It's never great when your car breaks down but the tow truck driver recommended Midas and I couldn't have been happier. Great Service from really kind people. The price was on par but I got an awesome loaner car. Appreciate that they made a stressful situation a little less stressful. Thanks!

This place will lie to you about parts of your car that need fixing, and charge you 2-3x more than most repair shops. I saved over 2.3k going somewhere else. Only pro about this place is that the front desk services team is quite friendly, but that's where the pros end. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Pretty tough when you are told that I needed a powder steering pump along with the pipe that was told it leaked. To the new belts (I k ew I needed those) but 1300$ later I canceled the work. Went somewhere else and had a major oil leak which wasn't discussed at midus. And that the pump nor the pipe needed replacing. Just disappointed cause I wanted to support thier cause for food bank but not having much money getting told I had 1300$ worth of repairs I didn't need was pretty upsetting. I still would have left with a major oil.leak. Sorry but I won't be back. Yes I did run it out of oil and coolant and the belts were a normal rate but just felt like I wasn't being told the truth. Got everything fixed and a second opinion 400$. Was also told the squeal wasn't the belt it was the pump itself. Also not true. I feel bad but it just wasn't right in my opinion.

It is always a pleasure to bring our vehicles here - well that sounds weird that we enjoy our vehicle problems, but seriously, between myself and my husband, we have been customers at Midas many, many times. Brian, Sandy and Angela are always so kind, patient and very thorough in all explanations and options to address the reason for the visit (s). While observing these 3 with each other and all the other staff too, it is obvious that there is a great deal of mutual respect and a well-run working environment here. These 3 peeps also all have awesome senses of humour which is so appreciated and well-placed amongst their professionalism. Janene & Pierre W

Angela and her team were fantastic to deal with. I needed to get in on short notice and they were able to squeeze me in. They understood my needs and we’re willing to accommodate when others wouldn’t. On top of that, they made quick work of the service, priced things very fairly and we’re quick with all communication while my vehicle was being serviced. Would highly recommend!

Give this place zero stars if I could, My mom took her jeep here twice, the first time was to change a back wheel bearing and the muffler, the muffler they put on was was so cheap and makes the Jeep sound so loud, she went back to get her rad replaced because it had a crack in it, it wasn’t a bad crack until they did a rad flush and after that the coolant was spraying everywhere, so she got it fixed and then went to work, she was driving back from peach land when she noticed it starting running hot and wasn’t driving well when she got to her next job and got out, there was a huge puddle of coolant well if you can even call it that, it was basically just water, these people didn’t put any of the clamps back on her hoses and now it caused other issues in her Jeep, these people don’t know how to even change a tire properly, save your money and take your vehicle somewhere else, unless you want your vehicle worse off.

They were amazing to deal with! I will definitely go back in the future! I can’t say enough good things about them. They were professional and did a thorough check of my vehicle to ensure that they were fixing it correctly and figured out what the problem was. The bill came in cheaper than originally quoted, due to what the problem initially was. Did have the courtesy car for the day which was a huge help. THANK YOU!

I had a truck inspected yesterday, I got to sit and watch the techs walk around for 2 hours with an empty shop while slowly looking at the truck.
They were audibly making fun of another customer in front of me. Lastly, they gave me a $15,000 repair quote. I had the truck re-inspected today and got a $4,000 repair quote. A waste of money if you ask me.

Sold my friend summer tires and told her they were winter winters. Shop acknowledged mistake but decided not to rectify. Cost another $700. Taking our business to Costco, stay away from shop.

As always, Midas did an amazing job. Had to get my car towed there Sunday night after it broke down, they got my car back to me within a day, saved me money where they could and always friendly. Been going for years and will continue to go to them

Had a very frustrating experience with a stripped screw preventing me from doing some work on my truck. The friendly crew were able to get it out for me in 5 minutes!
