I enjoyed the service at the Minit-Tune, the technician told me after checking on the brake, that it is still in good condition, I can change it this year

They left grease smeared all over my window, door, and side view mirror which was not fun to clean off. For what I was charged you’d expect better quality. Ur better off going to Canadian tire

Service here was terrible. We brought in our vehicle to replace brake pads. First they put them on backwards, so then we had to bring it back. Then when we left one of the wheels came completely off! We are still trying to get a refund, but they are not answering our calls. Please for the safety of yourself NEVER GO HERE.

I had to get my car towed here after breaking down on a weekend camping trip. They answered the phone even on a holiday so I could arrange the tow drop off. It was dropped off in the morning and by noon the same day I had a quote and estimate for the repairs.

They were also really flexible with arranging pickup as I live in North Van and would have trouble getting back to Chilliwack.

Booked oil change appointment on line. Gave description of vehicle and asked for cost. Recd email quoting 109 total. That was after application of a summer coupon for vehicle check-up.
It was also a quote for synthetic oil. However, I was charged 160 dollars NOT 109. The owner mechanic said he had to add two extra quarts and that's what it came to. He went on to say it was because of environmental taxes. I was not interested in arguing with him and had other demands I had to tend to. I got back to him when time allowed and told him I was not happy after reviewing the quote and actual charges. My last oil change was 109 taxes in from Jiffy Lube.

So take home on this transaction is that Minit Tune are dishonest and thick headed. I don't recommend them and will never go back.

BEWARE DISHONEST COMPANY! Took our truck in for brake repair, got it back with front end damage. When questioned about it both the technician and manager vehemently denied anything happened despite having dash cam footage of them driving my truck off the lift and into a wall! They blamed each other and said nothing. Refused to take responsibility or apologize even with video footage. Would never trust this outfit with your vehicle.

These guys are AWESOME. I had a tie rod break in Chilliwack and called to book a last moment appointment. Chilliwack KIA (our dealer) told me 2 weeks to help us and that could not get a part in-house for 7-days. That was a full-out lie as the guys at Minit-Tune did a quick search while on the first call, sourced the part, and said they would have it fixed the next day. Without fail, the part was ordered at 8am and car was fixed by 11: 40 and at an extremely good rate! I am so happy I called these guys and would recommend them to anyone needing repair work. The big dealers simply didn't care to help but were happy to take our money when purchasing.

Great customer service and work, very affordable and would definitely recommend and continue to come back. Thanks again!

Break service seems to be fine but the next time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change somewhere else they said the oil was leaking because last service used washers and incorrectly replaced cap.
Do not recommend

Pal is an awesome human. They're honest with their pricing and the work is genuine. Took great care of my car.
