First class, skillful dentistry with coherent explanations of problems, potential problems and solutions. Highly efficient and personable staff. Dr. Steve Michaluk was recommended to us and we wish we had been aware of his clinic earlier. By far the best experience with a dentist we’ve ever had.

If you get the chance to book an appointment here, do it! You won't regret it. I used to live in Mill Bay and Dr Michaluk is amazing. He cares, he's thorough, and extremely friendly. I now live downtown, and still drive to Mill Bay for my appointments. It's that great there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I NEVER write reviews, but this is an incredible dentist office that deserves a huge shout out because they offer the highest level of patient care, expertise and professionalism I have ever experienced in the Cowichan Valley. I had previously had terribly traumatic experiences with dentists and had major trauma triggered whenever I sat down in the dentist chair ~ Dr. Michaluk and his staff were so patient with me and helped me overcome my “dentist trauma”.

I highly recommend Dr. Michaluk because he is a very up-to-date, intelligent and skilled dentist (with a gentle touch), and he is also incredibly attentive, calm, supportive and caring in every way. He also has the biggest heart and a great sense of humour too! His staff are highly attentive, personable, caring and mindful to the needs of their clients as well. I have never felt like I am being judged or shamed for my own personal dental care (Which was also my experience at previous dentists)! ~ Everyone here takes the time and makes the extra effort to make you feel like you are a part of their family. I no longer feel scared, nervous or anxious to go to the dentist and I cannot recommend them more highly! If you are looking for a dentist- look no further ~ you are in good hands here and will be looked after and cared for in the most supportive ways! Huy ch q’u!

The staff, awesome! I love it here. They are always so good to myself and my family. Very kind people and super helpful. I am self conscious about my teeth and they dont make me feel sad about them. Which is great!
