Mill Plaza Coin Laundry

Owner was unclear, rude and basically pushed me out of the store. Then go to pick up my stuff and its $30 for 2 pieces a blanket and a comforter, that i could fit in 1 machine there. So unless the machines cost $15 each i think that there's a huge issue WILL NOT GO BACK, ENCOURAGE NOONE TO GO THERE, unless you enjoy being ripped off.

The people seemed nice enough. I was given a 3 hour time for pick up. When i went back nothing was being dried yet. No problem. My dryer still works. What bugged me was even though I sorted my loads by colors and towels, everything was all mixed up and washed together. All my good darks were with the white towels and faceclothes. Not a laundry expert but atleast I know that will leave pilling on my darks. My girls pale yellow dress was all steaked with dark dyes.

When i initially asked how much for a duvet and blanket, I was told $15 and he would text me to let me know when it was done. I even provided my own detergent. When i was messaged i was told it was $30. When I asked him at the store he just brushed it off. Then i was told I couldn't pay with a debit card, it was cash only. He hadn't let me know that at all, not when i first asked about the price, nor when he texted me. I then had to go to the nearest ATM, a 10 minute walk there and back (which to be honest wasn't bad, but it's the principle) He wasn't especially rude, but very indifferent that he was charging basically double for what someone else in the business would probably do for $15-$20 and be friendlier about. Wouldn't recommend being a customer and i will definitely won't be going back.

Washed my comforter in record time. Very nice man. He works very hard.
