I recently visited Dr. Stephanie Louie’s clinic and was impressed with the level of care and attention I received. Dr. Louie is a highly skilled chiropractor who takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their needs. Her office is welcoming and upbeat, and the staff are friendly and professional. I appreciate the medical diagnostic approach to treatment with X-ray. Dr. Louie is approachable, friendly, and down to earth. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a chiropractor in Victoria, BC.

One of the best decision I made, when I started my treatment at Mind Body Spine! Few sessions later, I already feel less to no pain! This is the best clinic, run by The best Practitioner and her team in Victoria!

Dr. Louie and her team have been life changing for me. I've been to chiropractors in the past who have done the usual adjust and "come back when you're in pain" routine. This is not Dr. Louie's method. Dr. Louie took an analytical approach to my pain, complimented by x-rays, so that a treatment plan could be determined. Following my first treatment my chronic back pain was significantly reduced. Dr. Louie has continued to work and support my spinal health so that my body doesn't fall back into the old routine of pain.

I highly recommend Mind Body Spine if you are looking into Chiropractic, are suffering with chronic pain, or if you are looking to support your health.

Dr. Stephanie and her staff are so caring and professional at Mind Body Spine. I have been attending weekly appointments for a few months and have had a very positive experience. I’ve never done a review but this is worth reviewing, this is my experience…

For 30 years I’ve cycled from having a few good back days to moving awkwardly and having a few bad back days and repeat.

I’ve been to chiropractors in the past and found little improvement. Last one I went to said I had the back health of an 80 year old man who abused his body. I’m in my late 40s and about a month ago I had the worst back day. I spent the weekend laying on my back, I couldn’t even bend over to put on my socks. My daughter in law reminded me to visit her Chiropractor Dr Louie.

They took X-rays and recommended a treatment program. Only a month in I’m more flexible than I can remember, my sleep has improved because I wake up less from pain and a bonus I didn’t expect was improved digestion and more energy throughout the day.

Already I don’t feel like I’m 80 any more and I’m hoping in the future to do some extended back packing hikes on the island without getting into the cycle of good and bad back days.

Dr Louie has a great team, highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Louie and her clinic. I have had major pain reduction already and I’ve been going to the clinic for only two months. I originally had awful hip pain and right side sciatica. I hadn’t been able to sit comfortably or sleep through the night.
It has been amazing to get back to my regular life. The clinic runs very smooth. You are never left waiting and all your appointments are booked in advance so you can make it work with a busy life. Everyone there is friendly and always smiling and helpful.

I have been doing treatment here for a few weeks now and my range of motion has greatly improved. The staff is very welcoming and informative. This doctor educate you rather than just diagnose and treat you blindly, you know what's going on every step of the way. I'm thankful for them everyday.

I did struggle for many years from a neck, shoulder pain and stiffness. I had a low back issues as well after my pregnancy.
Being in pain and discomfort on a daily basis for so many years and trying so many types of massages, I finally decided to look after myself and go deeper to find what was causing all these issues.

I was very lucky to find Dr. Louie on social media. I decided to call and try. They were very accommodating with booking an appointment.
My first appointment was taking X-rays witch made me feel very comfortable and optimistic that actually she can see where was my problem. After that, Dr Louie carefully explained the process of the treatment and what to expect in a short and long term.

I started visiting her once a week, sometimes two times a week because of my schedule.

So far I can say that my discomfort in the lower back is gone, my neck is not stiff and I actually I can turn it almost fully on one side. I couldn’t do this before. My shoulder feels great, my hand doesn’t get tired of using it during the day anymore.

Over all, thanks to the treatment, my body feels amazing every day. It helps my mood as well. I feel free of pain which makes me happy and more relaxed.

Dr. Louie is a great chiro. She really listens to you and remembers your details well. Great bed side manners, so friendly and attentive. I also loved being able to see exactly what was going on thanks to the x-ray and nervous system scan.

I've only been seeing Dr. Louie for 3 months but I can already see such improvement in my day to day life. For the first time in 12 years (since my car accident) I can shoulder check properly. Since giving birth over a year ago, I can finally sleep on my back for more than an hour. I can play with my kids without fear of being severely impaired by the pain or triggering a flare up again. I'm also able to play sports better thanks to having greater mobility and less pain.

I'm looking forward to continuing my treatments and achieving true total body function.

I started visiting Mind Body Spine in early 2022. I was experiencing upper back pain, occasional tingling in my fingers, and trouble sleeping. The team at Mind Body Spine were patient and kind with me, as this was my first time with a chiropractor. They walked me through my x-rays and my care plan, which was wonderful and helped me feel more comfortable. I feel much better and will continue to visit them regularly!

Everyone in the office is friendly and professional, making you feel comfortable right from the start. The atmosphere is relaxing. And the knowledge and experience Stephanie has is amazing! She did a thorough exam of my spine, including X-rays - I’ve never had a chiropractor do that. And then she put together a plan to actually fix my issues and help maintain them, not just “let’s snap and crack you and see you next time you have pain”. It was actually really encouraging to learn that the chronic pain I have had for years can be improved, and I feel I have a doctor who wants to work with me to improve my overall health! The team takes so much care to find out what is wrong and then helps you fix it. If something is out of their purview, they will point you in the right direction. Most recently, I had severe pain in my mid back. They sorted me out quickly, scheduled me in for a few quick visits and then let me choose how much I wanted/needed to come back. At MBS, they go over and above every time I need them!

I’ve only been going for a short amount of time and i’m already seeing some small results and positive changes in my posture. All the staff are very nice as well.

Dr. Stephanie Louie is absolutely amazing at her craft! I am a hairstylist and have a bit of a hunch in my back and have experienced a fair amount of pain over the years. Since seeing Dr. Stephanie Louie she has immensely helped my posture and health through her thorough examination and her chiropractic abilities. She took the time to x ray my back in order to really see what was going on and explain to me what my path would look like going forward. I have heard people say in the past they just walk in to a clinic and get an adjustment willy nilly, but Dr. Louie really took the time to know my body before just assuming what my back health was like. Mid Body Spine has been great during the end of my 3rd trimester my hip started to cramp and nerve pain was happening. Mind Body was able to fix both times and I was walking pain free.

Finding a new Chiropractor in a new city is a challenge, but after 2 years of trial and era and deteriorating health and much pain I was referred to Dr Louie by my daughter and I am so thrilled. That sets her apart from anyone else I have ever been to. Great experience and health coaching from Dr Louie and her Team. I've never been to a chiropractor before and they took the time to gather their data regarding my condition and came up with a plan to help with my back issues. So far after 3 months treatments have went smooth and my back and neck feel much better. My range of motion has improved dramatically. I would highly recommend them.

I had lower back pain for about 4 months with unknown causes. I saw my family doctor, had X-rays and they said everything was fine but I still had severe back. I then seeked Chiro at another practice and acupuncture but still no improvement. One week after seeing Dr Louie my back improved so much that I could finally do everyday things without severe pain. I was so impressed with how quickly Dr Louie was able to help me. I got an X-ray and nerve test on my first visit and she was able to finally pin point what was the cause of my pain. Dr. Louie was able to quickly identify and then accurately work on chronic pain that has been bothering me for 7+ years. Knee pain that had eluded resolution by several other doctors and physiotherapists for many years is finally being reduced and managed. What a relief!
