beautification. I now get up and wash my face and do not need to spend 25-35 minutes a day just on my brows, but needless to say I have not even worn any form of foundation or concealer since getting them done either. Brenda was highly recommended to me by my friend's sister. I had my brows nano bladed by Brenda on Monday and she did a fantastic job. My brows was microbladed a year ago and the lady that did it did a horrible job. Brenda had a challenge on her hands however she managed to make my brows look amazing. I was very self-conscious about not wearing makeup on my brows, and I really wanted to get them microbladed. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

Brenda is very quick and organized to respond. I set up an appointment and the studio was easy to find. I went into the appointment thinking that I wanted powder ombre (to look more like makeup). But I am so glad Brenda took the time to ask about my life, why I wanted to do microblading, and what I wanted from this experience. These were some points she made:
- If you wear full face makeup everyday - powder ombre is better, but if not- microblading for a natural look
-shape of face is very important for the shape of the eyebrow
-there are trendy brow shapes (ex: straighter asian brows) that come and go, stick with what frames your face and your natural hair growth
-brow colour choices is a thing

So if you are like me, and have no idea what shape, colour, etc you want, Brenda has such great insight and attention to detail. She is also flexible with what you want and what looks best.

Brenda is super nice and knowledgeable! She made me feel really comfortable by taking the time to explain the process of microblading since I was nervous. Her studio is simple and clean which also made the experience that much better.

The actual procedure itself is a little painful but Brenda is so good at distracting you with funny conversations that you forget about the pain.
