Very disappointing experience today. Unwelcoming from the minute we arrived. Unbelievable that a winery of this reputed stature would have staff so condescending. We are local residents with family from Ontario visiting for the holidays - must say that every other winery we visited (including ones owned by the same company were exceptional). We will never be back.

If I have to be honest here. The place is really pricey and if you are looking to do a tasting it might not be the place to do so. The tasting is really pricey. The place itself is really commercial and it seems like making great wines are not the priority but instead the emphasis was put on giving you a more sophisticate experience to taste simple wine. I will be brutally honest the wines are not the greatest for the price. I could definitely taste that the wine itself was a bit more refined but in my opinion the price was not worth it for what it was.view is nice if you want to take any pictures.

One of the most exquisite experiences. We had the dinner with wine pairing. We were served by Bradon and he was amazing. We were in exclusive dining rooms, which were very cozy. Wines were amazing and the food was out of this world. Amazing ambience.
Even though the its pricy, its value for money. Perfect for a couple.
Mission Hill estates looks beautiful on top of the hill. Has a breathtaking view.

We went for high tea. It was absolutely fantastic! What a great chef and amazing wait staff. Alex was wonderful. We would definitely do tea at mission hill again. And we will be back

This Winery is like the heaven. The staff is so respectful. I want to suggest everyone to visit this place.

I like the architecture, wine cellar tour and nice lake view. Service is also excellent. It’s just too pricey for me.it’s a great experience but I may not come again.

Everything WOW here the wine, the views, the food, the ambience, and $$$$$.
A little too pompous and chic for us.
Great for celebrations, but we would not come back for 'just' a relaxing evening.

The 2022 Bluebird Passage Viognier was amazing! The reds, in my humble opinion, they are overrated….

Attended today with a group of 11. My 1st time and their 2nd. We have been touring the wineries for the past 5 days attending up to 30 wineries and this was our worst service experience. We were seated at the outdoor patio for up to 20mins before we got our order. The 2 staff were completely overwhelmed despite not many tables seated. People around us asked for assistance and we’re frequently told sorry we can’t help you right now. Payne t was just as long of an ordeal. The wine was ok. No one bought any. We will not be going back and wouldnt recommend. Many other better wineries around.

Mission Hill is my absolute favourite winery in Kelowna! They have top notch service, the wine cellar is incredible and the views are breath taking! Experiencing the tasting menu at the Terrace is an absolute must! During my most recent visit we were hosted by Sophie, and she was exceptional!

We arrived around 3 p.m. And after a short tour of the grounds we sat down on the terrace. Here you had a wonderful view of Okanagan Lake! The waitress was very friendly and lowered the sun visors for us when a thick rain cloud came by. We ate deliciously and the portion of fries was really huge!

Nice views, but they take advantage of that and try to rip you off on the wine. Lots of other places to go to for a way better price.

I was highly recommended mission hills terrace restaurant by a close friend.

Apparently mission hills recently decided on a "family style" lunch where we had to serve ourselves with one option only on the menu for the day.
The server endlessly used "us" and "we" as if she was a part of our group.
Cmon why do some servers do this?

The items served initially were very delicious, but the vegan/gluten free dessert at the end was bland and had an unusual texture.
Why have a vegan dessert when there's only chicken as the main course?
A 170 plus dollar of wine on the terrace is less than half that price across the lawn at their store.

For a 200 dollar lunch there are better places in Kelowna that have amazing wines & food with better wine prices than mission hills.
The views were fantastic though, but not worth those prices.

Thank you Lauryn for being so accommodating and making my newly engaged friends special day a memorable one and even handing them glasses of wine. Giving 4 stars because besides Lauryn every staff gave us all the impression they didn’t want us there…

Does not allow guests to walk around most areas. Wine tasting is seated only for 19+ year old with no other options so couldn’t even try their wine. Not family friendly so it didn’t work for our family unfortunately. We will have to find other wineries to visit.

Be careful if you are in the area and want to stop by for wine tasting. The website states “While reservations are recommended, our doors are open for all guests” but that is far from the case. We were told reservations are 100% required and that we were wrong to question it. Rude, elitist service and misleading information. Estate and wine is nice. Shame.

Honestly, I was super excited because this is one of the best wineries that everyone mentions to visit. But I wanted to explore some of the wine options and was met with cold stares or unwelcoming backs. Not sure I ever want to come again. My mom was looking for help inside and even said "Excuse me" to one of the workers, who ignored her as if my mom wasn't standing Right BEHIND HER! Someone in uniform made eye contact with me twice at the patio restaurant, while I was trying to see if I could get a seat, and nothing happened for about 5 minutes so I left. The only good thing was someone said hi to us at the entrance and that same lady said thank you for coming as we left.

Gone downhill over the last few years. Tried to get Wine tasting, said needed reservation, then was offered wine tasting with charcuterie for fifty dollars.

The days when you could roll up to mission hill and taste on the spot are gone.

On n'a pas pu entrer. C'était fermé pour un "événement privé". On a conduit pendant plus d'une demi-heure.

Amazing experience, really beautiful place to enjoy a glass of wine, our server Shannon was great and super friendly, totally recommended

We had a lovely experience with Amy. She was very knowledgeable and answered our multiple questions with ease. She even poured an extra wine which we ended up buying. She also made my friend, who wasn’t drinking very much a part of the experience. If we hadn’t been part of the wine club, we would have joined because of Amy! Well done!

One week ago even though I didn't have a reservation, she managed to find a place for wine testing very quickly. We were there for the second time. I recommend this place to everyone. Beautiful views, nice people. A place that everyone should have on their map to see. And of course delicious wine. Had a wonderful testing and fabulous experience. Remarkable!
