From booking my appointment to having the repairs done I thought the team at Midas especially Ravi and Dave, did an incredible job. I loved how the team took pictures during the inspection of the problem areas on my car as it made the reason for the repairs transparent and clear. Thank you!

I was hauling my truck mufflers on the road at 4pm and 20 minutes more to drive to Midas muffler. One of the places that answered my frantic phone call during my drive through the Coquihalla hwy, and was willing to have a look so late in the evening before closing for Canada day.
Thank you Dave, I made it back home and all still seems to be OK at this time.

The only place we take our cars since moving to the area 2 years ago. Dave is so honest and helpfull, I really can't say enough good things about their service. You never leave here feeling ripped off or taken for a ride like some places after getting the bill! If anything they have given us more deals in the last 2 years 6 I've ever had in my 20+ years of owning a vehicle! Highly, highly recommend, 10/10 service for sure!

I had a great experience at this location. No problems making an appointment and dropping off my car. They even dropped me off back at home so I didn't have to wait. They solved my problem and everything was done for less than the estimate they provided! Dave and Ravi gave me first class service. I will definitely bring my car back.

First time doing business with this Midas location and I was very impressed. I called on whim this morning if I could come in to swap over my winter tires. They said sure come for 2pm. I had called other tire shops in town, but nobody could make such a short notice appointment. It took them only 1 hour to swap over my tires while I waited. I was thrilled that they put my summer tires back into plastic bags I had brought the winter tires in. That means a lot to me, as other tire shops I have used just throw out the bags and stuff your dirty tires into your trunk. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The shop was extremely busy, but they seemed to be running like a well oiled machine. Thank you so much Midas White Rock. You Rock! I look forward to coming back.

When in a few days ago to ask what it would cost to get exhaust tips welded on in place of the stock pairs and also asked what size the pipes are so I could order the right set. I got met with him saying why would you want to do that is won't look good. I was a bit surprised I felt like he didn't want to help me or wanted my business. Quite a lack of professionalism. I will gladly take my business elsewhere which is sad as the company I work for uses them regularly. To bad.

Very unimpressed with the service, the staff were not very respectful. Went in for a simple inspection and when I got the car back there was an issue that wasn’t happening before (the car wouldn’t idle properly and kept dying on me). Had to go back and have them fix it, so I didn’t have a car for the rest of the day. A simple inspection landed up taking the entire day and no apology was given.

Excellent folks to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast. David and his team of technicians are excellent. A very nice and comfortable place to wait while they worked on your vehicle. Thank you.

When I thought I found a place that cares about long lasting relationships, they contradicted me and proved that it's actually all about money. Very disappointing!

My experience at Midas was great. They fixed the rattling on my exhaust (heatshield), which was driving me crazy and charged alot less than I expected! Will definitely go back again.

I paid $73 for a synthetic oil change which I was told would take 30 minutes but instead took 1 hour and 15 minutes. The person who works here on Mondays is not very helpful or respectful, he swears a lot and made me feel very uncomfortable. My appointment was at 2: 00 and they asked for my keys at 2: 30, so not punctual at all.

Worse management called 4 times for price they keep saying call me back or email me but I didn't hear from them yet.not professional.worse midas I know of.

I have been taking our vehicles to Midas South Surrey for the last three years.
Dave and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent service.
Does only work requested and gives honest and fair estimates on future work that may be required.

Brought my car in because the brakes were squeaking and I thought the front brakes needed to be changed. They gave a free inspection and it turned out my brakes were fine. Great service and nice honest people, I will be back when I need something done.

I brought in my car to fix a tire stud that had been broken. I also asked for the tires to be checked for balancing/alignment. The mechanic called once the stud was fixed and let me know that yes the tires were wearing not even so they suggested and alignment and rotation. I agreed. Then he went to tell my my oil was black. I had just changed it 2 months ago, but then agreed as this is my daughters car and she will get it this week all ready to go. He then asks if I have felt shaking in my car when stopping. I said no.he then tells me I need to replace my front brakes and rotors and it will be $600. I then asked to tell me how much was left in the pad.he said 5 mm. I had my cars brakes checked recently and was told they were fine and you do not replace at 5 mm.so I said NO thanks. I then call at 4 to make sure my car was ready.they said yes all good to go. He then tells me the mechanic didnt know what he was talking about, and NO i didnt need new brakes. SO was this just a scam for me to agree to get them done, if i had not asked how much was left? That came across as VERY unprofessional. I then walk over at 430, and my car is still on the lift! I proceed to wait 45 mins for it to be done, and them settle things. I was then told i needed an "engine filter". Well i Just had my filters replaced, so was this just another try and get to me pay for something i didnt need? Overall this experience raised a lot of red flags and left me NOT trusting what they were telling me needed to be done. For all I know now my tires were FINE and I just was told that to spend more $$. Be careful and ASK questions, I am glad I did.

Most repair shops are quick to grab easy money! At this particular (Midas) location the mind set is much different. David & team are very particular about ones needs without exagerating or inflating costs of repairs. The one thing that stands out most is the pure honesty to achive customer satisfaction.

Brought our Honda CRV in for a synthetic oil change.and received a full inspection + tire rotation at no additional charge! Plus, we got a great deal on synthetic oil change (way better that at the Honda Dealership).

For the full inspection they detected a weak battery, which is true. Our battery is almost shot. But no up-sells or scare tactics.

I’d like to thank the team for their honest service.

Had a break in my aftermarket downpipe. Dave got me booked in on a Sat am and after a coffee across the street a new flex pipe was welded in and complete checkup on the vehicle. Great service. I'll be back and will recommend.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Got my starter changed here, bought the part next door at lordco because it was less than HALF the price, and on my way back from Seattle my starter was so loose you could move it easily with your hand. Called and asked if they could tighten it and they said they couldn’t help me, talked to the manager too. Actually quite rude and I understand since I bought the part elsewhere if the PART was malfunctioning that it’s my fault, however, since they didn’t tighten to SPEC you’d think they’d want to show you that their expensive labour is worth it. Honestly would probably take them less than 10 mins to fix too. Would not go back.

YESTERDAY A FRIEND'S CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY, NO OIL IN ENGINE, FORCED TO WALK 8 KMS, TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER THEY DID NOT PUT THE PLUG OR FILTER ON THE VEHICLE CORRECTLY. FAILED TO CHECK THAT WORK WAS DONE CORRECTLY. PERHAPS THEY SHOULD STICK TO MUFFLERS!

Take your problems to Dave and he will take good care of your concerns. Have been dealing here since 2016 and they have looked after all my needs from brakes to wheel alignment besides selling me my last set of tires. I can highly recommend their services.

We took our car in for an oil change special. They were excellent at going over everything else they found while doing the oil change. Unfortunately some of the prices were out of our budget so we only got the oil change done at that point. We had excellent service from Brayden. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to explain the issues with the car. We really appreciated that and would return to get further work done in the future because of it.

This place is full of criminals and unprofessional staff I dropped my car off at Midas and the mechanic not only did not fix my vehicle but stole my car, eventually when I got my car back which was found across the street at a hotel the mechanic lost my keys and misplaced the kit so that I can attach the covers back on my car. When I called the manager he said it had nothing to do with him. I would never recommend this place!

Much to my surprise, the last few visits, my bill has been LESS than quoted and LESS than expected! This is clearly now my repair shop of choice!

Our motorhome had the brakes and rear axle seals serviced at Midas Muffler in South Surrey last year. They have a high roofed service bay and heavy duty hoist that can accommodate large vehicles.
The driver's side axle seal began to leak so I took the motorhome to Midas (South Surrey) again. Although the time limit on the parts and labour warranty had expired, it was still well within the mileage limit and Dave at Midas was able to get his parts supplier to cover the defective seal under warranty, and Dave covered all the labour. The labour was extensive, because the unit has dual rear wheels, and because Dave removed both sides to confirm that the other seal, as well as both axles and the housing, were not defective or could cause problems in the near future.
I am very impressed with the manner in which Dave treats his customers and suppliers. The leak on my motorhome was fixed at no cost to me, and I have found a knowledgeable and courteous repair facility that can accommodate the routine maintenance on all of my vehicles.

My new regular 'garage'. I've been going there for a little while now. Dave Jagpal and his boys do a great job with a total personal touch. I've had brakes and rotors, water pump, synthetic oil changes and just a quick favour now and then. They are always ready to help.even if they are busy! I always think I'm paying too much when I take my car somewhere. Not here. Totally recommend Dave and his crew.

Checked a few different shops in the area for brakes and tires and the manager here gave a good overall price and was the lowest price for tires which he did better after first offering to price match. Nice friendly shop.

A very clean shop and the manager knows a lot about cars. He was a bit direct but pretty much knew already what the problem was which I also suspected but they still checked it out to confirm.

I watched them deal with a car that was towed in because a fuel gas line was leaking and they took care of it really well especially when he said that other shops in the area didn't want to deal with it probably since it was near the end of the day.

A very good shop and recommended!
