Had a great experience went to fix my car I thought it was having leakage as it was hit with something from below, but they checked and gave me right information about the situation and fixed only thing which was needed to be fixed.

I had a radiator problem. It was assessed and replaced the next day. The service was friendly, direct. The communication open and direct. My request to see the old radiator and take a photo was honored. The culture is professional and congenial. Brad, Don and Mike are pleasant to work with.

Impeccable service. I popped a tire on a curb - the good folks at the shop were able to quote me a fair price, replace the tire, and send me on my way in under an hour. Would recommend!

Fake online booking. You have to call after booking an appointment online and getting confirmation. They'll reply that you aren't booked. I had same experience in Vancouver too (7 years ago). They had said USA problem (continental issue, lol). People doing services with hard skills pick up phones at store level (and obviously not pleasant like professional receptionists). Service is good. Price is standard.

For a few years we have been going to Midas for our maintenance and seasonal tire change. Just want to appreciate the great service. Wishing all the staff and safe and enjoyable holiday season.

Get what needs to be done at a fair price. Outstanding response to questions, fast service.

Good service when you get in. They don't use the website so it's hard to get the discount for an oil change and you can't book an appointment online. When I called and asked about the discount the guy on the phone laughed and said 'good luck with that'.
