I thought the drinks and ice cream would be tasty but I couldn’t even finish it. That bad.

I think it's delicious. Fresh milk is not non-dairy creamer.

I don’t know why they have a 4.1. Fantastic Earl Grey Tea Latte - different coloured pearls, super flavourful. Only knock against them is paper bubble tea straws haha. But serious, they should be way higher than 4.1.

Service was poor. The cashier/employee definitely wasn't paying attention when she took my order. I ordered the valrhona cocoa, and I got a matcha milk tea instead. I was too anxious to bring up the issue and I left with the matcha drink. Waste of almost $10. Honey pearls are alright, but not anything special.

The waiter I encountered today had a very bad attitude. I can understand that there was only one person who was too busy. I stood there taking orders for at least five minutes without a single complaint. But what I got was the waiter saying, "I can't take the order now and can't make it. " ". After a few minutes, they started taking orders again I can understand the situation when a person is too busy, but the waiter who didn’t even say a word of embarrassment, but took his anger out on the guests, I think even as a waiter The waiters don't have basic skills.

I wanted to order two cups of milk tea, but I was told that I couldn’t do it alone and refused to take the order.

I got the taro fresh milk tea and I added pearls to it. I’m drinking it right now and it’s sooo soooooo good even my boyfriend says so! He says it’s the best bubble tea dessert that he’s tasted. And we have had our fair share of bubble teas because I have an obsession hehe. The pearls are sweetened with honey which is nice and healthy. The milk seems to taste richer than other places I’ve tried. The guy that helped us was very informative of the drinks and made the drinks very quickly. I am super happy with my experience and this will be my new bubble tea spot to go to

Taiwanese style customer service and decent drinks, but location is kinda weird. Btw, really like staff’s Canada day makeup, so adorable!

I really enjoyed the taro fresh milk! The fresh taro bits were really good and you have the option for lactose free milk too which is always a bonus:) Service was quick and friendly as well.

Tried orange green tea for the first time and it was actually really good! The service was slow as only 1 person was working for this bubble tea place so they had to place the order, make the order and repeat. The honey pearls was quite good, forever usually I order 50% sugar as I was scared it was going to be sour. I ordered 70% and it was still quite sweet for my taste. Definitely give it a try if you have the chance for a different bubble tea place with honey pearls!

Took 20 mins, when only 2 costumers and never told me when my order was ready when I was sitting in front of counter. And very over priced

Good bubble tea, other kinds of teas also available. Uses real dairy but has other options if you prefer. Not very cozy as it's entrance is shared by another eatery where you are not allowed to sit unless you buy their food.

The drinks were very refreshing and delicious with many options and toppings to choose from. The service was very nice and quick. 10/10 would come again.

Tea latte was alright, nothing special about it. But the black sugar milk was absolutely a waste of money

Tastes pretty watered down and they don’t look like their photos at all lol… don’t recommend this place at all. Really overpriced for what you get. The drinks are so watered down! I paid $14+ for 2 cups of bland watered down drinks that I could have made from powder and water at home. Also I’m pretty sure some of the reviews on here are fake lol

Hard to find this bbt place initially as I didn’t know it’s inside a restaurant. Friendly service and pearls are unique cause they’re honey-flavoured! My go-to-bbt here is the wintermelon milk with pearls!

Amazing honey pearls, and imaginative fruit teas. The izumo matcha milk tea had a nice flavour, not too sweet at 50% sugar. A bit expensive - the average boba with pearls comes out to be around 7-8$

There is a piece of plastic in my drink! I checked both of the lid where I poked a hole and the straw packaging, and this piece of garbage is not from either of these two places. It was inside the drink from the beginning! Milksha, please seriously check your production process. Garbage in your drink is just disgusting and intolerable!

They are absolutely my favorit bbt shop in van! Their ingredients are always fresh and clean, and staffs are so friendly!

Taiwanese bubble tea chain. Known for its milk drinks. Uses real taro in its taro drinks. Although the quality is apparent, especially compared to other bubble tea shops, I am still in awe that I spent $7.30 on one drink.

Ordered the wintermelon milk tea with honey pearls. I thought the drink itself was alright, tasted more like milk than wintermelon, but the pearls were really good. Worth a try.

The taste of this place beats most places of bubble tea you'll try. Their ingredients are of particularly higher quality and freshness.

Love it! Drinks are super healthy using all natural materials. Staffs are very friendly and patient when ordering. Definitely my favorite milk tea shop in the Greater Vancouver area! Recommend to everyone who’s on a diet but living for drinks!
