My wife and I bought a new travel trailer (an Apex Nano Off Grid) from Vernon Recreational Products (VRP) last week. We were very pleased at how we were treated by the whole team at VRP. Very friendly, helpful people from the Boss to the Service Technician who walked through all aspects of our new trailer before we took possession.

Dealing with Jeff was first class all the way. The purchase went very smoothly and the after service was even better. Therron in the service dept went above and beyond in dealing promptly with all my inquiries (and I had a few). Everyone was very helpful and made buying our GO Trailer extremely easy - even from another province over! Everyone was friendly and even though we were just buying a really small trailer, we were treated like we were buying a bus-sized one - that's great customer service!
