Horrible customer service. The salesmen I spoke with was actually very good and personable, but management was absolutely the worst experience I've had attempting to purchase a veichle from a dealership. These guys give used car dealerships a bad reputation.
Reply: we never had a deal to purchase, we had worked out numbers but I said I wanted to veiw the veichle before any further commitment. I canceled my appointment. The sales manager that I spoke with also used a lot of very colorful language on the phone. Very unprofessional.

Traveled to look at, and planned to purchase, a 2011 BMW 135i for an upgrade from my current vehicle; both the inspection report and having spoken to a sales rep told me everything on the car was good to go, and it was in great condition overall. I was very excited and had already settled on pricing prior to making my trip (as it involved $140 in ferry costs and 3/4 hours of travel time each way).

I arrived, and did a visual and audio inspection of the car. Immediately noticed there was barely any front pad left on the 6 piston brakes (the in-car computer even stated they would need changing within 2,000km), there was oil residue on most of the hoses/pipes in the engine bay, tons of curb rash on each of the rims, quite a prevalent rattle from the exhaust while standing at the back of the car, the left front speaker in the car didn't work or play any audio (ensured I checked the equalizer settings to ensure it was 50/50 biased), and one of the two air vents on the centre console was broken.

I brought up the speaker and air vent issue with the sales rep and he stated "that it wasn't part of the service inspection so it wouldn't have been caught". I don't know what point there is to saying that as it is still obviously a flaw, whether or not the tech found it.

I walked in excited to purchase my new car, and left shortly thereafter the test drive feeling very misled; in my opinion, it felt like I was being coerced into purchasing just because I had traveled such a long way and I would just be accepting of the flaws. The team was not at all forthcoming when it came to the ACTUAL condition of the vehicle, and would not even budge on price, even after I had brought up all of these issues with the vehicle.

Individual experiences may vary, but buyer beware.

They sold me a car that lasted 2 weeks, and multiple mechanics told me it should’ve never been sold for anything other than parts. It was actually unsafe to drive off the lot, and because I knew nothing about the car buying process, they took advantage. The manager was also unprofessional, and honestly vile. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. I’ve also spoken to two other people who also had a very bad experience here. BEWARE.

I wouldn't hesitate to send some body there for a truck purchase I just bout a used F 350 from Sat and he went out of his way to make me happy with the deal.

Absolutely the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. The quickest in and out of a dealership ever! After searching the entire province and Alberta dealerships nonstop, and getting jackassed around by another financing option, these guys made it work for me! I bought a truck from here and within half an hour of leaving the dealership the transmission was toast, they helped me out with a brand new trans within a week at very little cost to me and have been very punctual on any services they had promised i had not yet received or had done, great people for a used truck they have all kinds.

What a great experience. From customer service to vehicle inventory. I went to the dealership to look at vehicles, and left with a couple friends (and a nice truck).

I previously used other dealerships before and have felt that I was just another customer, who was slightly taken advantage of; through finance, sales tactics, and not really valued.

This was NOT the case here, from sales, to finance, the entire dealership was on the same page and well equipped to deal with all my needs, wants and expectations (and plenty of answers to my questions).

At no point did I feel like I was a bother, and felt at home when dealing with this crew. Great group of people who made my experience in buying a truck seamless, positive and valued.

So I had a terrible incident with my vehicle that had broken down, and I was lost. My family had suggested Milani & Norman Auto Sales & Leasing Inc in Langley and contacted the owner (Chris), who had forward me to the Store Manager (Johnny) to help find a new vehicle. After explaining to the dealership what I was looking for and in my price range, they responded quickly. Within 15min, I was able to find the car that I knew would fit well with me. The car was in excellent condition, the service was tremendous, from Steve, Joe and Baljit all of whom were very friendly, approachable and knew what we are the customers want. I even had my car cleaned as a courtesy, in which I was happy to see my new car as if it were brand new. To repay, I got them all a bit of Starbucks for all their outstanding efforts to help me, in the time that I was mad/frustrated after finding my car had died. They didn't rush anything, as Steve and Johnny had taken the time to ensure that everything was covered and all was done in the most excellent time/manner that you wouldn't find anywhere else. So thank you!

Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from here not too long ago. Eli was super helpful. Because it was an older, used vehicle I definitely didn't expect everything to be perfect. I drove the car off the lot and within the first 2 days I noticed an issue with the vehicle right away. Nothing crazy, but I brought it up to Eli, and he had the service guys check it out and fix it up for me immediately. Definitely would recommend this place. Great guys and very helpful!

Went to look at an older truck with my stepson. Was told by the sales manager that financing an older truck would cost relatively the same amount as buying a newer truck. So the salesman and sales manager pointed us in the direction of a 2019 RAM. The monthly payments fit my stepsons financial needs. When it came time for getting insurance it was WAY too much for my stepson to pay each month (N driver). So the sales manager took a hit on his profit to make the deal with with my stepson on insurance just to get him into the truck and make the deal final.
Can't say enough about how well we were treated and how they went above and beyond to get my stepson a beautiful pickup truck.
We would highly recommend Milani for your next vehicle purchase.

For a little context I'm going to talk about my buying experience. So I am from the Okanagan and was looking at used vehicles in my town, and I was finding that they were way too expensive for a used vehicle that had high mileage (140,000 km on a used 4x4 truck for 32,000) I am not sure how that compares or what is usually the price point of but that seemed ridiculous to me. I was down in the lower mainland visiting family and went this past Easter long weekend and happened to stop by see Milani's inventory they had a lot of very nice looking well taken care of vehicles, And they had the car I ended up purchasing an 2016 Acura ILX TECH which is in immaculate condition still with factory warranty. So I drove there with my beater 05 Honda civic and left as a owner of a beautiful car.
The staff were not pushy in any sort of way and were very helpful and friendly while I was there so I definitely would recommend going there and seeing for yourself and possibly giving them your business!

We dealt with Dan on a trade in for a different vehicle. We had also been to other dealers. Dan was polite, professional and at no time did I have the feeling of dealing with some sleazy car salesman. We came away with a car that we felt very good about.will go back for our next one

I was greeted by Eli and I had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and I went with an E350 Mercedes Benz. He set me up with the finance manager Joe and this is a great team to get me in my new car! Very pleased with the service and support from the team at Milani-Norman.

We bought a Toyota Sienna about 1 month ago, we had seen it on their web page, we were in contact with Dan cave who has been very professional since the very first day, we traveled from the island and very impressed with the service, however 24 hours later the sunroof broke in the open position, so we contacted Dan who passed me over to the service department and to make a long story short was informed that it was not an issue for them and was passed on to the warranty company, who informed us it would not be covered, l contacted dan and he said he would have the owner call me! Anyway in the meantime we had to spend $2600 to get the roof fixed and rubber window seals fixed! As it took a couple weeks to get a response! We were offered some compensation for the sunroof and rubber window seals which we accepted! It wasn’t a huge amount but it helps with the price of the renewal of the sunroof! Thanks guys! I would like to thank Dan for his help! Great place.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I most certainly would have, these guys are a bunch of bullies, they can't be trusted, I paid 15 grand for a ford truck just to drive it off the lot and have the motor seize, not impressed, so I called them back and complained, just to have them try to blame me, even my mechanic told me the head gaskets and piston rings were completely shot, I had even purchased the extended warranty through these guys, the extended global warranty cost an extra 1500,00, they won't honor the warranty because of the mileage, what a rip off, these characters should be incarcerated.

I should have reviewed all the bad comments rather than focusing mainly on the good comments, I really don't know how these guys are still in operation, I'm pretty sure they are jacking up their own ratings at a desperate attempt to salvage something that's clearly getting away from them. Pushy salesman with poor attitudes, I was going to buy a nice looking B. M. W but noticed some wear on the roof liner, Steve said it would only cost 500 bucks to fix, so he took 500 off the price, " what a great guy" not, it ended up by costing me over 1800 bucks, and now only 3 weeks after purchase the suspension needs work, oh boy what next, no body returns my phone calls, you guys are horrible people to take advantage of me like this, there's a special place in he'll for idiots like you.
