I had a leak on my Diff that needed to be fixed asap, they got me in right away, and handled it flawlessly.

Long story short, my seat belt got stuck in my driver's door 2006 honda civic wouldn't open. Took it there Saturday at 245 took them all of 45 min to get unstuck. Regardless of them closing at 3 Mani used the excuse of Saturday and paying his guy overtime for 45 minutes to charge me $ 291 TO CROW BAR OPEN DOOR. He makes me sick to me and my family's stomach taking advantage of us in these extremely hard times. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Terrible service.quoted for $939 for a BRAKE CHANGE, asked for the quote in paper form or email form 4 times and they dont send you lol.

Manny was very friendly and helpful while talking, but this place is too expensive.

I knew my 2005 sienna had some exhaust leak and I wanted to get a quote which he said will cost $110 for diagnostic. I agreed this hoping he will give a reasonable price. But his quote was $850 +tax where I got this fixed for $220 from a local shop. (no other muffler repair places asked me for a diagnostic fee to get a quote).

Meaning I just lost $110 just to get a quote, and I won’t be going there again and I can’t recommend anyone who is looking for a reasonable price.

Mani is so helpful and polite. I needed a new clutch for my older vehicle. He called to make sure he could get the part before scheduling an appt. It was done quickly and Mani called me with updates. Mani was very honest and helpful and as I need new tires too I have also ordered them through mission automotive. I can not say enough good things about them and will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for any service they need. I highly recommend them.

Bad customer service on the phone and a high-priced quote for simple brake pads $350 for each pad! I’m asking what is the reason to quote overpriced if you compare to others? The answer is, why don’t you go with the others? I’ll complain to the relevant authorities, and I’ll get an official price quote to file a case through the courts to protect customer rights!

DO NOT GO HERE! I dropped off my truck to get new brakes and rotors. Got it back making a loud noise Went back and they told me i need my rotors and a parking brake assembly kit replaced again. And they had no clue as of why? Very bad service. DID NOTHING BUT COST ME TRIPLE WHAT THE JOB WAS! And all that time wasted

Pickinh up my used Cadillac Escalade from port. I was lost in Mission with seized braked on my way to pick up tires. Got denied at one shop near me and Mission Automotive was the first place I called. I was soooo pleased with the service given my Mani at the front desk and all the dudes working there! They fit us straight in had all the parts we needed and stayed late to make sure we were safe on out 5 hr drive up the Coqihalla HWY. Thank you so much Mani my man!

My 2003 F-150 started running rough, quick diagnoses revealed two faulty spark plugs. Mani called and we decided to replace all eight plugs and coils, with 296,000 km it was time. Thanks Mani and staff for your timely repair work!

Staff mechanics were very friendly, staff and mechanics were very friendly I got an oil change and I had four tires already on their own rims to put on and switch around. It charged me almost $180 for these services. For that you would expect your wheels to get cleaned or your tires to get cleaned or at least for them to put them in bags for you so they didn't get your seat dirty.

Service was done in a timely manner and prices were fantastic.

I’ve used mission automotive for years and am always blown away by their customer service. When my exhaust pipe needed repair they were able to fit me in quickly and fabricate what I needed when parts weren’t available. I always see them for oil changes - they’re quick and always do a great job. Whenever I neee my car taken care of I take it to Mani.

I have been taking my vehicles to Mission automotive for some time now. Manny and crew did a great job on my sons car. Did what was asked, called me when they ran into issues. All in all great service, thanks Manny.

Well I was in a crunch and needed a reliable vehicle for my work as my prior car bit the biscuit big-time! I found a vehicle that Mani had for sale with low km and make-Toyota- which I know are decent because my mom had one for 30yrs, Tercel Wagon!
I believe I made a wise choice and am quite happy so far! If I have a friend that ends up in same situation I was in I will definitely send them over to Mission Automotive!

I have only good things to say about them! I used several shops in the past but once I used services of Mission Automotive there was no way I would consider anyone else to work o my car. They are very professional, friendly and most of all HONEST. They will do everything to make sure you leave the shop a happy camper. Never ever did I feel pressured into buying services that weren't necessary, like lots of other businesses try to do. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I was blown away by my service today at Mission Automotive! Mani went above and beyond to meet my needs. The shop was spotless and he was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a mechanic that is trustworthy and affordable:)

I purchased 2017 civic From Mani. He was absolutely amazing to deal with. He is very straight forward person to deal with. After looking at so many cars and driving around for longer then 6 months, l finally pulled the trigger buying this civic. His service was outstanding. They were couple of issues with the car which he fixed on the spot. I recommend Mission automotive highly.

Hi - I had heard good things about this auto shop and decided to try them when I had some suspected suspension issues. The work was done as quoted and the car ready when they said they'd have it done. When I wanted to follow up on a question, the owner Mani was helpful and went out his way to assist. I would recommend them to others as a reliable place to take your vehicle for repairs.

Leaving this for my gramma, worst company ever. I sent her here because I was not able to do the work. They went ahead and did work that was not to be done and charged her almost $8 for a couple psi of air in 2 tires. Will never visit again. Total rip off. Dont support a company that takes advantage of your elders.

Mani was such an amazing help. I contacted him about winter tires. Messaged back and fourth. Set up time to pick up. Instead got them at a great price, installed in a matter of 1.5 hours. And on our way to a wedding on time. Def recommend this gem of a place. Tires served us well in the crazy lil winter storm we had. This a must place for great tires!

I just had my vehicle in for an oil change and fluids check. Really great same day service. Couldn't be happier with how easy and care free everything was done. Upon checkout I was told there was a coupon in the paper that knocked 30$ off the service so that was great! Will definitely come back again

Mani was a pleasure to deal with.
He truly cares about your safety first. I had issues with my tires on my company vehicle that replacement was denied.
Mani informed me not to drive the vehicle until the tires are replaced as they are not safe.
Mission automotive did not get the tire replacement order due to company policy but was gracious enough to inform me of his concern.
I am greatful for Mani's concern.

Don't go here unless you like getting ripped off! They either have no idea what they're doing or they are crooks! Our neighbours warned us not to go here, but the first time we went they were so friendly and the online reviews seemed good, so we took it back a second time when the same problem came back.then a 3rd time.and a 4th time. Finally we smartened up (after dropping thousands of dollars and multiple visits over a couple of months). Then we brought it to another mechanic and the problem was fixed for only a couple of hundred (and it's been over a year now with no issue).

I will never go any where else. This is the best place I have ever dealt with for all my tires. Great customer service super friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. Hands down #1

I have to say Mission Automotive is a service shop you can trust Manie makes sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of. My parents go to Mission Automotive my Brother goes to as well and I go to Mission Automotive. We have never been let down by there work or there customer service representatives. I would like to thank Mission Automotive and Manie for there tireles help with all the repairs you do for us.

Horrible service. I took my car in to get checked for a sound coming out the front passenger side. Before I even handed over the keys or finished explaining what I needed checked, I was told to pay $165.99. Never have I ever been told to pay for a service before any work was done, and I feel like I was taken advantage of by the establishment. I was there for about an hour maybe an hour and a half and the amount charged was completely unjustified. Reached out to the establishment a couple of days later but got nothing. Not even an apology from Mani the store manager with whom I dealt with all alon. I am disappointed and would definitely NOT RECCOMEND taking your vehicle there! Dishonest people taking advantage of hard working clients.

Got my services here and brakes previously. These guys are awesome! They don’t up sell and stand by their work. My brakes were squealing I got them changed and they replaced the rotors. The service is also meaningful, they will guide you on what you need to do. Highly recommend! Excellent work and reasonable pricing.
