They have been amazing so far too my girlfriend, they took her in at close to 2am the only reason I give this a 3 start is because they don't allow her to have her phone

Not necessarily the best place in the world, but not the worst. Still recommend this place in general though, and the staff (although money motivated) still care about your problems, though they may not show such empathy in their expressions. Very good counsellor though with great service and although the separation of children from their parents can be quite dark, I’m sure they feel bad about it in the long term. I give it a five stars for the counselling and social workers, but a three star rating for the rest

Very cold, inexperienced workers. Even the supervisor is a "arogant, cold man" they do not care about the children, only their jobs. Stay away from this office, very dysfunctional from the head on down. I do not think they play by the rules, and no one oversees their wrong doings.

Motivated by money. Not interested in children or families anymore. Makes more money separating children from parents, than keeping families together. Try to avoid this place, they don't even give out free popcorn.and they are bad actors.
