Use their services at our OWN RISK! I feel scammed by the owner or operators of this business. In July my laptop was fixed there but the next day, I started experiencing computer malfunction.fast forward three months later, i have gone there numerous times for almost the same issue but no permanent solution to help me. I have asked for a refund of over $400, this is what it cost to change logic board and screen, but the owner says according to their "company policy" parts and replacements are final sale; the policy is not written on their receipt no was it explained to me. Took it to another repair shop and was told that it's either a misdiagnosis or the screen is faulty. Now, I am stuck with a non-functioning laptop. Beware.

Don't come here for any type of services. They replace my item with an inferior one and denied. Won't refund my purchase because I charged on my card. They told me the system can't do refund. What a bunch if BS. The whole staff try to gang up on you so you will give up. Surprised them, this guy don't give up easy. I have a 1 star because they have a negative one! These owners give Chinese people a bad name.

I had an ipad charging issue. Apple's offered solution: buy a new ipad. Mictrotech fixed my issue within minutes and cost $22.

The guy gave me a fake iphone screen for 70$ that barely works after 2 days

Not the best service you can ask for, I brought in to fix an iPad with the broken screen and he end up destroying the motherboard on it, he did not take responsibility of his actions so I end up losing the iPad and the cost of the repair
