Fernando and Xavier did an excellent job unplugging the sink. They were very efficient and professional. A+ work.

My toilet failed me on January 1st and I called for a plumber to come, the following day. My toilet was fixed and while we were chatting, the plumber offered to replace my second toilet, which I’ve wanted to do for some time. He said he would give me the continued rate (ie after the initial high rate, the continued rates are a bit less) but that he couldn’t do it the same day. He said he’d put in an order for it, and all I had to do was to confirm it in a follow up with his office.

When I did that I was told there was a new initial high price and continued rates for the replacement toilet. I mentioned my conversation with the plumber, but the man at the office was adamant and that he was the only person I’d be dealing with on the price.

While I was fine with the work done on my toilet, for the potential follow up, not keeping their word as a company where integrity is written into their invoice, I cannot fully recommend Milani. I was very disappointed.

Andrew came to clear out our kitchen drain pipes he completed the work faster then expected and was able to assist us with our laundry drainage as well I would recommend him.

Andrew was on site to address the issue and was able to help and solve the issue in a timely matter. He was able to explain and suggest what needs to be done to prevent the issue to happen again.
I am happy that Milani has professional staff!

I had a broken pipe in the kitchen. They told me exactly what to do over the phone. They told me what time they would arrive and came 10 min early. They explained why the pipe broke and what needs to be done. Very polite and got the job done quick.

It was very easy to book an appointment with Milani, I left a message at their website and someone texted me back within hours. It is extra convenience as that gives me time to schedule things with my husband. I had to change my appointment to an earlier date and they accompanied that with no issue. The gentleman helped me over text message was Teague, he was very friendly, very professional and responsive.
On the date of the appointment, the technician was late (we scheduled 10am - 1pm appointment but the technician showed up around 4pm), I am guessing it is because of heavy rainfall in the city and a lot of people are having plumbing issue.
I was not home during the install but my husband said the technician, Rick, was very professional, friendly, efficient and communicated well. Husband mentioned to him that he has to leave at 5pm and the technician did his best to accommodate that. He said old faucets sometimes take a long time to be removed but thankfully our faucet was not stuck to the base and he managed to finish his task within 30 minutes.
Overall our experience with Milani was fantastic, we will definitely use this service again based on how easy it was to book appointments and how good the technician was.

The plumber was great and very professional. Milani got the blockage cleared in just over an hour. Charged me 50 bucks more for the use of the snake which i feel is a basic plumbers tool. They told beforehand they would charge me extra 50 if they had to use a snake. First thing he grabbed. The base rate was already 225 for first hour. Plumber charged me an additional half hour to fill out the invoice. Add half hour rate is 89 bucks. A little steep charge for filling out a form, but the guy is just doing as he is told I am sure. Got to my trouble morning after i called which is great. I am greatful. Fixed my clogged pipe and confirmed my main drain pipe good. Impressive plumber. Business model seems a little slick to me.

Milani scheduled the annual maintenance of the heat pump system very quickly and the service was completed professionally. They identified and fixed a number of small issues. The technician also made some recommendations. Thank you for the excellent service.

Excellent customer service and very accommodating. They help me call in technician despite after hours and he drove in all the way from North Van! Farid was very diligent in explaining to me what the issues were with my boiler and not only helped me change my thermocouple but also my gas valve (thank goodness he had this in his van). Farid also got me thinking ahead in terms of upgrading to a better boiler which hopefully won't have as much carbonic acid erosions on the heat exchanger for prevention of a bigger disaster later on. I was very pleased by the level of professionalism and conscientiousness of service tonight.

Installed 2 new toilets from Milani. These people always find a reason to double charge you. 1 day job took 2 days with 2 different plumbers and charged me over $600. Very disappointed. Never recommended

I have been using Milani for my plumbing needs for years. I had a shower faucet leak and toilet installation completed by Gerald. He was prompt and very helpful. He made some good suggestions and made sure I understood clearly before proceeding. Thank you!

Mohammad ashab provided great professional service to us today. We are very happy with our new AC unit.

The gentleman who came to do the service was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. He also gave advice on what should be done in future to possibly avoid a recurrence of the problem. All in all we were very satisfied with the standard of service.

Friendly phone service, able to respond quickly to an emergency (large fleet), quite expensive ($400 after tax for a fairly simple 1 hour job), could have cleaned up better (for that price).

I recently had some flooding on my property and phoned Milani. I informed them that I had water in my ducts. Instead of sending a drainage contractor, they sent a furnace technician who proceeded to replace my furnace filter and attempt to up-sell me on a new furnace. When I pointed out to him that the issue was flooding. He stated that was not something he could address and proceeded to continue servicing the furnace. When told this was not what I ordered and to stop. He contacted the dispatcher who instructed him to bill us anyway and to leave. They have now charged my credit card for the furnace "repair" (which they didn't do). I am working with my credit card company to reverse this charge, but Milani continues to fight this. This company does not put customers first or take responsibility when they make mistakes. Steer clear of them.

Brad P.helped to do an inspection for checking for any water flow leakage coming from our washer. He was courteous and helpful and provided the information I needed. He did great for the service.

For the scheduling, Milani got the scheduling/dispatching mixed up so I had to wait a day before my appointment came. This was annoying, but the Milani team provided me a discount to make up for the delay/wait.

Rob H came and did a great job today, he identified many problems that were known and even more that where unknown, he fixed them expediently.

Plumbing is not inexpensive but Rob got the job done quickly and efficiently. He also sounds just like Mr Sleater of Boardwalk Empire fame, but except instead of killing people he fixes their plumbing. I think plumbers make more money than gangsters anyway.

Service person Kevin who did the service check on our furnace was great as well as and very helpful in informing us of other things we should be doing to keep our furnace running smoothly. Would highly recommend Milani for choosing an employee like Kevin who goes out of his way to make sure customers have a furnace that will run smoothly especially now that we're facing the winter months ahead.

Milani Plumbing installed an electric hot water tank for me after the old one sprung a leak. Two gentlemen arrived to deliver the tank and remove the old one. After the tanks were swapped out one plumber remained to install the tank. I found them to be extremely efficient and informative. I was very pleased with the install and would recommend Milani Plumbing to my friends and associates.

Claude is the company rep we ask for every year to keep our perimeter drains flowing freely. He knows our house well, remembers all the nooks and corners and the problem spots. We think highly of Claude.

My hot water intake valve for my washer was leaking. Shawntai was great, identified the problem and fixed it in under an hour. He also had no problem sliding my stacked washer/dryer out of the closet which no other plumbers I called said they would do. He also fixed a leaky facet for me at no extra charge. Thank you, I will use you guys in the future!

So many reasons I don’t think there’s enough room here. I’ll just discuss the big ones. They showed up early. Caused a leak into my bedroom bathroom. Water was coming through the ceiling fan. The fan no longer works. When I discuss this with the technician that came he said it’s my floors fault. I also have two new leaks now that the technician said it would cost me $800 for him to fix it. It was not leaking before he got here. It took him five hours to put in a hot water tank. I’m not impressed with the service I got.

I had fantastic service from Devon, the problem was spotted in 5-10 minutes and was fixed in 15 minutes. I wish all service people were like Devon, Such an Amazing experience. Thanks Devon!

Rob H.from Milani came by this morning to investigate a potential venting problem in our spare bathroom plumbing system. He was on time, polite, informative — and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Highly recommended!

I used them in the past. Called them up because my furnace would not come on. I explained to the technician that the furnace got bumped and a spark was seen. He looked at the furnace and said it was going to need to be replaced. $6200 for a new furnace. I am a senior. Quadriplegic. I can not get to my basement. The furnace is less than ten years old. I got another repeatable company to come out. Said I need a new furnace. I then called a good tech. I will come over for $100. And diagnosis the furnace. Found the short right off. $750. For parts and labour. Milani put a $350 charger on my visa trough my past work with them. This company is a ripoff. Don’t use them. You get what you pay for

After a few days of frustration because I couldn't DIY this one problem, plus the fact that another plumbing company gave me huge headache for being very unprofessional and not honoring their commitment, Milani solved my problem, left me smiling and very satisfied of their service. They're the most reliable plumbing company as always. Staff are very professional and courteous. Left me tips on how to maintain drainage. Moreover, they have a very competitive price despite being the top company in the industry.
