The owner was super loud an crass. It’s a small place and he was talking at his staff like they were deaf. Maybe he is not aware how loud he and how abrasive it comes across is but it was impossible to read or carry on a conversation in the same room as him. Unusual for someone in customer service to not be more self aware.

My coffee shop of choice for months now. The staff are super friendly as are the regulars, and the coffee is high quality. In these insane, uncertain times, it is a pleasant refuge.

Coffee was extremely dark, which I could taste even through the incorrect portioning of milk for my macchiato. Too much milk and foam was not thick enough.

The girl that served me was in a foul mood; slammed doors, muttered stuff under her breath, and was just really unpleasant. Her bad energy and lack of customer service made me feel rather off for the rest of the afternoon. I saw other customers were treated similarly. I wanted to quickly leave and the coffee I was served was definitely below average for the price point. Real shame.

I have been coming here since they moved in. Always amazing. I buy coffee beans for gifts to my friends I travel to. I also love all the other locations each with its individual character.

Good spot for coffee and ice drinks! Their bakery is pretty good, i like their cookies a lot! Their staff is friendly. Good spot to grab quick drinks and some good snacks!

The lady working gave us paper cups instead of the for here, dine in experience cups, after we asked she said its too late to give for here cups, not to mention both lattes were not made properly, tasted like warm milk. And our croissant was totally burned! Just seemed like some lazy service!

I ordered a cup of matcha latte and saw the clerk take out a special matcha brush. This alone is worthy of five-star praise.
After drinking the whole cup, there will be no matcha powder that settles at the bottom, and even the matcha has latte art, which is really great

Had a pour over and a butter croissant to go. The coffee was just slightly warmer than luke-warm. Either the barista didn't use hot enough water or it already sat outside for a while. Didn't ask for a remake because there was a huge line behind me and I was already on my way to work. The butter croissant however was the biggest let down. For the same price, you could get fresh and flaky croissants from Breka just down the street (I went there the day before). The croissant I had tasted stale and chewy like the rebaked frozen croissants. Lastly, the barista didn't feel welcoming and rushed through my order, but I'd give her the benefit of the doubt as it was a busy morning.
