I do not have a mortgage and numbers kind of mind so I get very overwhelmed by this sort of experience, not to mention how stressful buying and selling homes can be but I never once had to worry as Dan took excellent care of my husband and I from start to finish, even during the most stressful times in the process. From the moment I met Dan he made me feel welcome, comfortable and I got the feeling that he was here to help me. I explained that I would rank myself as a novice when it came to mortgages. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered every question and shared his computer screen with me to show me how it all worked. He easily confirmed to me that I would qualify for what I was asking for. When I responded with "are you sure? " he looked at me puzzled.
