Part of most oil change packages include a brake check and at the North Vancouver location, while the wheels were off for the tire rotation, a brake check was performed.
I am a woman and most often we are taken for fools like this place did.
These guys tried to tell me that all brake pads were worn down to 2% and that my routers were rusting and needed replacing. They estimated a $600< for the job.
Because I am vehicle savy, I took their recommendations and looked at my brakes with a mechanic friend of mine!
These guys are SCAMMERS! The only thing that required replacement were the front brakes and there was ZERO rust anywhere! With parts and labour it cost me $100!
Please be wary when these guys attempt to upsell you and get another opinion!

I have been going to this shop for the past 4 years. They have always done quality work. Not knowing a great deal about cars, I never feel pressured into any repairs as Steve always take the time to explain why and what I need to be done on my vehicle.

These guys are amazing! My car had a electrical battery drain which I have taken to 3 different shops including the Ford dealership with no success at finding the issue. I was recommended to take it to see Steve at Minit-Tune & Brake. It was a bit of a drive for me to go to the North Shore but well worth it. The service I received was exceptional from start to finish. I was so impressed how quickly he found the problem. He obviously knows his stuff. My car has been running great every since! This is going to be my new auto repair shop from now on, and highly recommend them. Great work!

I was in this place two times, first time for oil and filter change and second time for Starter replacement. Steve and the team are great people and performed amazing job, I'm so happy with the result, for this reason I highly recommend this workshop. Thank you so much Steve.

I took my F150 for air conditioner recharge, it was fast & called before starting work if needed extra. I ended up taking my girlfriend car in a week later to do hers.
