Ryan was incredible and reached out to me personally to help me with my first time using a lawyer service. He sent me to Ian Gauthier, who was young and new to the lawyer business. He wasn’t very prepared for court as he didn’t speak much during trial which was unfortunate and surprising. Many of the things I was told would be said in court wasn’t mentioned as I had been lead to believe; also an additional surprise fee a month or so after the court date had been finished because I had been misquoted a fee, but mistakes happen. Ryan, however, was friendly and able to answer any questions I had with patience, kindness, and understanding. Big shout out to Ryan for being professional and organized. I have found Mr. Ian Gauthier on the internet and referred him to my girlfriend to represent her in her case. From my observation, Mr. Gauthier is incredibly responsible and truly cares about my girlfriend’s case and a speedy resolution. The police wanted to charge me criminally with impaired/refusal. Mr. Mines did a fantastic job persuading Crown to only go with a traffic charge, so no criminal record. He is a great lawyer!
