Wow! I can't say enough about Igor from Milani. I'm Strata President of a condo complex in Guildford. We discovered a perforated pipe that was causing problems with drainage. I requested Igor to come out, as we had used him for another problem awhile back with a knocking pipe, and I was impressed with him then. I was given an appointment time with a three hour window period. Milani called me at the two hour window period and told me he would be here in 1/2 hour and he was. We found it was a big job with lots of digging. It was going to be dark soon, so he requested a helper, but no one was available being at the end of the day, so he put on his digging clothes and went right to it. Anyone else would have said they would have to come back another day, but he did it all, with the help of a flashlight and got the job done! I so much appreciate trades who have strong work ethics and are willing to work hard. Thank you, Igor!

Fernando Ibacca was amazing. We had to do an emergency call out over the weekend for a blocked sewer pipe, and Fernando was so patient and kind. The job was huge and took a very long time, but he was such a professional hard worker and got the job done! We appreciate him so much for getting us out of an unpleasant situation as quickly as possible!

Manik was really quick at fixing our toilet! But when the replacement part came, it was the wrong size.and when I called a different plumber they fixed it without even ordering a new part. I'd stick with a smaller local plumber. So I'm not sure why they needed to order the entire part the in the first place.

The blower motor for our furnace started to burn out. Was able to book a convenient appointment in a few days. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Get a new motor from the distribution center and have it installed a couple of hours later. Happy with the service provided by Sia (Technician) and Milani.

Just called to ask a simple question about hvac tape and their receptionist was very rude and off putting and couldn’t even put me through to anyone to ask for help with my question.

Strata Council had Andrew out to provide a quote on our building’s plumbing maintenance needs. Andrew was very informative and explained our options very well. We have a better understanding of how our building’s drainage system works. Thank you Andrew! I would recommend him and Milani.

We had a dilemma with our washing machine drain pipe which was backing up onto the floor. The plumber who serviced us was friendly and professional. He recommended that a drain auger be used to solve the issue at hand. Sure enough, the problem was rectified and we haven't had an issue with it since. The one thing that stood out significantly, was that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. It made the stressful experience less of a burden.
I would highly recommend Milani plumbing to get the job done at reasonable prices.

I had a leak behind the hot water tank at the shut off valve (leading to the exterior hose bib). I contacted Milani for a service call out.
The location of the leak was directly behind the hot water tank. I was informed that due the location of the leak and due the hidden acess to the shut off valve it would be necessary to remove the tank to gain access and complete the repair.the existing tank was just past the 10 year life span of a hot water tank. That being noted, I requested that replacement tank be ordered. Within a days time repair and replacement was ordered, repair completed and new tank installed. I would like to thank the technician from Milani (Mike P.) for his prompt professional
service. The tasks were completed to my satisfaction and the Technician was friendly, courteous and explained the process fully. I commend the tech (Mike P.) for his polite, good natured service. I would like to thank the entire Milani team for their great service.

I had Devon replace my garburator today. He did a great job. He was quick and efficient, with great customer service.

Had a quote from a competitor for more than one hundred dollars more. Devon went above and beyond.

Called for a weak shower pressure issue and was able to get the serviced the same afternoon. It was originally thought was just a clogged shower head, but Devon took the extra step and found the root of the problem and fixed the water pressure for the entire house. Very professional service start to finish.

We recently had a sump pump issue and water was leaking in the basement. This happened last Sunday. I called Milani Plumbing and Heating on King George Blvd. Surrey. The person who answered my call was very polite and informative. He asked if my issue was an emergency or could it wait until Monday. He informed me that if I wanted help Sunday he could have someone over within an hour. If I could wait until Monday the call out would be half of the Sunday call out. I agreed to Monday and said he could have someone out at 10 am. I was contacted in the morning confirming the time and at 10am sharp Claud showed up at my door. He was simply delightful. Very professional and went straight to work diagnosing my problem. He found out quickly that the sump pump was fine but clogged. He also noted the float was a little flakey. Claud explained everything that was wrong and what he could do. 1 and 1/2 hours later the sump was working perfectly and we no no longer had water issues. I have to really thank Claud for his work. I totally would recommend Milani and in particular Claud. Thanks bc so much Milani.

We needed to remove the garburator after it had died.
He reworked the plumbing under kitchen sink after removing the garburator and filter system.

I’ve used Milani for quite a few plumbing & gas related issues. They have the best customer service & are very reliable. They were on time, fixed the repairs within 24 hrs and when you’re dealing with leaks of any type, this is critical in saving you thousands in repairs. I highly recommend Milani, 5 stars.

The plumber Devon found the problem with the outdoor faucet, cleaned it and got it working within 30 minutes.

I called Milani service when out water pipe explored. The service guy coming and fixed the explored pipe but ignored the pipe beside which is already leaking and dropping water. It will explored in near feature. After the service, I called the company manager, I was told they just do what they told. Then I have to called service from another company. By the way, the plumber from Milani did a very poor job.with solder and flux every where. Also, they over charged me for the work. Do not use this company.

Called to request a shower unclog - busy time with multiple "once in a century" storms and was expecting to wait five days, but a last minute cancellation and dispatch called to send someone within an hour. Rob H arrived early and he was friendly, professional and was done in much less than hour. Completely happy with Rob H's service and my weekend is much better now!

They were so busy, it took awhile to get them get them here, but once they arrived they did an excellent job. I'm confident my drains will work properly now. He was very nice as well as extremely knowledgeable about drain tiles. I'm having them back once year for sure!

When our furnace malfunctioned one morning, we called Milani for service and they were able to send a technician to our house within a few hours. He quickly discovered the problem and had our furnace back up and running. The polite repairman was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions

Kenny arrived on time and with the camera system he checked my drain tiles to ensure they were clear and free flowing. He showed me the results and provided his suggestions for ensuring that everything was able to fully drain. He was very helpful.

Really happy with service I received from Milani. After having another company fail to get back to me, Milani responded to my inquiry right away and sent someone the next day (for non-urgent repairs). The technician, Gerald, was outstanding. It always sucks to shell out for expensive repairs, but Gerald made it more palatable with his top-notch service.

Update: spoke with Chris M who is wonderful to work with. He explained the charge was a mistake and apologized profusely. He sent a second technician to check the unit as problems persisted after the last technician’s visit. We understand that machines aren’t perfect and neither are people. So despite the problems with the water heater and the initial hiccup, we are pleased to see that this company looks after its clients. Will update again once the unit is looked at once more.

Had them install a hot water heater. Then noticed that it wasn’t working properly so called them with 1 month of installation to check out what is wrong. They came and confirmed that a setting was off so they made a tweak and charged me $200. To me this is not ethical and is a rip off. They should have done it properly to begin with or fix the poor installation free of charge.

We had a water leak in the copper pipe to hot water tank and call Milani right away for emergency service. Our friendly technician, Amar, arrived earlier than we were told. He took a brief moment to diagnose the problem, explain to us what he was going to do and give the approximate time of work. He quickly fixed the leak and replaced the copper pipe. All the work was done immaculately, professionally, fast and efficiently. Thank you Amar and Milani for your excellent service! We would highly recommend Milani, and of course Amar, to any of our friends.

Working with Milani was easy. We called in for help and our plumber, Devon, arrived on time. Devon was a good communicator and he was also efficient and professional - he knows what he's doing. Will definitely not recommend or use Milani for any services, The technician that came had very little or no experience with LENNOX furnace. He spent 4 hrs diagnosing, yes 4 hrs and still was not sure of the issue. He had our furnace apart and indicated he was doing the best so we would not incur much cost but 4 hrs later and $570 later we still had no heat and had to call another company to fix our issue. Milani technician was not even able to identify the age of our furnace from the model number and did not inform us that the parts were still under warranty. Wanted to sell us another brand of furnace! Yes tried to suggest we buy another furnace when in truth our furnace is less then 10 years old and parts still under warranty. We called another company and the technician had the issue diagnosed within the hour. BTW we followed up with Milani and spoke to one of the managers Nicole and got the run around for another week and still no solution. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO MILANI FOR LENNOX FURNACE REPAIR!

Called Milani Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink. They sent Shawntai and he was very friendly and very profesonal. The clog was harder to fix than expected and I watched him run up and down the stairs carrying bigger and bigger machines, just to get it done as fast as possible. Overall I am very satisfied with the job. Thank you

Was on time and diagnosed the problem with the pump. He didn't spend a lot of time finding out. He went to it right away. Very knowledgeable.

Service wasn’t good so ended up going with someone else. The initial estimator recommended to us to put a camera down the pipes and do hydro flushing. Only the camera technician (to put the camera down the pipe) came out and said that they cannot put the camera in the pipe and said we needed to hydro flush first, then they would come back again to put the camera down. We were charged the full amount (we only had a conversation that lasted 10min), and they said it would be another charge for them to come back after hydro flushing. Both teams could have come out at the same time if hydro flushing and using a camera was recommended. Wrong information regarding our drain tile was given and nobody followed up with us on the procedure so ultimately we went with somebody else. Spoke with the manager regarding payment and cleared up the issue.

Shaun D, the guy who serviced us, quickly diagnosed our kitchen sink pipe leak issue and fixed the problem in about 5 min. Extremely satisfied with servicing from Milani!

We had a bad water main leak under the house, Saeid and Gidewen arrived on time and ready to do the work. They finished exactly on time and even stayed late on a Friday night to help with an extra leak we didn't know about (!) plus did maintenance on our boiler. Great work and we really appreciated it!

Kevin was on time and did a great job helping us get a stubborn pressure valve off the water heater. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and got us back up and running fast.

Our bathtub faucet started leaking near the wall. I called Milani after hours and left a message. Got a call back first thing in the morning and the technician came later that morning. Shawntai worked quickly, determined that a piece had broken inside the spout which he tried to fix but couldn't. Shawntai went out to buy a replacement and installed it. We had a functioning bath again in about an hour. Really happy with the speed and quality of service

Milani delivered in so many ways. First I called several businesses for a quote to disconnect my AC unit then reconnect later once the new deck was built. Every other quote was over a thousand dollars more than Milani. So I had them come out hoping it wasn't a misquote. The tech they sent out was amazing and their quote was bang on! Super reasonable, super knowledgeable, on time, and available short notice. I cant say enough about John and the whole Milani experience. Very happy customer! I would recommend them for sure.
