Zobair did good work relaying my carpet. He was careful to remove excess carpet pieces and assisted with replacing the furniture.

Dillon came by to replace a patch of carpet that had water damage. He was friendly, fun, easy to talk to, professional, and was out of our house within probably 15-20 minutes of his arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mira Floors & Interiors for a complete flooring renovation in one of my properties following a flood, and I am thrilled with the results. From start to finish, Mira exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the project. Their exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart from other companies I have worked with in the past.

Once the project began, Larry worked diligently and efficiently and demonstrated a meticulous approach to his work. The attention to detail was evident in the flawless installation with seamless transitions. Larry showed great respect for my property, taking care to protect my existing furniture and clean up thoroughly upon completion.

Not only did Mira excel in their craftsmanship, but as mentioned, their communication and customer service were exceptional as well. Tim and Josh were responsive to my inquiries, providing updates to scheduling etc.throughout the project. They were always ready and willing to address any concerns or questions I had. It was evident that customer service / satisfaction was their top priority.

The flooring I bought for them to install turned out to be damaged but Zobair made the extra effort to come back at the end of the day to finish the installation. Kept my renovation on schedule.

MIRA Floors was fantastic! Steve the sales rep was incredibly helpful and attentive, coming back multiple times with various samples as it took me awhile to make up my mind. Scott the installer did fantastic work taking time and care to lay the floor perfectly. All of the staff were incredibly responsive and we're very happy with the end result. The team at Mira Floors did an exceptional job on our bedroom and bathroom reno. From my 'inspiration words' of water & sand, Marnie helped me choose the colours and style of tile for the bathroom. The end result is stunning! Scott was our installer for carpet in the bedroom and shower membrane, heat and tiles in the bathroom. What beautiful, detailed work he does, working tirelessly to ensure everything is perfect.

We were put in touch with Mira Floors through our insurance adjuster after we had a bad dishwasher leak in our kitchen. We required completely new floors, and Mira did an excellent job from start to finish.
