I emailed and called them to inquire about a foamboard (smooth + matte) contour cut sign for pickup in 2 days to which they said yes without any hesitation.

When I pick it up, it was printed on coroplast (glossy & has visible lines from ridges). When I ask about it, they now claim that it isn't possible to contour cut foamboard (which is untrue as I get them done all the time). When I asked why I wasn't informed this they said they tried to cut it and it wasn't turning out right so THEY made the executive decision to switch out the material without involving or notifying me.

I run a business in event decor, so details (like material used) do matter and I also know how important it is to be upfront and transparent to your customers and unfortunately they were not. Very disappointed.

Quick and easy order process with a quick turn around on the printing of a single product. I've printed many items there over the years and have never been disappointed. Their prices are good too.

Literally the worst customer service of my life. Trying to resolve a problem with my order and I've called and emailed 3 separate people at least 30 times and never got a reply. Completely ghosted it's unbelievable. When I call the front desk I get someone who says "I'm new so I can't help you, and nobody is here to transfer you to so please call later". Which is fine, but that same line has been used on 4 separate occasions. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing.

The general manager keeps sending me marketing emails asking if we have any questions, but never responds to any replies back, or to voicemails.

Used to use them for my business and partner business quite often, but will find someone else. I'd rather spoonfeed a lion than shop here again.

I had a terrible experience with this company. To do a favor to a friend I sent an order to Mr. Rudi Ciccia employee of the Surrey office. By Rudi’s mistake the order was processed badly and in response I only received insults, disrespect and the solution was to hang up the phone while I spoke. I was threatened if I didn't pay the bill. I don't want to anything about this company and less about that employee.
Definitely, my recommendation is to go to another company
