This was my first time being professionally coached, and I've never experienced anything like it before. It was a total eye-opener, I feel transformed and armed with new skills to continue in my self-development.

Leah's professionalism and her ability to immediately connect with clients demonstrated her wealth of expertise and years of experience. By conducting the session in a natural setting was a unique way to augment the session and resulted in a mind, body, and spirit experience.

I went on a wonderful MindSpa retreat a few weeks ago and have been trying to come up with the right words to describe the impact it had on my life, and I am still at a loss. I had an amazing session with Leah a few weeks ago. For starters, it was an amazing setting in the woods surrounding by trees and nature.that in itself helps decompress. But the real experience was in discussing and reflecting on aspects of work and life, and how we need to focus on bring back the balance needed in those areas. Its so easy for entrepreneurs to get lost in their business, but its critical to think about creating balance and implementing plans to get where you need to be. I think this will become a semi annual practice for me.

I recently had my first business coaching session with Leah while we walked around the Vancouver Sea Wall. I’ve experienced different types of business coaching and quite often they take a counselling perspective, where I felt like I was in therapy.

Leah is an amazing life/business coach! Every interaction I have with her is met with empathetic and compassionate communication. There are people who have a gift at being gentle yet forceful with their care for others at bringing out their best. Leah possesses this gift. In my first coaching session with Leah, and honestly, within not even an hour (I think it was 43 minutes in), we identified some things that were deemed to be holding me back with my success, as well as targets ways to make me come up with practical solutions. Leah wastes no time at all in getting to the primary reasons to help you reach a higher level. I really like her demeanour, and feel very at ease with her. She fosters a space of trust and compassion with an open heart. I highly recommend coaching with Leah.

I thought this concept was really different from anything else I’ve tried before. I received a lot of clarity and I felt at peace. Leah is amazing and she put some things into perspective for me. I felt more sure of myself. I would really highly recommend this experience for others.
