Mission Dental Clinic

They told me i had no cavities, when I asked about the spot on my tooth they told me it was a freckle.one broken tooth later i went to another dentist who then informed me i actually in reality had 15 cavities……. I am hurt and confused and full of cavities, thumbs down

Anyone looking for an awesome dental team, look no further than Mission Dental Clinic and Dr Chow. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated very professionally. Dr Chows attention to detail allows for a caring and comfortable office experience and his hygienists are professional and friendly as well. Highly recommended.

Been bringing my family here for about 5 years and we've had nothing but good experiences. I'm writing this review now because I needed to go in for a chipped tooth, they got me in on very short notice and it was an all-around exceptional visit. They don't keep you waiting. Dr. Chow is friendly and efficient. Gerri at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with and does a great job of running the show - I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.

I went to Dr chow after seeing 2 other dentists who wanted to do root canals and crowns on my teeth basically drill, fill and bill type of dentists.when I saw DR chow he did x rays and check up and told me my teeth are fine no need for anything this was 5 years ago and I am still without any root canals and crowns. Awesome Dr very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I'm so surprised to see these reviews about Dr. Chow being money-focused. My teeth are in pretty good condition, but he has NEVER recommended an unnecessary procedure, and when he has suggested aesthetic procedures I don't feel I need, he's been accepting of my preferences. When I have needed more detailed work, I have found the prices quite reasonable compared with other dentists. Only my experience, but I've been very pleased with the service here for many years.

Wow does this clinic just care about money! Disrespectful staff especially the lady in the front marilyn who has absolute no respect for people.marilyn says in order to get any treatment done, I would pay the entire amount and go dealing trying to submit my receipts to my insurance companies after the work is done myself. If you don't have the patience to deal with insurance companies I suggest you don't work in such an office. Save your money and your time and choose a different dentist. Shocked this place runs at all horrible horrible service zero interest in your dental health only your money.

They have been great with me for over 12 years now. Amazing with my children and Gerry is awesome.

Dr. Chow has no compassion or bedside manner. My sister came over crying from the dentist because he ground down a sore tooth without anaesthetic, causing her agony and not stopping when she was crying her eyes out from pain. This tooth was causing her face to go numb. He then blamed the problem on her not taking care of her teeth, a fact which simply isn't true given that she brushes and flosses every day religiously. The staff there are nice but Dr. Chow is a judgemental piece of garbage who is not fit to be called a doctor.

They over charged my daughter 75 dollors and wouldnt listen to my concerns when i asked them about the extra charges

Excellent service. My children love to go with them, they are not scared at all. All the staff is very kind and the facilities are very nice. The doctor is very gentle and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Chow dismissed me and my teeth as I couldn't afford $40,000 to crown and build up eight teeth. That's $5,000 per tooth. He didn't even recommend a less expensive way to proceed nor did he indicated how long my teeth would last without repair. Seems he only cares about money.

Had a horrible experience with Dr. Chow. Pulled my family and my friends from this money craving, insensitive monster and his staff. Patients beware.
