Highly recommended. Eddie and team are honest, friendly and know their cars. Being female, they didn't try to upsell or rip me off. They also finished my oil change and brake fluid in a timely manner and didn't make my car greasy or dirty like some other shops.

Since the area is pretty close to other stores like Starbucks, Dollarama, restaurants etc.it's a nice walk while you wait for your car instead of waiting in the lobby:)

Originally I was quite happy with my experience there, I had my car there for a 60k service which includes a diff fluid check. I didn't got back to them due to different circumstances but I only had basic oil changes done at the dealership. When my 100k inspection comes around at the dealership, I found out that my differential was actually drained and was empty which resulted in damages. The technician at the dealership double checked there was no leakage and the casing was intact so it meant someone had drained it on accident.

Staffs are very polite and professional. They helped me to identify a long time engine problem and recommended a reasonable solution. They explained all steps very detail. I'm very happy with their service and definitely will recommend anyone to them.

They care about money only and they don't have any kind of customer service. I'm NOT going back to them anymore. They done nothing and they charge me for something they didn't touch it.

I have been coming to this location for the last 10+ years for all my vehicle repair and service needs. The staff is very helpful, professional, courteous. They are one of the few auto mechanics around that still have integrity and believe in doing quality work for a fair price. They are accurate with their durations and are quick with communication if there are any issues. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle for maintenance or repair. I would suggest calling ahead to book an appointment as they are sometimes quite busy.

Had a hitch put on was quoted an hour to two hours and Terry had it completed in half an hour. They could have taken advantage of the situation but didn't. They did an awesome job and it's working great.

Eddie and Terry are terrific guys that primarily run this shop and they serve as "backup" to my primary mechanic in Richmond when I can't get an appointment. For the 3 - 5 times I have been there, I don't have much bad to say but the only exception is some of their methodology in making assumptions (as part of troubleshooting) may cost you more if you don't get another second opinion. For easy and straightforward jobs though, I would not hesitate to bring your car here.

Always service my suvs here in the past 12 years, even after I move out from Burnaby. Very honest (which is a rare characters in this business), fast service, fare charge. Just ask for Eddie or Terry, friendly and knowledgeable!

Great service from Terry, he changed the oil in our car, checked everything thoroughly and said that there was no urgent repairs to be made this year. What an honest guy! A rare find these days between mechanics. We'll definitely be coming back to his garage next year.

These guys will take great care of you, and don't charge a "Pink Tax" to female customers (at least not in my experience). They're friendly, knowledgeable, and more importantly, will take the time to educate you about your car.
I know people have had some pretty shady experiences with some Minit-Tunes - myself included, but these guys are legit. Never once have I had a negative experience with them, even when having to kiss hundreds of dollars goodbye.
I can't recommend this shop enough.and given that they've won consumer awards 12 years in a row, I'm clearly not the only one.
