We had a clogged drain pipe from our kitchen sinks. Called Milani, and they quickly sent out Mark. He found the clog and also installed a clean out for future use. Mark is very good at what he does, and the job was wrapped up quickly. Thanks, Mark and Milani plumbing.

Second time Rob H has helped with our drainage problems due to roots, heavy rains etc etc. Friendly experienced professional and a straight shooter, Given bad experiences with other plumbers I’ll be insisting on his services from now on!

We’ve had Rob H from Milani come by to preemptively (non emergency service) clear out the sewer line with an auger to cut out any roots (we plan to do this annually until replacing the line). We’ve had Rob provide services before, and will always request him as a technician in the future. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The bill was as quoted, and was competitive in the market.

Bad service，need drain tile flush service，but the technician cleaned rain water pipe, then charge me more than $1000.

Saeid Z was quite friendly, knowledgeable and on time. The location of the boiler is in a tight place which Mr Z can hardly move around but he was quite patience and able to manage to finished the job. He waited until everything is working properly. Today, we had a couple of shutoff valves and and toilet to connect. Our technician Devon R was professional, thorough and patient with our questions.

Technician came out over the weekend to repair the toilet. A good professional and timely service was provided. Also good value for money.

Gerald was great. He unplugged two drains, installed braided hoses on our washing machine and adjusted the temperature on our electric hot water tank.

Was willing to pay higher prices at Milani because I had heard about the professionalism - our experience was the complete opposite. The plumber came WITHOUT the proper equipment to fix our drainage issue. Worked on a minor leakage for hours after misleading us to think this was related to the drainage issue. Eventually told us that another plumber with the right equipment would have to come "later" at an unspecified time. We should have been informed that the drainage couldn't be resolved from the beginning with him - these are predatory practices. We were billed almost $900 and they didn't address the drainage issue at all. Then asking about this, the plumber was extremely rude and condescending. Milani claims to "treat you like family" - don't be fooled.

I had both Sam and Kristian this week fixing my toilet issues and eventually had them install a new toilet and both were on time, extremely friendly and professional and I will definitely be using Milano Plumbing again

Pathetic customer service!
Pretty sad when they come to a senior citizens home.pull up a 250lb concrete sidewalk slab to repair pipes.then leave the slab of sidewalk on the front lawn for the seniors to try figure out how to move it back in place. Shameful!

Milani is very professional and shows up on time or even early if you're free. I have used them three times now and I'm quite happy with the quality of their work.

The 1 star is for terrible communication and not service as I ended up cancelling before they showed up. My FIRST appointment the 3 hours time frame had passed so I phone in to find out what was going on. An hour later they called back to tell me the technician's project was larger than expected so he couldn't make it. That is something I can understand but why did I have to call to find out? This should have been advised sooner. They booked me for 2 days later "first thing" in the morning. Basically the exact same thing happened again! I cancelled and got another company in to do the work 2 hours later.

We have used Milani for several years now for our air conditioning system. New install as well as yearly maintenance on the units.
Milani is top notch service all around. I highly recommend you use them for all your household needs. Friendly and efficient and professional service. Thank you so much!

While I did a have a scheduling hiccup with the main office, my plumber Gerald more than made up for it. He was super friendly, had no problem explaining what he was doing and why. Made quick work of it, and was clean.
I will give Milani another call in the future.

Good communication and prompt scheduling, they gave good advance notice of when the tech was coming. Stephane was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me figure out what the next steps are. We didn't solve the problem this day but I went away with more answers than questions. Prices are pretty expensive but it was all explained at the time of booking so no surprises. I'd call Milani again if I need professional level service.

Rob H did a great job for our strat clogged sewer line. And Rob did this similar job for us 14 months ago, he shared with me what his thought how to avoid this happen again, so that our strata is able to plan for the prevention, really appreciate.

I've got a nasty clogged drain because of some cassava-flour sent down the sink-erator by mistake. That flour, when in contact with water, expanded and got the consistency of play-doh, all through the pipe under the sink till a point that I couldn't reach even by removing the detachable pieces immediately under the drain. It was a very ugly situation, and I was afraid the damage could be very bad!

So, after I gave up trying to solve it by myself I reached out to Milani and they've sent me Darren, an awesome and personable plumber that solved the problem with a professional and friendly service!

I can't stress out enough how great was having Darren over, I was very worried about the possible damages that could have been caused by the gooey dough, but Darren was able to make the experience much more pleasant and calm down my nerves while he tried some different solutions. He was clearly knowledgeable in what he was doing and tried to fix it in the least impactful way to my time and budget. In the end some piping needed to be replaced because the dough had take over of all of it, but the replacement service was flawless, with no leaks on the first try!

This was the first time I needed to use plumbing services in this region and I feel I hit the jack-pocket with this one!

Devon was amazing. He went above and beyond, used his full time with me and helped with various drains in the house. He also noted a leaky faucet and suggested ways to work with it and what to look out for in the future. A professional, friendly and communicative plumber. I hope to be able to call him back for many other jobs. It’s a relief to find a plumber who was both excellent at his job and a pleasure to work with!

I called Milani Plumbing today regarding a problem with our sump pump over flowing. They promptly sent a truck out for immediate service. Claude arrived at the time he said he would and was very professional and super friendly. He explained everything he had to do to fix our problem, including how long it would take and all the costs involved. I can honestly say I have never had better service from any company I have ever worked with. I Highly recommend Milani Plumbing and especially Claude. Thank you for your Great Service Claude. I would rate you a 10/10.

We just had John M come and fix a bunch of issues with our plumbing at the house of comedy and he was fantastic, he came early identified all the problems and fixed them speedily, and along with all of that he was a super friendly and nice guy. I’d highly recommend Milani plumbing to anyone!

Devon was professional and completed the pipe repair efficiently. I had already paid another plumbing company hundreds of dollars to complete the same repair and with poor customer service following their incomplete repair. I will be using Milani Plumbing going forward. Thanks!

We had Milani Plumbing come out to help with a toilet repair and faucet installation. Karn was very professional and efficient in his work at our home. He put on shoe covers to keep our floors clean and wore a mask while in our home. We appreciated his friendly manner and how quickly he was able to complete all the work that was needed. Never again. Feel completely ripped off by Milani. Their warranty is utterly useless. Hot water tank leaking after 10 months. This was a replacement of the first tank, which lasted 5 years. I've spent over $2000 in the past 6 years on water tanks. And they want more money.not a chance. Going elsewhere.

Service line into house sprung a leak. Milani replaced the service line using their trenchless method - digging down by hand 6ft into the driveway to access the broken pipe.

Milani were absolutely punctual and very professional. Daniel and Sungwon went about their work with minimum disturbance. They took photos as they went along for our insurance claim. Work was completed well within the expected time, with no problems, and was high quality. They ensured everything was working, no leaks, cleaned up afterwards and checked we were satisfied.

Would definitely recommend and based on this first experience, we will be calling Milani again for some other items we would like done

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Unprofessional, unresponsive and unpunctual. I booked for an AC repair. First appointment got cancelled last min. Second appointment, the technician came out for an estimate but informed me that the AC is fixed. After he left, I turned on the AC and turns out It wasn't fixed after all. Booked follow up service, NO SHOW! Called early in the morning, and told that I could have the tech visit today IF I gave my credit card info. I gave them my credit card info to book the appointment, nobody came so I called the office again and I was informed that there is no appointment scheduled. Now I feel uncomfortable this unprofessional company even having my credit card information. Just overall very frustrating and ridiculous experience. Wasted so much time and energy trying to reach this people who had just given me a runaround.

Very upset. Lousy customer service. Have been working on getting air conditioning for my condo since April. Service is very lethargic; nothing happens until I call to check. Twice the person I expect to be handling my file is "no longer with the company" They are never available to talk on the phone. "Will call me back" but they never do. Meanwhile I don't know if we are going to make the construction date. Also, record high temps and I have no air conditioning. For this kind of money, I expect better.

UPDATE: It now appears that the delay if because we are waiting for buiding permit from the City of Port Moody. It has been several weeks. Missed another construction date. I am in despair

I was very impressed by Derek's expert diagnosis of the source of the water leak that was causing our water meter to constantly run. I obtained quotes from three vendors. Derek took the time to think about the problem, and was the only vendor who indicated it could not be a water supply line leak due to the lifespan of PEX and the only vendor who noticed that we have a laneway so it could be a junction issue. Because of Derek's accurate diagnosis, the fix was much easier and less costly than expected. The job was completed on time and was fairly priced. The project team, Arun and Daniel, were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use Milani again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you Milani!

Claude at Milani came in with a great attitude and years of experience. He was quick to put us at ease and got the job done faster than we expected. He spotted more problems that we didn't know about and wrote down some recommendations. Very friendly and professional.

I recently had Milani flush our lines (pipes) due to a drainage clog outside of our house. The clog didn't resolve with the flushing. At that point, we were given an estimate to clean the sump, which of course is a bigger (and necessary) job. In our view, the quote for that work was high and so we decided to use another service provider. That decision was made easier by the worker for Milani who proved to be neither helpful or friendly.

We were quite happy with the overall work and the cost of the other service provider who completed the sump cleaning the next day.

While working with the other service provider: It turned out from my viewing of the camera on the lines that Milani had attended to, that 1 of the 2 lines hadn't been cleaned properly. We did contact Milani to dispute what we had been charged, but they were indifferent.

To be fair to Milani, the cleaning of the line wouldn't have resolved the primary clogging issue and we also did not dive into what I saw on the camera with the call-taker. The employee had done a sub-par job with no regard for customer service, but perhaps they would have done a great job given the opportunity to clean the sump, albeit for a higher price.

In sum, I think they can be inconsistent. We've had very good work done by Milani before which is why we called them this time, but this time around was disappointing.

My nine year old hot water tank from Sears stopped heating Saturday morning. Called Milani. The phone representative was informative and outlined all the costs. The repairman arrived on schedule Monday at 8: 20 am, following a call saying that he was on his way. The repair (person) was courteous, informative and efficient. The replacement tank and a few valves were replaced within 1 1/2 hours. The billing was just as had been outlined. I would recommend them.

Kevin did a great job in servicing our combi boiler system. He expained each procedure carried out and making the required settings needed. He also gave me suggestions to modify and possibly change the radiant system if the aging inslab copper pipes started failing[ after 71 years.

Friendly call centre staff. Technician (plumber), Micheal was respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Did an awesome job ensuring my plumbing needs were met. Took his time to ensure aesthetically, I was happy with the final install of the countertop, sink and faucet.

Taylor was really punctual and I was very relieved he could help us clear the problem. He was very professional and helped us fix it in half an hour and it was all clear. The toilets were clogged before and water was coming out from the ground floor. The other guy from a different company tried for 5 hours and it didn’t work and made a mess everywhere. Taylor had it all done very quickly and helped me save a lot of time and money and even helped clean up the floor.

I have given this business over $7000.00 within the last 3-4 years. Have an AC problem and they did not show up TWICE in one week. NEVER EVER WILL I DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN! How do you run a business like this? BRUTAL!
