Edit October 2023. We gave Miles Plumbing an excellent review two years ago for their prompt service, good pricing and professional work. Based on that experience, we recommended them to our friends. Turns out that Miles has been sold to a huge company and our friends had to wait all day for the technician to show up, eight hours late. I have had to change my rating as it appears that the quality has gone right down. I have also read that the new company WILL NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY GIVEN BY MILES! Is this true?

Took a day off work for nothing.job was to replace electric hot water tank.they didn't show up at the time they selected, I waited, I called, put on hold.then the line hung up. I waited, called, put on hold forever again.waiting.called again, was told the technician was getting a tool repaired with no estimated time of repair?
Thats it, cant work this way,
cancelled the order.thanks for the waste of my time

The service call was OK but we had a couple of small issues afterwards that I flagged with the company. After 3 emails someone finally called me back and promised a response, but nine days later I'm still waiting. Very disappointing.
