Awesome girls. So happy with lashes. Only problem is one of the receptionists has huge attitude, rude and abrupt.

So beautiful and natural looking, I got exactly what I had asked for. My technician leora was patient with my many questions and was so gentle that I actually fell asleep. The price was great too! Hands down the best lash service I have ever received! A big Thank you to everyone! Such a wonderful experience!

I always get compliments on my lashes after getting them done here. I also appreciate how they have faux mink options. Regardless of who does the set the final product always looks good

I enjoy going to Mink Lash Boutique to have my lash extensions done by Elsa. She offers clear explanation about the procedure and work with you on the look that you are hoping to achieve. She's attentive to your concerns and apply the lashes gently. The pricing for the classic set is reasonable to me. The establishment is clean and their techs wear face mask. Overall, a great experience and I will be a repeating customer.

In the city unexpectedly this week and needed a lash fill. Great boutique and the work was impeccable. I’m a lash tech myself with a private studio in my city. While you may get the same kind of service you do in a small one on one boutique the atmosphere here is nice and the work is great. It gets the job done. I will use again if I find myself in the city when I need a full. I was able to book an appointment the day before which was nice.

Emily is amazing. I have super fine lashes so my retention is terrible. I've always struggled with finding a good lash tech. I used to get my lashes done every week and a half but I can now go every 3 weeks without any issues.

Just spent 200$ for what looks like classics, I've been here 3 times and keep asking for big volume and they always look like a classic set. Don't waste your money here

I’ve been here twice now, great service. My favourite part is how easily accessible I can book an appointment in advance and in short notice. My first experience with them was safe and assuring and my technician asked me all these types of questions for desire of lashes. And when I went in a second time and I told her some of the things I didn’t like about how my lashes looked the first time and easily gave recommendations which turned out fantastic! Second time my lashes turned out exactly how I wanted. So easy to talk about what you desire and safety is always important there. Thanks Mink!

I have been getting faux mink lash extensions at Mink Lash Boutique since April, and the ladies here always do a wonderful job! The desk staff are quick and efficient, and the technicians are very skilled and put a lot of care into their work. I always feel beautiful and relaxed after each appointment.

Great service and professionally run. They have comprehensive consultations and the sessions are seamless.

28Jun2021 update: I have been going to this boutique for 2 years now. While the technician is good. The appointment scheduling and client treatment at this place is BELOW AVERAGE. I have a consistent appointment on Fridays every other week, today I called 5 days in advance of my regular Friday appointment to try to reschedule, they are telling me nothing available in the next 5 days. But if I reschedule to something after the next 5 days they will charge me more because I m beyond my refill period. How ridiculous is that! They have nothing available for me within my refill period, and forcing me to wait longer so they can charge me more? ! What a way to treat your regular customers. Never going back again!

I have been going to mink for a year now. Am very happy with my lashes and always get a lot of compliments. Their technicians are very good and professional.

I’ve been getting my lashes done since before they were even a thing lol. I’ve seen and experienced it all. I found Mink because it was walking distance from my house and I love it there. I can’t see myself going anywhere else. The staff are lovely and efficient. Their Covid safety measures are excellent without losing the salon feel and comfort. Super clean everything. They text reminders and are so accommodating to change appointments with the right notice. I highly recommend Nina. My lashes look amazing and they last! Great prices too. Thanks Mink!

I booked in with Jennifer and requested a very subtle but enhanced look (I have monolids and longer, fuller lashes tend to look too chunky!). I explained to her my preferences and she explained & suggested lengths, lash types & curl.
I went with the most natural feel (siberian mink), doll-eye, c-curl and Jennifer created such a beautiful look! My lash line looks much thicker (almost like a tightline) and the doll-eye option really opened my eyes, all the while being wispy & light.

I'll also note that the technicians and receptionists are very clean (sanitizer @ door, guests wait outside the door until called, hand washing station and of course, masks).
Will be booking my fill in a few weeks!

I loved my lashes at first sight; they are my first set. However when I went home I started to notice they weren't what I was expecting. I reached out to them on Facebook and they were more than happy to get me the lashes I was expecting AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! It was my fault because I didn't know what to ask for but the Ladies here were more than happy to fill me up compliments of the house.

I've had my lashes done by different girls and each time, I've been really happy. The glue they use is strong, and the lashes stays on for quite some time. The boutique is very clean. The beds are comfortable and they provide pillows and blankets. I only have two issues with Mink Lash Boutique. I often book the first timeslot in the morning, 10: 00AM. I am there 5-10 minutes early as I usually want to use the restroom first. However, I am often called up 10 minutes after my appointment time. I have people coming in the shop after me, called up first. Technicians with 10.00AM appointments should be ready for them by 10.00AM.
Also, the receptionist is sooooo sour. She scares me. Try smiling sometimes.
FYI, my last appointment was February.

personality and tone of voice each and EVERY time she calls me to

   Jasmine even goes out of her way to extend my fill accordingly if I cancel for one week, I do not even need to ask her.   She is a delight to see each and every time I visit Mink Lash as well as my two lash
experts, KATIE and SYDNEY.   Each of these ladies have played LARGE parts in my returning to Mink Lash time and time again.   I just wanted to let the world know each of these ladies go above and beyond every time and I definitely feel they deserve a raise!   I would recommend this establishment, Mink Ladh Boutique over and over again. I’ve had my lashes done 2x, both times were horrible experiences. My friend told me about a promo from Mink Lash Boutique and I decided to give lashes one last try.

The woman who I was paired with couldn’t be anymore gentle (Kelly?), I think she could see how my body tensed up out of anxiety from past experiences.

Weeks later, these lashes are comfortable, not falling out or ripping my natural lashes, and they are easy to brush. In fact, these lashes feel like my very own.

These girls are the most consistent with doing a good job on my lashes. Just make sure to call ahead as they book well in advance.

Great service and value. Parking is also not too difficult for a downtown location. It is also convenient to book online.

Most of my lash appointments are with the trainers, and I’ve gotta say they’re wonderful! Every single time I’ve gotten my lashes done by them, i always get compliments. Booking through them is seamless and very easy, I especially love how easy they’re website is to navigate!

The 3rd time I came in, the technician messed up my lashes. Got an infection and had to get everything removed. This place scarred me from ever getting eyelash extensions.

I had my lashes done at this place multiple times. Always super satisfied with the results and level of customer service. Truly recommend this place!

I only go to mink for my lashes and always reccomend it to my friends! The girls are always so friendly and gentle and the lashes last me 4-6 weeks if I choose to not get fills.

Painful work, half of the lashes undone and next girls correcting previous girls faulty work, went back to take tell them and correct, absolutely rude responses by the manager, offered to charge me only 80$ to fix their own bad work. Never going back
