Mission Creek Golf Club

Went and golfed 9 holes today by myself. Was a bit nervous as I’ve never golfed by myself before and I’m just newer at this? The staff, Courtney on the reception registration etc.was so friendly and helpful it put me at ease right away. The Marshall, Bill was so thoughtful about how he tactfully asked me to let 2 other ladies behind me play through which I never minded.
There was a 10.00$ reduction in green fees as they explained they had problems with moles this last winter and spring.
I appreciate how upfront and honest about the greens which were not too bad for spring and provided good practise for me. I’ll go back again for sure.

My favourite Kelowna course! Super friendly staff and great prices to play the course. Best walkable course and beautiful scenery right along Mission Creek. Forgiving fairways and fun water features throughout 18 holes. 5 stars! Definitely worth asking about the easy going fun "men's league" and "women's league" too.

Played at their course today. Should’ve taken hint with all the free tee times. Greens are unplayable, putts caught airtime somehow. Fairways have huge divots and mud filled with water. Wish I could say I was exaggerating, but I’m not. Would give it 0/5 but unfortunately can not. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This course is not ready even though it’s already June.

Well to tell you the truth it wasn’t very good, there was a couple days of rain and the fairways were very wet, too wet for carts but they were out and making a mess of the fairways. The greens were terrible, all had winter kill, and no sense in putting. Not sure if I will go back.

We played there today.worst shape of a course that I’ve ever seen.soggy, flooded and the greens we pathetic.worse than exposed concrete.they should be closed for repairs instead of trying to limp the course through the year.

Extremely hard to recommend this place in its current state.
I would deem this course unplayable with the green conditions, it’s quite possibly the worst I have ever seen anywhere.
Management should shut the greens down and create temporary holes on the fairways so they can heal.
It looked like there was damage on a few holes, and trees had been clear cut in other areas, and left to over grow fairways in others (#3 has trees hanging out past the middle of the fairway.).
The renovations look to be behind, I hope this place comes back to its former affordable hot spot; because as of today I would rather golf anywhere else.
We were warned at the pro shop of green condition, and that it was $10 off the normal spring rate because of that. It really should be less. If I had seen the greens prior to the round I would have walked away.
I guess I have a take-away for today; I’ll be checking reviews before going to any course now.
The staff was welcoming, but that’s all it really has going for it. The pace of play was extremely slow as well For being a miserable day.

The recent reviews suggesting that the course is in any condition less than abysmal must be fake or by the owners. This is the worst maintained golf course I have ever played at in 46 years of golfing. The greens were horribly pock marked, fairways had huge gaping poorly dug trenches, ramshackle bathrooms and disgusting “ponds”. I’ve been to 4 courses in Kelowna in the past week so any suggestion that this is because the early season is false! This golf course is wretched! They should be ashamed that they offer this to the public!

These are the worst greens I have ever played. The fact that they are charging full price to play right now is basically stealing peoples money. Your course is half ready so you should charge half price.

It was a disappointment to find the greens in such shape, what was once a decent and affordable spot to play is no longer something I can recommend.

After an arduous round of 18 holes yesterday, I noticed a for sale/development sign on the outside of the property which might answer some questions.

Great round of golf with my co workers! Thank you for all your hard work getting the course in great shape so early in the season.

This golf course is probably the worst course I have ever played
The fairways were covered in leaves
The Geese infestation was enough that if you didn't hit one you were lucky
The price is absolutely ridiculous
This is terrible I truly believe they should be shut down

Friendly staff, beautiful shorter course. At least four driveable
holes front nine and 3 in the back nine. Well worth the money!

This is a great course for beginners (like me) and intermediate players. Staff are always friendly and courteous.

Course was in decent shape but pace of play was painfully slow. 45 minutes after our t time we were still 1 group behind on the third t box. Marshall was hanging around the clubhouse instead of being out on the course.
