There is glitter on two of my nails… and glitter isn’t suppose to be a part of my French nail. I even paid tip for two. I took a closer look and found on two of my nails they did not adjust the French nail height so that it covers my actual smile line on my nail as per the image. Not coming back. My in law booked a appt for two and they did bother to try or move an empty seat down so that we can be closer to each other.

Extremely expensive; services cost at least double the average price. I got shellac nail polish - removal first, plus base price, plus $12 for cuticle removal (yes, this is extra), plus $30 for the sparkles.all in all it cost me $111.95. On the other hand, their work is phenomenal. Nana was able to accommodate starting earlier than scheduled, but most importantly, her work is superb. She did a thorough but gentle job removing the old nail polish, perfectly squared my nails, and wonderfully painted the sparkles. My nails have not looked this beautiful in a long time. True nail artists are few and far between.

This is hands down the best place to get your nails done! I see Miya and she's a real artist. My nails are strong and unbreakable. These last until they grow out and I need a fill. Miya checks with me every step of the way to make sure I'm happy with the shape, colour and design. She's also a perfectionist so if something isn't 100% right in her eyes, she'll do it again. Miya and everyone who works there are also super friendly. Highly recommend them:)

My favourite place to get my nails done! They're so skilled with art and I never have issues with lifting! Always a bit of a splurge but they can do any art or style you're looking for.

I went early December to get my nails ready for Christmas. I had Vivienne. She was professional and friendly. I asked if she could have my nails extended and throw in some designs. Oh wow. She amazed me. Attention to every little detail. I love how she draws a snowflake and a gift on my thumbs. She did some sparkles on my wedding fingers and fade on my rest. Super pretty all together! I got so many compliments already! Other than her great service, the salon was clean and odour free. This place is definitely a gem.

Booked a pedicure. Place was very dirty. Staff were eating lunch in the location, at the desks they work at. The pedicure machine I was meant to use wasn’t working so they used a bucket instead. Then the shelf for my feet to rest on was moving all over the place, about to fall off. I ended up leaving before they got started. I wouldn’t say it would pass a health check by provincial health regarding Covid regulations.

I just did my nails here today and the lady that did it for me did an amazing job ️️

This is a very professional and heartwarming manicure place. They can make any kind of style, and the key point is that they use high-quality products. The colors and styles are very complete and fashionable. They can do whatever you want. The service is really great, and the special eyelashes made by their are very good. The price is very good. They can get along with the shop staff like friends, and each time they make nails, I feel very relaxed and really happy. Everything is very heartwarming, super recommended, ️

Favorite bail salon been going for years. Best in lower mainland for nail art no comparison! Vivienne and Mia are my two personal favs because of the more intricate/3d designs I go for BUT all the ladies are amazing!

I’ve tried many MANY different salons and this one is by far the best! Highly recommend these ladies!

They did my design on the wrong finger (middle instead of ring finger) so the results aren't as nice as I wanted.showed them a picture but still couldn't get it right

This is a terrible nail salon. The clerk gave me a monochrome nail and charged me $130. The attitude is also very bad, very unhappy

Absolutely love this salon, It is my new go to! It is super convenient to get to. The service is amazing, the ladies are so attentive and sweet! I've been twice and both times were wonderful, my nails are always done perfectly, and last long!

I got my nails done sometime 20-ish December 2018 (and they're still on)! They accommodated me really well considering I booked an appointment last minute. The attendant was very thorough and obv artistic as she wanted them to look their best. I'd say she did it pretty fast as I paid for parking and didn't have to come back to pay more. While it is real pricey (I paid $100 something), I think it was pretty worth it as mine are still shiny. I wash my hands pretty frequently and they have not chipped off at all! These nails gone through a wedding, Christmas, New Year, and maybe even Family day! Will be coming back for sure!:)

It is a bit pricy, but they work hard and honestly my nails look amazing! I got gel nail extensions, and they warn you before hand about how hot it gets and helps you through the pain!

Horrible attitude, the girls don’t speak much english and got appointment times mixed up then ended up being aggressive over the phone! Unbelievable, the vancouver store has friendlier staff and more experienced workers. Will be going there instead
