Dr. Saffari healed my golfer’s elbow with prolotherapy. The elbow pain is gone and I’m amazed how well it worked. We did 4 sessions and each one Dr. Saffari made them quick and efficient. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and just a great person. Highly recommended! Thanks a lot.

Dr. Maximus is great, but I don't like how the reception works.
I went to the clinic at 9: 59 am, the doctor called me at 10: 02 am, and without asking or saying anything, the receptionist charged the full amount to the credit card on file at 10: 03 am.

I've seen many naturopath doctors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, etc, but I've never seen someone who charges to the credit card on file at the beginning of the session.

My health insurance information was on file. And even if it wasn't, they're supposed to ask me at the end of the session, how I would like to pay. What if I wanted to pay with a debit card or different credit card?

I told the receptionist that I would like her to try direct billing next time. She seemed so worried that I might ask her to cancel the credit charge and try direct billing. She was like "but this one is already charged. " I told her I will submit myself this time, to be nice, and she said ok. If she offered to try or said sorry or thank you, I would not be writing this review.

It's not the kind of service I want to receive.

Dr. Chamberlain and Kelsi have been my go to people for treatment the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have back/neck issues from sports injuries and their expertise has helped to keep me in the game and mobile. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable the team at Mint is great and I always look forward to coming out feeling better! Thanks for all your care in helping manage my pain and injuries! More than 7 years ago, when I first went to see Dr. Giselle, my back pain was critical. I was so nervous about chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Giselle respected my fears, took the extra time to make sure I’m comfortable and I am a new person because of her. I feel taller when I walk out of her office, I can breathe better and my back is so much stronger. The adjustments are something I’ve grown to love and enjoy! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Giselle. She’s professional and extremely knowledgeable! Dr. Giselle is Magic!

Dr. Alana Shaw is the best. I feel like I struck gold the day I met her. She is my constant health ally and has supported me through many challenges. As one of the most balanced NDs I have ever encountered, she acknowledges limitations within the scope of what she does and has no problem referring to other physicians and practitioners if needed. I can be open and honest with her without judgement and trust her advice implicitly. I send everyone I know who has an ongoing health issue her way.

Dr. Parmar and his team approach your health concerns with compassion and diligence. I have been seeing Dr. Parmar for several years, and have always found him to be absolutely committed to finding solutions for my health concerns. He doesn't just treat your symptoms, but is proactive about getting to the root cause. I can tell that he genuinely cares for my well being and that of all his patients. I couldn't recommend him or his team more highly!

If you are looking for a naturopath, you need to see Dr. Parmar. He is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and has a very caring approach. I was referred to see him 3 years ago and I cannot say enough great things. I drive all the way from Richmond for his services. I see him for acupuncture, dry needling, and for a holistic approach for my over-all wellbeing.
