Midtown RV

We have a 25 year old motorhome. The hydraulic parking brake failed (leaked fluid all over the place). Tom asked us to come in the next day (we were in Osoyos at the time). We arrived at noon on Friday, the mechanic (Dallas?) looked at it right away. The motor control valve was shot and leaking badly. Even though this is an obsolete part at GM, the parts folks found one in Kelowna I believe. It was shipped down on the week-end and installed in our motorhome on Monday morning. They told us to try and get the parking brake assembly repaired in Calgary as parts are longer delivery as we were heading there anyway.

Awesome service, fair and honest pricing. Fit us in while we were visiting Penticton, in and out same day. Slide motor dead, slide was stuck in and hard to get at. They figured it out and did not charge for the extra time it took to get at it. Very happy, will definitely come back for other services, as we visit here regularly. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from the folks at Midtown. From the minute we connected with our salesman Tim who assured us he would find us a coach, to Randi in the finance office who was a wealth of information and amazing, to Jeff who gave us our walkthrough and was super patient and helpful and the staff on the customer service desk as well who helped us with product and put the plate on our new purchase. Every detail was looked after perfect. Can't wait t hit the road in our new coach!

We recently got an update on our satellite system at Midtown RV. JC, the general manager, spent hours with us getting this working. He went above and beyond to help. Bought an Airstream from Midtown RV recently and was very impressed with the entire process. They ensured every detail was in order and it's quite apparent that customer satisfaction is important to them. The entire staff from sales, parts and the maintenance department worked seamlessly to ensure that I was taken care of. Everybody I dealt with had a keen interest in the brand and was motivated to do their best. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Airstream.

We purchased a new airstream from Randi and she was extremely helpful, and worked with us on a lot of the deal. The dealership allowed us to stay in their parking lot as we are full time RVers so we were able to transfer all our stuff over easily.

I rarely have my expectations exceeded and for sure never in the realm of RV sales and service, but I can say we were blown away at the quality of service we received at Midtown RV. We recently purchased a new (used) RV after searching across Canada for a dealer we thought we could trust. We settled on Midtown as Tim was the most intelligent and knowledgable sales person we talked too, and we talked to dozens! His promise of good service was far exceeded by what Steve and the entire service team did on our behalf. We would never have expected this level of service at an RV dealer. White Glove is one way to say it, however as a Porsche owner I can say they even topped Porsche level service and that is hard. From Terry and the entire parts team thought to the mechanics who sorted out issues, they were incredible, not one bad experience and all done with a smile. Midtown, we cannot thank you enough and we will never buy a coach anywhere else. I highly recommend if you are looking for an RV, then you have to consider Midtown in the mix.

We have dealt with many dealerships and NONE compare to Midtown. Great customer service and they try hard to get you in asap for repairs so that you can get rolling again. Thank you Midtown for all you've done for us!

We are a young family of 4 wanting to buy an RV. The salesman Harvey did not take us seriously. He said he would call us back, he did not, even after 2 return calls and a second visit to the dealership. He seemed disinterested to help us. Terrible customer service. I guess we will take our money elsewhere.

We have had our Airstream serviced at several locations in the US (where we purchased our AS) and without a doubt, Midtown RV consistently offers a superior service experience. From the moment you call to book an appointment, Brenna is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She remembers clients, and is always friendly! Tom, our technician has a wealth of technical expertise, and goes above and beyond to ensure that he exceeds expectations. He recently installed a WeBoost cell booster, and did an excellent job routing the wiring to an optimum location, and without unsightly wires or equipment showing. All tucked away neatly in the overhead bin! The detail crew also were very friendly and helpful, offering for us to use some of their equipment for a quick "do-it yourself" wash on our AS before we hit the road. They delivered what they said they would, when they said they would do it, and in less time than estimated. This is the only place we will go for service from now on!

I want to express my appreciation for the telephone assistance that Tom provided me a few days ago. I had been struggling with the windows in my Airstream for some time- they wouldn't catch in the guides at all. I tried to book time for this repair in their service area - and was planning a trip around that availability. Unfortunately, there was no time open until mid-August and I couldn't wait that long for my trip.

Over the phone, Tom gathered some information from me about the issue and then told me that it was a common challenge with the push-up window guides - and how to fix them myself. With some help from a friend my windows operate smoothly now and I am on my way.

Helpful service depart and oddly enough the most reasonably priced place to by RV toilet paper and supplies in Penticton. Lot's of nice big rigs around to look through.
