Mind Games

Very great experience today at Mind Games. The manager Alex and assistant manager Drew were supremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. A must recommend stop for anyone, especially those with kids.

I know everyone is having a hard time with staff, however, have extremely rude and confrontational staff is unacceptable especially in a store that has many young people visiting it.
Staff went on break over an hour ago with a sign on the door that said she would be back in 30 minutes (no time indicated). I waited for over 45 minutes and others kept checking and leaving. When the staff finally opened the door she proceeded to lock it behind her and say she was leaving again for 5 more minutes. When I suggested that she put a time on the door instead of just back in 30, she said in a very rude tone that she doesn’t have to do anything other than that and stormed off. I was just trying to be helpful as I noticed how many people commented on it as I was waiting.

In store service is wonderful however I do not recommend using the online shopping. My order was cancelled without reason or communication, then I reordered and it's been 2 months. It's still "processing" according to the tracking info. Absolute silence when I've tried emailing and calling. No one seems to work at this company. Not sure if I'll ever see my order or my money.

I am greatly disappointed and frustrated that the puzzle I bought today came with a missing piece and a extra exact copy of a outside piece.

Great place to get cool stuff! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Alex was helping me and went above and beyond! Keep this guy around he is an asset.

Bought my son what I thought was a decent little robot for Xmas. I could tell alot of items were over priced, but this robot had good reviews so I went for it. Well, my son built it end of January.and it wouldn't even go together because of a faulty manufacturing defect. I went into the shop about an exchange and was told it was past the xmas exchange date, even though it was a faulty item. I was so annoyed because the item was faulty.and it was 50$. Not 10 or 15$$. Throughly disgusted.will definitely share this with my parent friends.and highly recommend you NOT SHOP THERE. I've since discovered they charge more for many items in store anyways.so find another shop to get ur cool items.this one is just a scam

They legit made my day today! They have harry potter mystery wands which are normally impossible to find! Also the worker was so nice in helping me find them!

Was in there buying a yoyo for our daughter, only was wanting one but the lady pressured us into buying 2 yoyo for cheaper and now look first time using them they both brake i know now why they wanted us to buy two. And now cause i dont have the stupid receipt they wont take them back. I wont ever come back to your store and i will have nothing but bad things to say about you. What a waste of money. #bringbacktheoldwoodyoyos

Love this store! They are reasonably priced, awesome selection and their staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Such a wide assortment of card games, trading card games, board games and collectibles. There's a free club you can join via phone number/email. Presently masks are required to gain entry, but the staff is able to assist very quickly with their knowledge and good attitude to get you on with your day quickly!

Nice store with collectibles, toys and boardgames. Lots of Funko products. People working there are nice
