Mindfield

From my interview it seems like a good place to work. They seen fair and kind which doesn't come easy these days.

I had Mieka help me, and she is awesome at her job. She texted and emailed me with a reminder and some usefull tips for my interview. I would highly recommend Mindfield to help you get your job.

Mindfield called me for an interview for a position I had applied to, set interview for the following day. I arrived for the interview and manager was not expecting me. Also there was NO position to be interviewed for. Waste of time!

I was helped by a recruiter who’s name is Steve. He contacted me about a position in Calgary, not only was he helpful on the phone, incredibly knowledgeable about the company I was applying to, he also assisted me throughout the whole process. He even went so far as to send me a tips and preparation email for my interview, that way I felt more confident going into it. I’ve worked with other recruitment agencies in the past but I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it!

I was contacted by a very professional agent named Kendra. I was contacted within hours of my application. I then received a follow up inquiring the interview. This customer service and professionalism is exactly what lead me to success with getting a job.

This company is the one that seems to post job postings for stores that are owned by Canadian tire (Pro Hockey Life, Sportchek, etc) and more but they are a client of those stores and seem to help them out with the hiring process

Using this company’s services was an absolute waste of time and a horrible experience. The run around between departments within Mindfield was very annoying and the vast majority of candidates they sent us were atrocious.

I will give them that their employees were kind, but that doesn’t make up for the fact their employees were very unprofessional and unreliable.

I would highly recommend not using this company as it ends up taking more time compared with just hiring yourself.

Sorry Mindfield - the sales pitch was all that was good.
