Manik was absolutely amazing. He got to my house as quick as he could. He was fast and thorough and figured out where the pipe leak was and fixed it quickly and did an amazing job. He did all this late at night.

Saeid helped a lot and explained everything in detail in addition to maintaining the furnace.

Cannot recommend Milani Plumbing highly enough! Called them to install a new garburator / garbage disposal as my old one had broken. Brad (who was awesome in particular) showed up on time, installed the new garburator, only to discover there was a bit of an electrical issue that was actually the problem. He stayed to figure out the problem and then fixed it to make sure the job was done. Thanks!

The technician did a excellent job clearing a clogged drain from the roof vent, despite cold and icy conditions. Despite the conditions the technician was cheerful and careful. We will use them again and will recommend Milani Plumbing to our friends.

Can’t even get a proper quote out of these people, I’ve had them out three times and they keep saying they came to the house to do quote but no one showed? How can you do a quote from the sidewalk without speaking to the actual homeowners. Multiple things need to be assessed. I wouldn’t trust him as far as I throw them.

Devon quickly fixed our clogged kitchen sink with no mess. He also cleaned another sink since he was so fast and efficient with the first one. He was very personable and knew exactly what he was doing.

A year ago and 3 month ago they installed a tankless water heater at my house. Suddenly a few days ago it stops working and I schedule to have a technician come take a look, they quote me $225 dollars for the first hour and I agree. The technician comes 3 days later and takes the cover off, looks at few things, says everything is fine, hits a software reset button and that's it, 225$ gone for maybe 15 minutes of work. Apparently it's a common issue with the IBC units they installed. You decide for yourself, was $225 dollars justified when they're the ones who goes around apparently installing units that every so often stops working for no apparent reason?

I called today for a rough estimate for two options to install the Air Conditioner. They declined to provide general information and forced to send the estimator first.

Milani Plumbing & Heating sent an estimator to my home and then quoted me $12,399 to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I accepted the quote and when they had started the furnace installation, they said they needed to charge me an additional $2,000 for additional duct work that their estimator had not allowed for. After some argument, I agreed. Immediately after the furnace had been installed, I complained that the furnace flue had not been installed in a satisfactory manner and furthermore, the piping for the flue made it impossible to change furnace filters without first bending the filter in half. I was told that a second crew would be coming out to install the exterior condenser for the air conditioner and they would take a look at the flue installation. That happened a few weeks later and the crew agreed that it was not done as it should have been. I was then told by their sales person (Nick Rosswood) that they would send someone back to rectify this problem. After a further delay, I noticed that they had charged the balance of the contract amount to my VISA without any approval from me. When I contacted them again, Nick told me that he would send someone out in a couple of weeks but his manager had told him that they would need to charge me $500 because the installation was "to Code". I asked him to have his manager phone me and he said he would. After waiting a week with no word, I called and left a message again asking him to have the manager call me. I'm still waiting and I doubt that I'll receive a call back. While the installation may satisfy the gas Code, it violates the District of North Vancouver noise bylaw since the flue outlet is right on our neighbour's property line and very noisy. Furthermore, regardless of any Code compliance, a furnace installation with no proper access for filter replacement is definitely not an acceptable installation.

Called on a Monday and was booked for the following day. I got a confirmation call as well as a text prior to his arrival and Brad exchanged a leaking kitchen faucet in no time. He was very professional and courteous as were the people who I spoke to on the phone. Would definitely recommend Milani.

Should have listened to all of the warnings to avoid Milani. Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare. Terrible quality of service and pitiful customer service. They are very obviously a large corporation with no regard for their customers.

I have had very positive experiences with Milani on several occasions. This time it was to repair a cracked exterior water pipe. I also wanted put a pressure reducer on the pipe. My plumber Devon gave some good advice and relocated the pressure reducer so that it serviced my my house line as well - which replaced the very old I was using. Devon was helpful and cheeful and overall it was great service.

Ali Lotfi was amaaaaziiiinggggg. His work is beyond great. Showed up on-time, and got the job done at a lightning pace. Highly recommended.

We had pipe leak in basement ceiling and called Milani. They work seven days a week so there isn’t a weekend charge! And, the plumber, or plumbing tech had the leak fixed in no time! Efficient and no comments about other work done and how hard it was and bashing previous trades etc, which is so common and unprofessional. We were very pleased with the service, efficiency, and politeness of the technician.

I called on a Sunday morning and they were at my house within two hours. The plumber who came, Brad, was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained everything I needed to know. He got to work right away and cleaned up before he left. He fixed the problem and did a great job.

Claude of Milani provided outstanding service, above and beyond. Fixed the the electronic issues with our sump pump, repaired and confirmed the mechanical issues with our sump pump. Gave me a crash course sump pump 101 and recommended some you tube videos.
